TERI MERI LOVE STORY – EPISODE 9

Hi this is VHM signing in with a new FF ….The concept is given by our friend FFFAN1234 aka Dipti….please ignore the grammatical and spelling mistakes….I hope you will continue to shower your support as you have always shown for my earlier write ups …….

Please note I May not be regular in posting the episodes due to personal commitments…however I promise I will not keep you waiting for a long time too……..

Judge : Order…order…silence in the court please

PL : Your honor…I don’t understand what’s happening…this case is about Naren’s murder and Defence has completely changed this case’s route and trying to prove Mrs.Kaveri D’souza guilty…for a moment even if I accept that Kaevri D’souza is swethlana or anyone…how will it prove Mrs.Jhanvi Oberoi is innocent….let me remind the Defence your honor …that Defence has not yet proved that photograph truth….

Judge : The court agrees with the points reminded by the prosecution and asks the Defence to answer them

DL : I will your honor….i will answer every question and prove every truth today…..coming straight to how is the fake swethlana (FS/KD) connected to all this …I will prove this right now…….. for that I need to call the real swethlana (RS) into the dock with your permission……

Judge : Permission granted

RS stepped into the dock

DL : tell the court what happened with you and where were you till now?

RS : Your honor , my name is Swethlana…I am the daughter of friend of Mr.Asshok Kapoor …the lady standing infront of me in the opposite dock is not swethlana …her actual name is Rehyanna Malhotra (RM/FS/KD )….she and I were roomates in the college…I became good friend with her and shared everything with her……even about my uncle Mr.Ashok Kapoor getting a job for me in Oberoi Industries…….one day suddenly RM took me to a plastic surgeon Dr.john …I was not sure what was it for …they both made me unconscious and when I gained my senses I saw a person exactly looking like me….when she spoke I understood she was RM…..when I asked her why did she do all this …she started torturing me and from then on I have been prisoned by her in her home sometime in cold storage, some time in an ice box with an oxygen mask always on my nose so that I don’t die……

SSO : Your honor….she killed Dr.john too and the proof I got it from Mumbai police ….there is a chip at your desk your honor and that chip contains her plastic surgery video and there are some photographs which shows her crime of killing the doctor…..

Judge looked at the photo and played the chip and noted it down …and asked the DL to continue…

DL : Why did you think she did it with you?

RS : RM has a rare disease called Severe Plastic Anaemia …this disease is very rare …a person with this disease needs to get blood transplanted into their body until their own body is capable enough to produce the blood cells…….and my blood group and my bone marrow matches with her …so she needed me to be alive…..at regular intervals she used to take blood out of me and get it transplanted in her body…….so she didn’t kill me…..

DL : Your honor the medical reports of RM aka KD aka FS are on your desk…

Judge checked the medical reports and asked DL to proceed …….

DL : Tell me, why did she take your place ?

RS : Your honor, when she knew I was going to be a part of Oberoi Industries her greed raised and she wanted to be rich enough and powerful, she from the beginning was dominant and crazy …..she used to tell me while I was captive of what all she did and what all she was going to do…..and in that process I learnt she murdered Ashok uncle and trapped Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi……3 months before with the help of Omakara and Gauri singh oberoi I got free and tried to go back to my home…but donno how she got back and captivated me again…….then she asked me to act as Swethlana and confuse Oberois , so that they themselves allow her to stay in OM and from there she can get hold of THE PAINTING …when I denied she blackmailed me that she would kill Mrs.Kapoor and Tia too….she had taken Mrs.Kapoor and Tia into captivity and showed me the video …..i was scared and i was already guilty…. because somewhere even I was also a link for Ashok Uncle’s death and now I didn’t want to put his family under danger…so I agreed…

DL : What plan did she make ?

RS : As per the plan I need not do anything except that …if she is in Nainital , I should be in Mumbai and if she is in Mumbai, I should be in Nainital……I never knew why she asked me to do so….on the day of murder of Naren we met in a restaurant ….she ordered me to go to Mumbai and stay in her house….i agreed but I wanted to know what she was upto….so I stealthily followed her without her notice …she went to a guest house where Naren was lying unconscious and was just trying to gain consciousness……then she signed a person to come …a man came and plunged knife into the back of Naren …it was a horrific scene…..i was perplexed and at the same time I understood how dangerous she was…somehow I gathered courage and waited to see what will she do….after sometime Jhanvi oberoi and Tej Oberoi came there and they were talking to Naren , when they were not getting any response from Naren , they touched him and found him to be dead…out of shock Jhanvi pulled the knife from Naren’s body and the same time RM/KD/FS clicked a picture and smiled ……that’s when I understood that she was going to trap Jhanvi in the murder case and make an entry into OM for that painting by getting all the Oberois busy in the murder case……

DL : Can you identify the person who murdered Naren on FS /KD/ RM ‘s saying?

RS : Yes, I can never forget his face

DL , he signalled Chethan to come front….RS was shocked to see him , she hysterically shouted

RS : Your honor, he …he is the one who murdered Naren…my eyes can’t get cheated …he is the murderer……..

Judge : Relax ms.Swethlana…relax ……..

Order…order….silence in the court please……

DL : Your Honor, her statement proves that the murder was not been done by Mrs.Jhanvi Tej Singh Oberoi but was being done by Chethan on the saying of KD/FS/RM ……I proved that the ornament, the lady, the photo are false and I brought the real murderer in front of the court your honor……
So I now request the court to dismiss all the charges against Mrs.Jhanvi tej Singh Oberoi and release her with same respect .

PL : Very good story Mr.DL …but let me ask you something how will you prove that she is not Kaveri Dsouza but Reyhanna Malhotra …the proofs she submitted in the court has been issued by Government of India

That’s when Gauri stepped in with Police, Rudra and Dandi……

Police : Your honor , we have something to let the defence lawyer and then the court know……with your permission can we ask for a moment with defence lawyer…..

Judge : permission granted

SSO looked at Gauri and Rudra while Police were speaking to the judge……Gauri smiled and so did Rudra…SSO felt a relief that they found out something that will help him…..

Police went to SSO and handed him a photograph …SSO was shocked and looked at Kaveri Dsouza with a smile……he thanked police and asked them to be present for a set of questions …they agreed and stood near the door……..

DL : Your honor, I too agree that my senior and very experienced PL has asked me the right question…how will I prove that the lady standing in that dock is RM and not KD….
Your honor , Kaveri Dsouza is dead long back and the canteen that late KD owns is being run by some relatives of her in Nainital

Judge : do you have proofs of what you are saying

DL : Our capable police have found out enough proofs your honor, with your permission I would like to submit the proofs…..

Judge: permission granted…….

SSO gave a set of proof to judge , another set to PL, and the third set he held…….

DL: Your honor the first proof is the photo proof of the stone where real Kaveri D’souza was cremated…please note the year of death your honor…….
The other proofs are the identity cards of late Kaveri Dsouza….your honor if you see the proofs submitted by RM and compare them with the identity proofs of Kaveri Dsouza, the only change you see is the face …the clothes, background , and other details are exactly same…..how is this possible your honor…I can understand …name, place, date of birth everything can be same but clothes too and even hair style too…..

Judge : Mr PL , do you have any argument against this

PL : No, your honor

DL : and the last proof to prove that the lady is not Kaveri Dsouza but RM is ….a medical test your honor…I request the court to get her medical test done and I am sure she will be detected with Severe Plastic Anaemia….and this will prove my point…….

RM / FS/ KD : No…no……

She shouted

RM : I don’t want any tests to be done…I don’t want……..all these are alleging me and trapping me in murder case

DL : Why will we trap an innocent…prove that you are not RM but KD…

RM: I am Kd

DL : you are swethlana

RM : no I am KD

DL : You are RM

RM : no I am KD

DL : you are KD

RM : No I am RM , I am RM…yes I am Reyhanna and no one dared to find out this about me and you tried….i would have killed you for doing so Shivaay Singh Oberoi…I would have killed you…yes ..i needed money ..i wanted to be powerful , I wanted everyone and everything in my control…right from childhood I have been behind name, fame, power, money and I achieved it too…but you collapsed everything….all my effort you collapsed and for this I will make you pay…you will pay heavily for this….

Judge : Order…order…Miss Reyhanna Malhotra…don’t forget you are in court and you are warning a lawyer and an reputed citizen of this country in front of the bench….do you know you will be punished for doing so along with the current crimes….

RM looked angrily towards SSO and kept quiet…..

DL : that’s all your honor…she agreed that she is RM ……I rest my case your honor……and request the court to pronounce capital punishment to this lady for her in-numerous crimes she has committed in past many years……

SSO moved towards Swethlana and whispered ‘’I said you and even warned you that don’t try to harm my family…you didn’t listen…and continued with your dirty games…and now I ended your chapter forever

KD/FS/RM : you have won case against me but you will lose everything after I leave…and seeing you lose everything I will be the most happiest person…….

SSO : Don’t try to be smart….i am not losing anything

RM : in trying to prove me guilty you found that your mother Pinky has joined hands with me and when you dig her truth out … you will lose everything…

Shivaay was in thoughts……

Judge : After , hearing the arguments from Defence and Prosecution and after verifying and scrutinising all the proofs submitted in the court…

THE COURT ANNOUNCES …Ms REHYANNA MALHOTRA GUILTY OF MURDERING MR. NAREN, MR. ASHOK KAPOOR, Dr.JOHN AND 10 INNCOENT INDIVIDUALS IN OBEROI CHEMICHAL INDUSTRIES BLAST….THE COURT ALSO ANNOUNCES Ms.REYHANNA MALHOTRA TO BE GUILTY OF TORTURING Ms.SWETHLANA FOR MANY YEARS , BLACKMAILING AND TRAPPING THE OBEROIS IN FAKE CASES AND INVOLVING IN ILLEGICAL CHEMICHAL BUISNESS there by proving herself to be a threat to society……..
THE COURT THEREFORE AGREES WITH THE DEFENCE AND ANNOUNCES CAPITAL PUNISHMENT under IPC SEC 302 …THE GUILTY WILL HAVE A WEEK TIME TO GO TO THE HIGHER COURT FOR CHALLENGING THE JUDGEMENT……THE COURT ALSO ANNOUNCES THAT THE CAPITAL PUNISHMENT MUST BE CARRIED ON SUNDAY OCTOBER 8 2017 AT 4:30 AM ….AND BEFORE EVERYTHING THE COURT ANNOUNCES GOVERNMENT DOCTORS TO CHANGE HER FACE TO ORIGINAL ……….

The court pronounces Chethan aka Cheetah also guilty for murdering on the saying of Ms.Reyhanna Malhotra and pronounces 10 years of Jail under section 306 of IPC…however since the murder was not committed by his own conscience but on saying ..the court decreases the term of jail to 7 years….

The court announces Mrs.Pinky Oberoi also a culprit by helping Ms.Reyhanna Malhotra and asks her to pay an amount of 2 crores to the court and warns her to not repeat the same mistake again……

The court announces Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi also a culprit for bribing the police in closing the cases rather than going to find the proof by taking help of law…….the court orders Mr.Tej Singh Oberoi to pay 5 crores as penality to Governement Police fund and warns him that he will be jailed for a term of 10 years if further he is found culprit in any bribery case……

FINALLY THE COURT ANNOUNCES MRS.JHANVI TEJ SINGH OBEROI AS INNOCENT AND CLEAN ….THE COURT ORDERS THE NAINITAL POLICE TO RELEASE HER IMMEDIATELY…THE COURT APOLOGIES TO Mrs.JHANVI TEJ SINGH OBEROI FOR MAKING HER UNDERGO THE HARDSHIPS ALL THESE DAYS…..

THE CASE IS CLOSED !!!

SSO looked at OmRu and had a layer of tears …the same was the case with OmRu……they felt proud and elated that their brother has kept his promise and thanked him wholeheartedly in their hearts…

Anika too had a happy smile with tears, Bhavya and Gauri were no exception….

Jhanvi was very happy and so were the oberois……the Prosecution Lawyer congratulated Shivaay and appreciated him for the way he dealt with the case and went on to win…….

Later all the Oberoi family members shared a hug, however Shivaay didn’t allow Pinky to be a part of it…Anika too didn’t join as she thought Shivaay would give her divorce in few days…….

Tia and Mrs.Kapoor thanked Anika….

Anika ‘’Please don’t say thanks…I wanted you to know the truth…only the truth as it was necessary for Aunty ji to leave the anger she still held towards the Oberois…..Aunty ji !!! Tej uncle was not behind Ashok uncles death…it was fake swethlana and when I found it I met you and asked me to come with me to know the truth….’’

Mrs.Kapoor smiled and teary eyed said ‘’thank you’’

Anika “aunty ji…in all this the real swethlana has suffered the most….she lost everything , her family, her normal life , everything…If possible can you please accept her and give her the motherly love which she lost’’

Mrs.Kapoor ‘’yes…she will stay with us….don’t worry’’

Tia, Anika , swethlana and Mrs.Kapoor shared a group hug……Mrs.Kapoor took swethlana and left to Mumbai…however Tia stayed back as she wanted to spend time with Oberois

Shivaay saw Anika standing far and went near her….Anika turned to go…he held her hand and said

Shivaay ‘’Anika …thank you…thank you for supporting me….if you have not found out real swethlana that day then we would have not won this case’’

Anika smiled and all the OF members came near Anika except Pinky…..

Tej and Jhanvi hugged Anika and thanked her…she asked them not to do so…….

OmRu ‘’Thank you Bhabhi…you proved today that friendship and relation is to be by heart not by words…haven’t you supported then probably mom would have not been here with us today…’’

Anika hugged both of them….

Dadi ‘’I think we should go to guest house now’’

Tej ‘’Shivaay , how did you do all this?’’

Shivaay ‘’I will reveal once we reach home and I have another important thing to do…’’ he looked at Pinky…….

Everyone left towards Guest house along with Tia!!!

Shivaay ‘’ mom…don’t act innocent…court had ordered you to pay 2 crores as penality and you are asking what did you do?
Why did you join hands with that swethlana who has troubled our family?
What was the need to help her ditching your own relations?
Why did you forget that we are all one family and we must not seek help from outsiders specially when you know they are threat to us?
Why did you not realize that with this your action I would never be able to face my brothers, prinku, badi mom, bade papa, bhavya, gauri and Anika for my entire life?

Pinky ‘’shivaay…woh…woh…that lady blackmailed me that she will harm us and so I helped her’’

Shivaay ‘’mom….if she blackmailed you obliged? You could have taken help of us, you could have said me…I would have handled…and what do you think she did …she blackmailed you and put badi mom in prison…and you were still mum’’

Pinky ‘’shivaay …listen to me’’

Shivaay ‘’mom…don’t try to lie …because I know the truth….it was you who helped swethlana in her every step…I checked the call records of you…and the messages you exchanged…you gave every information of the happenings in Oberoi mansion…you helped her in taking that painting …you tried to free swethlana and hand over her to Fake swethlana yesterday…everything you did deliberately…you were planning against your own family even before badi mom was being jailed…I can’t believe you have fallen so low and made fun of relations…I am feeling ashamed to meet eyes of my family members because of you…just because of you….why did you do this mom? Why? ‘’

Pinky ‘’I have listened enough Shivaay…..yes I did this and joined hands with swethlana only to show your bade papa and badi mom that I am no less…..i warned jhethani ji that Tej bhai saheb is roaming around with swethlana but she taunted me …when I confronted Tej bhai saheb ..he laughed at me…so I wanted to show them what I can do …so I helped swethlana…what wrong did I do? Tej bhai saheb is already a womaniser…there is nothing wrong if he gets punished …he deserves to get punished for the sort of character he holds’’

Jhanvi ‘’enough Pinky…not a word against my husband…not a word more…I knew why he behaved in such a way…I knew why he did all that with me…I knew what were his limitations…but who are you to point out the character of my husband…..and did you ever look at your character….you are such a mom who went on to destroy the life of your own son…you snatched his love, his happiness away from him…’’

Om ‘’mommmmmm’’ he shouted

Jhanvi realised what she spoke and looked at Shivaay……Shivaay was looking at her in disbelief……Anika became tensed…….and the condition of tia and OmRu was no different…….

Shivaay ‘’what did you say badi mom…my mom destroyed my life…she snatched away my love away….isn’t this what you said…’’

Jhanvi ‘’shivaay…woh…woh…’’

Shivaay ‘’don’t lie badi mom…you said my mom destroyed my life…’’

Jhanvi ‘’shivaay …it just came …leave it shivaay’’

Shivaay ‘’badi mom..….please tell the truth…why did you say those lines…if you have ever treated me the same way as OmRu …tell me the truth’’

Jhanvi looked at Anika…Anika was in a fix…….

Shivaay ‘’badi mom….why are you looking at Anika like that….what happened ….say it badi mom…just say it’’

Pinky ‘’Shivaay…why are you being adamant ….Jhethani ji is saying na that the words just slipped out…there is nothing like that…and why will I destroy your life….tu bhi na’’ She fumbled while saying those lines……

Shivaay looked at Pinky……
