Actor Sagar Parekh who is currently essaying the role of Madhav in Balika Vadhu 2 is happy to have bagged a pivotal part in the iconic show. Talking about it in an interview with BT, Sagar said, “Everyone in India, even abroad, knows about the show. I take pride to be a part of it. It’s a great experience because the team is so good. I am also working with a very good director, Pradeep Yadav sir. He’s a brilliant director and has the capability of bringing out your hidden talent,”
Sagar who is also a part of Tera Yaar Hoon Main talks about how he manages two shows, and shares, “Yes it’s been difficult but this is what I desire, this is what I wanted. I should be just working in this industry and making a name for myself, glad that I have been able to do that. But if we talk about management, it’s been tough because I have to manage dates because I love working. I am just 24 and have that strength in me to juggle and work extra hard. There’s still so much to do.”
When asked what inspires him to do the best, Sagar replies, “My parents’ smile and the pride they feel every time they see me on screen. The love and appreciation from the audience are also motivating.”
Talking about the compliments he is receiving for his role, Sagar said, “I get compliments for how I am, my work, hazel eyes… In fact on the set of Balika Vadhu 2, one of my co-stars asked if I was wearing lenses. I think my eyes usually steal the show,” he concludes.
