The Episode starts with everyone getting shocked seeing Bihaan. Naman asks Pandeys not to come with them, and rush Bihaan to hospital. Thapki cries and says I knew Kosi is going to do something, and I have done this by my own hands. Naman, Kosi, John and Sankara come back home. Thapki runs to them and asks about Bihaan. Everyone get worried. Thapki asks Kosi why did you do this with Bihaan, what did he do with you. Bihaan walks in. Pandeys get relieved.

Thapki holds Bihaan and asks him is he fine. She hugs him. Bihaan says I m fine. Vasundara and everyone ask Bihaan what did doctor say. Bihaan says no need to worry for me, I know if anything happened to me, no one would care for me. Kosi tells Thapki that nothing happened to Bihaan, it was just gas which went on mind and made him faint, I m his mother, I won’t kill him, I just scared you, strangely he fainted at 6pm, you remember I m thinking ahead of you, just see what I do.

She asks everyone not to gather around Bihaan and takes him along. Thapki says what are they going to do, what is their motive. Naman shows Bihaan’s report and says we did all this to get Bihaan’s report, Bihaan’s blood group matches with John’s blood, it means Bihaan’s kidney can be transplanted to John. She says when doctors said John’s both kidneys failed, I was shocked and felt we will lose him. Naman says then doctor said John can save if any family member’s kidney is given to him, our blood group did not match with John. She says that’s why we came here to take him for tests, all tests are done today, everyone felt Thapki’s Prasad made him faint.

Kosi says we did this so clearly that Thapki did not know, she does not know her Prasad which she fed to Bihaan had medicine to make him faint, now Bihaan’s reports passed, he can give kidney to John. Naman says there is a problem, we found out that Bihaan has just one kidney, it means we have to kill Bihaan to save John. Kosi says let him die, I don’t care about his life, we left him many years ago, we just want John to be life, get Bihaan’s kidney. Thapki could not hear them and picks a vase. She goes on Vasundara’s call. Dadi hears the truth and tries to reach Thapki. Kosi and Naman drag Dadi inside the room. Thapki turns to see and goes.

Naman and Kosi threaten to kill Dadi. Dadi scolds them for taking Bihaan’s kidney. Kosi says Mata ji knows entire truth, now she has to die. Kosi makes Dadi write a suicide note. its morning, Shraddha asks the men who are they, who called them. Kosi says I called them, don’t ask me anything, its my house. Bau ji asks her to answer, who are they. Naman says I have the answer, look here. Dadi is inside a big trunk. The men lift the trunk and take it. Thapki asks whats inside. Naman says its junk, I m donating it, do you have any problem. Kosi asks Thapki to get lost. Shraddha stops the men, and says wait here, I will just come. Kosi and Naman say no need to wait for her, just go. Shraddha comes running and says I have come running too quick, I got colorful sarees, keep this, this does not matter to me now, take this.

Kosi says our box has no place, go anywhere. Shraddha says this trunk is like a elephant, you are saying this is no place, you don’t know arranging things, I will arrange items. Kosi sits on top of the trunk and asks her to donate things separately. Shraddha asks why are you shouting, I m giving you my sarees, I m not taking anything from you, fine, I will donate this myself. Dadi tries to make sound and hits on the trunk wall. Shraddha hears the sound and asks whats inside this. Dadi is tied and could not shout. Shraddha tries to hear and asks what sound is coming from this. Kosi says its utensils, its striking and making sound. Shraddha says fine, go to hell and goes. Bihaan comes and stops Kosi, saying I also have to keep my things.

Bihaan gets a box and shows all the things given by Bau ji and Vasundara. He says he just sees hatred and cheat in all this items, so he will give away everything. He says all this is a lie and throws things there. He gets angry and says this does not matter to me now. He opens the trunk to put those items. Kosi gets tensed. Thapki looks on.
