The Episode starts with Thapki telling Poonam and Krishnakant that memory chip got fine. She says Dhruv is upset with me, its his birthday today. They ask her to apologize to him. She says fine and ends call. Sakshi tells the staff lady not to wish Dhruv and not bring the cake, he hates if anyone applies cake to his face. Thapki thinks how to say sorry to him. Sakshi looks on and makes her hear that it did not happen food today, such a big issue today, every year we used to celebrate birthday well and new interns used to apply cake on his face, Thapki is new, I can’t tell her to do this, this time his birthday will be incomplete. Thapki asks is this true.
Sakshi says yes, but this time…. She leaves. Vasundara makes Dhruv’s fav food and thinks to take it to office, along with a bouquet.
Thapki says if Dhruv does not like the cake. Dhruv tells Sakshi that he wants news that is related to common people. Thapki looks at the cake. She takes the cake to Dhruv and smiles. He asks what happened. She hits the cake to his face. Vasundara comes and is shocked. Everyone look on shocked. Dhruv gets angry and Thapki wishes him happy birthday. He asks whats this, how dare you do this. Sakshi smiles and asks how did she do this, whim did she ask, Dhruv hates such thing. Dhruv cleans his face with the kerchief. Dhruv sees Vasundara and says Maa you here.
Vasundara walks to Thapki. Thapki gets shaken up and faints. Vasundara holds her. The doctor checks Thapki and says there is nothing to worry, she got tensed, so she fainted, she will be fine. Sakshi says this girl always does something wrong. Vasundara cleans Dhruv’s face and asks him not to punish Thapki, she did what no one could do till now. She says even her family did not do this, I m very happy by this, something kiddish things is nice, whats wrong in this, this can make everyone smile, everyone does so in the world, I m very happy, she did not do wrong.
Dhruv says fine, as you say. Vasundara says I got your fav food, I thought to surprise you, but I got surprised myself. He makes him have food. She asks him to get his shirt cleaned. Vasundara leaves. Thapki wakes up and thinks what did she do, she had to apologize to Dhruv and she made his mum annoyed too. She goes to Dhruv and he asks her to go and work. Vasundara says she has seen Vivek taking the pics, and asks him to forward the pic to him. He asks her to delete the pics from his phone and sends him to work. Vivek says Dhruv’s mum is more strict than Dhruv. Thapki asks him about Dhruv’s mum. He says she has gone. Thapki thinks she did not apologize to her.
Thapki confronts Sakshi for what she said. Sakshi changes her words and lies to her. She leaves. Vasundara sees some pics of girls and does not like any. She talks to the family. Her husband says Dhruv will get old while she finds the perfect girl. Thapki says she will apologize to Vasundara. Vasundara says the girl will be somewhere and smiles.

Thapki comes to Dhruv’s cabin and checks the bulb. She gets bit of shock and falls on Dhruv.
