As the court was adjourned, Shivaay turned to see his family members…but was shocked to find Anika missing…he searched for her here and there standing at the same point but moving his eye balls and was feeling uneasy……he ran to OF members and questioned about Anika…they were also shocked as no one was aware of where she was…..Shivaay panicked and called Khanna to track Anika’s mobile while all others dispersed in different directions to search her…..
While their search was on Anika’s call was received on Shivaay’s mobile….
Shivaay ‘’where the hell are you Anika?’’
Anika ‘’Shivaay …you can shout at me later but listen to me first’’
Shivaay ‘’why shouldn’t I shout at you when you do such foolish acts…don’t you have sense that you should inform someone if not me before going anywhere? I was so tensed and was panicking ? do you know my heartbeat would stop if I don’t find you near me? Haven’t you seen what my condition was when you left me three months back?’’
He stopped for a moment after the last sentence…….Anika also kept quiet and felt nervous…..

‘’Gauri …ensure that Badi mom doesn’t break morally ..meet her everyday during the visiting hours and support her…with whatever happened today in the court she is stressed and broken….take care of everyone here…you are the only one who can handle everything well in this situation….please don’t let anyone break and lose hope…can you give this promise to your brother till he comes back?’’
He spoke extending his hand….Gauri kept her hand on his hand and spoke
Gauri ‘’Bhayya…I promise I will not let you down…come back soon and end this game…till then Gauri kumaru sharma will handle everything ‘’
Shivaay hugged Gauri and brushed her hair saying ‘’I know you will do it and you are the best’’
Om ‘’ Gauri Omkara Singh oberoi you must say’’
Gauri and Om looked on while Shivaay smiled and his thoughts turned towards Anika, he left to board his chopper where Anika was waiting.
Shivaay reached the chopper and saw Anika waiting….he ran to her and hugged her…Anika was surprised with his action…she was sceptical whether to hug him back or not…with her not hugging back , Shivaay broke the hug and looked at her and caressing her face spoke
Shivaay ‘’are you fine Anika…I was so scared when you narrated the incidents a while ago…why do take so much risk…what will happen to me if something happens to you…it’s not even a week you have been in hospital and once again you got ready to take another risk…why don’t you understand the importance of yourself in my..’’
He again stopped suddenly…..
Shivaay TAM ‘’what was I speaking…how can I speak so…I can’t be vulnerable before her…I don’t know the truth yet…what will she be thinking now?’’
Anika looked at him in surprise…
Anika ‘’i…i…I am fine Shivaay…I am fine and please Shivaay don’t say such things and raise a false hope in me…I know this case will end very soon and then our divorce case will start…I am trying to be strong and independent ..don’t make me weak with your words…’’
She spoke curtly…..Shivaay looked on disappointed……

They reached OM and found it empty…they immediately rushed to swethlana’s house and started searching..but this time they kept the CCTV camera in loop……..
After a lot of search they got what they wanted…..they took those proofs and rushed back to OM…..
Shivaay ‘’now we must find out why was swethlana desperate to come back to OM?’’
Anika ‘’Swethlana was talking about some painting’’
Shivaay ‘’painting? What painting?’’
Anika ‘’let’s check the photo’s we got in her house…may be we get the clue’’
Shivaay nodded and Khanna, Shivaay and Anika started searching the pics when they found that each and every photo has a common thing ‘’A PAINTING’’
Anika ‘’why is this painting in every pic and I am sure I have seen this painting somewhere’’
Shivaay ‘’exactly this painting I too have seen but where’’
Khanna ‘’Sir, this painting…this painting is in OM…right there see that’’ he pointed towards the wall……
All three of them rushed and picked the painting and turned it everyside, shaked, and did every check…but found nothing…..
Shivaay ‘’there is nothing in this painting…why was she looking for it then?’’
Anika ‘’yes, why?’’
Shivaay ‘’there is one person who can help us’’

Anika nodded and Shivaay made a video call to Om and explained the scenario…….Om looked at the painting and said that the painting was Xerox of the original…..
Anika and Shivaay were disappointed…but didn’t show up because they didn’t want Om to take stress…Shivaay ended the call and was in thoughts….Anika too was thinking something…suddenly
Anika ‘’Shivaay’’ she shouted
Shivaay ‘’what happened Anika ?’’
Anika ‘’Shivaay I know where the original is?’’
Shivaay looked on
Anika ‘’Shivaay it’s in swethlana’s home…yes I was saying right I have seen this painting somewhere …I have seen it in swethlana’s house when we were there…I think we must go there and
get it’’
Shivaay ‘’come fast we need to go from here before she senses our presence’’
Anika , Khanna and Shivaay rushed to swethlana’s house back once again, set the CCTV in loop once again, went to her bed room where the painting was hanging and replaced it with the duplicate one and slipped from there’’
With the original painting they reached OM ….and started checking it…to their surprise they found a keyhole in it…..
Shivaay ‘’fhat the wuck ? ab isska key kaha se laayenge ham aur hame pata kaise chalega ki is mein kya hain? Hame tho ye bhi nahi pata ki swethlana iss painting keliye hi yaha aayi thi ya
kisi aur wazah se?’’
(Fhat the wuck? How will we get the key and how will we know what’s there in it? We even don’t know whether swethlana has come here for this painting or for something else?’’
Anika ‘’Shivaay …’’ she showed him the key……
Shivaay looked at her in surprise……
Shivaay ‘’where did you get this?’’
Anika ‘’from her who tried to hide it but failed to hide…but first see whether this key fits or not…’’
Shivaay tried the key and it fitted exactly…they both looked at each other and separated the wooden plank frame carefully……they found few documents and an CD ……
Shivaay continued to read the documents and once done called his lawyers….
The lawyers arrived in no time and Shivaay handed over the papers they found in swethlana’s house and in the painting…however he never said anything about CD……
Lawyers took a look on the papers and suggested him to get it certified/attested by the forensic to avoid any trouble…Shivaay asked the lawyers to complete the work and asked Khanna to
secure the proofs and lawyers too…he demanded them to maintain secrecy and security…lawyers agreed and left from there along with Khanna……..
After sometime they called Shivaay to know that it will take a day for the process…Shivaay agreed to proceed…..
Anika ‘’shivaay …why did you not give the CD?’’
Shivaay ‘’because I need to see the CD in private first before someone else sees’’
Anika ‘’fine…then go to your room and see the CD while I find about the person who made the ornament’’
Shivaay ‘’ ‘’I want to see’’ includes you too Anika…’’
Shivaay TAM ‘’I and We means the same to me… Shivaay and Anika are same not different…you may or may not believe but this is what I have always believed when I realised I am in LOVE with you, 3 months back…and this has become truth when I got to know whatever you did earlier was a drama few days back…..in every step of my life I need you to be by my side as my shadow’’
Anika ‘’shivaay…it’s okay…I will handle other work’’ she tried to leave
Shivaay held her hand and pulled towards him …she hit his chest and closed her eyes…he closed her in his embrace and said
Shivaay ‘’we both will be together’’
Anika looked at him in disbelief with his words……..
Shivaay ‘’I mean till this case ends we both will be together in whatever we do..as without you all this would not have been possible’’
Anika moved away from him teary eyed
Anika ‘’true…till this case ends we will be together and then be separated for ever …am I right…thank you for reminding me this bitter truth’’
Shivaay ‘’I …I didn’t say that’’
Anika ‘’but you meant that…’’ she took a pause and both looked at each other….she continued breaking the eyelock ‘’well we shouldn’t talk about this now…first we need to check the CD and then we will do the most important work of finding them and meeting her’’
Shivaay ‘’yes’’
They both left to Shivaay’s room and he played the CD……with whatever played they both stood in shock and in utter surprise…..
Anika ‘’ohh bete ki…so this was the reason she was behind this painting…and I am sure because she lost the key she didn’t have a chance to get this proofs…now I understood her plans..this time I will not leave that chantomind…’’
Shivaay was in thoughts
Anika ‘’mein bol rahi hoon usko maine do teen raapte aur paanch che joothe nahi maare na tho dekh lena’’

Anika ‘’Shivaay I want to meet Sahil once…so can you go to the jeweller and talk to him and collect proofs ‘’

Jeweller (J) : Sir , you here…a call and would have been in front of you
Shivaay : due to security reasons I cannot call you to home or meet you in your shop…so I called you to meet me in this restaurant
J : what happened sir? Anything serious?
Shivaay : Yes, I need to ask you something?
J : yes, sir at your service
Shivaay took his mobile and showed the picture of ornament and then spoke
Shivaay : I know you have made this ornament for my badi mom…now tell me did you ever make the same sort of ornament for anyone else?
Jeweller took a look of the ornament once again and observed it very carefully
J : yes sir, this ornament was made by me ….and another order to make the same ornament came to me
Shivaay : what ? who placed the second order
J: A lady came to me and said that YOUR MOTHER I mean PINKY Oberoi has asked to make me the same sort of ornament for her …
Shivaay was shocked ….
Shivaay : are you in your senses of what you are speaking?
J : why would I lie sir…it’s true…exactly a month back a lady came to me and said that Mrs.Pinky Oberoi has sent her to make the same kind of ornament for her..
Shivaay : and without checking with my mom you made the same ornament?
J : No sir, I didn’t do so…..i called Pinky Oberoi and checked with her
Shivaay: how can mom say about the same ornament in phone …I mean how is it possible?
J : wait a minute sir…I will show the message … I saved the message which Pinky ji has sent because I thought of making the ornament later…..but again Pinky ji called and asked not to
make it….
Jeweller showed the message….Shivaay was surprised …..
Shivaay : I will need to take your mobile with me ….i promise to give you an other mobile and the amount you demand for it…
J : please do not embarrass me sir…take this mobile if it is so important for you…
Shivaay : One last question…do you have any fairest idea who can replicate your design exactly and that too very soon….
J : replicating is very easy sir…so it’s difficult …but I can help you who is very quick in replicating …may be that person takes two or three days to make it the same way if he sees…..
Shivaay : who is it?
J: my worker Chetan…we call him cheetah for the speed ….if the order is very urgent then I am completely dependent on him as he is the only one who can do this
Shivaay : where can I find him…give me his address?
J : I am sorry sir…he is not seen since past 15 days…he suddenly stopped working for me…he didn’t give proper reason too…he simply said that he will not be working for me anymore…I persuaded him to stay back and also said him that I will increase his salary but he didn’t budge…I tried to call him and even went personally to his home to bring back but his house was locked and phone was switched off…..
Shivaay : can you come to Nainital day after tomorrow to give your statement in court ….don’t worry I will provide high security…
J : definitely sir…I will be glad to help you
Shivaay : thank you…please give chetan’s number…I will find him out and if you have any photo of him then can you give me…
Jeweller gave him the number and said he will send the pic in sometime once he reaches his shop …Shivaay agreed and jeweller left from there…Shivaay called Khanna and asked him to bring Chethan from anywhere …Khanna agreed and got on his work…….
Shivaay came back home and was in disturbed mood…..Anika came and saw him being disturbed…..
Anika ‘’shivaay …what happened?’’
Shivaay ‘’nothing…I am okay’’
Anika ‘’I can see how fine you are…did you meet the jeweller?’’
Shivaay ‘’yes’’
Anika ‘’what did he say?’’
Shivaay explained what all he found…Anika was shocked to find Pinky’s name getting dragged and understood that was what was disturbing him…
Anika ‘’ohh so you are worried and disturbed because Pinky aunty ji name was getting dragged in..am I right’’
Shivaay ‘’hmm…’’
Anika ‘’don’t worry Shivaay…I am sure someone is trying to do it deliberately and drag Pinky aunty ji in this …I am sure Pinky aunty ji can never do any such thing’’
Shivaay ‘’you know what Anika…I can not bear anything against my mom…I know I have never ever said it her or showed it to her but I always care for her…I believe none of my family members can get involved in this conspiracy…I hope this issue is just fake’’
Anika TAM ‘’ I was right in taking the decision 3 months before …shivaay can never bear the truth that it was all done by me under the pressure of Pinky aunty…he will be broken in two ways…one knowing the truth and oither knowing Pinky aunty was behind it…this truth should never come out…never…’’
Anika held him and consoled him…he hugged her and found solace in her arms…for sometime they forgot every tiff between them…they were just perfect…Shivaay and Anika slipped into sleep being in each other arms….they had a peaceful sleep after a long time…..
The next morning arrived and the jeweller sent him the picture of Chethan…Shivaay and Anika were shocked to see him …..
Anika ‘’he is chethan …I can’t believe’’
Shivaay ‘’even me…’’
Anika ‘’he is the same one who killed Naren on Swethlana’s saying and who tried to kill me that day’’
Shivaay ‘’yes….now no need to find him as he is already in our custody’’
They waited till the attestion was brought by lawyers …once the forensic attestion of all the documents arrived …Khanna, Shivaay and Anika returned to Nainital ……

Shivaay : So it was you who made the duplicate ornament
Chethan : Ornament…which ornament
Shivaay : don’t act ..i met your own the jeweller and he said you are a brilliant ornament maker…ohh ya you are called cheetah for your speed am I right?
Chethan was swallowing his saliva
Shivaay : Speak out
Chethan : yes…it was me who made that ornament…it was me …
Shivaay: now tell me ..who asked you to make other one and this time only truth
Chethan : Mrs.Pinky Oberoi
Shivaay hit him hard and said ‘’I asked you to speak truth’’
Chethan : and I am saying truth….
Shivaay : No you are saying lie…a blunt lie….
Chethan : why would I ? Mrs.Pinky Singh Oberoi has come to me along with swethlana madam and asked me to make other ornament of same type that too in two days…I first denied but she gave me the double the cost of original ornament……
Shivaay : did swethlana train you to speak this lie?
Chethan : I am saying only truth and I have proof
Shivaay ‘’what proof?’’
Chethan : give me my mobile and I will show you
Shivaay asked Khanna to bring his mobile…Khanna brought it………Chethan showed the recording where Pinky asked him to make the ornament and gave him money…….pinky and
swethlana shaking hands and going from there……
Shivaay was shocked …..so was Anika and Khanna…..Shivaay was dumbstruck and collapsed in chair and covered his face with palms…….
Anika : why did you record this
Chethan : Because I wanted to blackmail them whenever I wanted to take money…I did not want to work anymore and with this video I can blackmail them easily…….
Shivaay was even more shocked ………
