After some time
Anika and Bhavya walked into the room and looked at Gauri. They had come prepared to be eaten by her words. Although she did agree to go with Om, Anika was sure she was going to get her share of punishment for the bhaang incident. She had to apologize to Gauri no matter what, after all she played with her trust.
Anika: Gauri…woh …actually yesterday…I know what I did was wrong but I couldn’t think of any other plan… I’m really sorry for mixing bhaang in your juice.
Gauri looks at her blankly and then continues to look back at window.
Anika understands that Gauri is upset with them and that she had to try harder to convince her.
Bhavya: bhabhi, we’re really sorry about what happened..
Again, Gauri looks at them and then turns her attention back to the window.
Anika and Bhavya goes towards Gauri and hugs her from behind.
Anika: Gauri please kuch toh bolo
(Gauri please say something)
Bhavya: bhabhi, you scold us but don’t stay quiet.
Gauri freed herself from their hug and walked towards the window. Anika and Bhavya looked on in shock and worry.
Anika(whispers to Bhavya): Looks like she’s very angry…what do we do now?
Bhavya: no idea bhabhi, shall we hold our ears?
Anika and Bhavya go closer to Gauri and stand holding their ears.
Anika: acha dekh, humne kaan bhi pakad lee, ab toh gussa thook do nah.
(See, we are holding are ears, now throe your anger please)
Gauri turns to them and tries hard not to laugh.
Gauri (in mind): they’re so cute!!!
Bhavya: sorry bhabhi…
Gauri bursts out laughing and lightly pinches both their cheeks while Anika and Bhavya look on surprised.
Gauri: Awww, you both are so cute!!
Anika (in mind): yeh bhaang ka asar ab tak nahi gaya kya?
(Did bhaang’s effect not get over her?)
Bhavya: bhabhi…?
Gauri: I’m not angry with you both anymore. Yes, I was upset because you embarassed me infront of him but after you both held your ears, how can I be angry anymore?
Anika and Bhavya sighed in relief.
Bhavya: thank god.
Anika: finally everything is getting ok.
Bhavya gets a call and she excuses herself while Anika stays and notices the dilemma in Gauri, seeing her lost in thoughts.
Anika: Gauri, you can talk to me, I know something’s bothering you.
Gauri looks at Anika and wonders how Anika understood her confusion so easily.
Gauri: woh bhaujai…Omkara ji… I’m not sure if whatever is happening…what if everything goes wrong?
Anika: why will anything go wrong?
Gauri: I don’t know bhaujai…But every time when i hope for something good, my bad luck works…
Anika: Gauri, yeh 2rs kismat ke bare mein nah tum mat socho. Tum mujhe yeh batao kya tum Om se pyaar karte ho? Kya tumne usse maaf kar diya hain?
(Gauri leave this destiny thing. You tell me if you love Om, if you forgave him?)
Gauri looks at Anika.
Gauri: bhaujai, maaf toh humne karliya par.. dar lagta hain ki kahin phir se kuch…bura na hojaye..
(I have forgiven him but I’m scared of something bad will happen)
Anika: Aur pyaar?
(And love?) Anika asked raising her eyebrows.
Gauri hesitates at first but then decides to say.
Gauri: pyaar karna toh hum chahkar bhi nahi rokh sakte. Gauri Kumari Sharma sirf Omkara ji se hi pyaar karti hain, aur hamesha karti rahegi.
(I can’t stop loving him even if I want to. Gauri will always love Omkara.)
Anika smiles : then don’t worry. If your shankar ji made you both meet then there will be a reason Gauri. And if you want, I’ll twist his ears as a punishment for hurting you.
Gauri laughs at her last statement and soon Anika manages to lighten up her mood and she jumps in happiness when she sees Gauri laughing.
In Omkara’s room
Shivaay: Om, listen. I know you love her, there’s no doubt about that. But I’m telling you, if you don’t trust her again or if you hurt her, I won’t support you. You better not hurt my sister again. Don’t mess up ever again! I swear if you do then I won’t let Gauri forgive you. And make sure you finish all her complaints.
Shivaay said threateningly.
Rudra: Haan O. If you hurt chulbul bhabhi again, we won’t spare you. Agar aapko Salman Khan bhi ban na pade toh ban jana, par is bar unko manana zaroor. I dont know how she manages you.
(If you have to turn into Salman Khan to impress her, then do that but convince her this time)
Rudra: Anyway we’ll return to oberoi mansion with your dilwale only.
Anika: Rudy woh dilwale nahi, dulhaniya hoti hain. (Rudy, it’s dulhaniya not dilwale)
Anika says walking into the room with Bhavya.
Rudra: Haan wahi. Jo bhi ho bhabhi ko manana(yes that only. Anyway convince Gauri)
Anika: bohut hogaya tum dona ka vanvaas aur uska agyatvaas, now bring my devrani back. And dont mess up again.
(Enough of both of your vanvaas and agyatvaas. Now let’s return home with my sister in law soon)
Shivaay: Om, remember, oberois never quite!
Bhavya: All the best bhaiya!! Don’t let true love slip away.
Omkara looks at them In surprise and happiness that his family cared for Gauri. He was more than happy to see their concern for her.
Om: don’t worry about me ever hurting her again. I’ll die but I’ll never hurt her again. I promise to keep her happiness before mine. And I’m really happy that she has you all…
Shivaay: And dont forget, Anika will twist your ears and throw water at you again if Gauri complains about you.
Shivaay says with a smile. Om flinches a little at the statement and then smiles and hugs both Shivaay and Rudra.
After their Obro moment, he asks Anika and Bhavya to join the hug too.
Flashback
Omkara was sitting in guilt that he misunderstood Gauri. It had been 3 days since she had walked away from his life and he had been sinking further into grief. He didn’t even listen to Shivaay or Rudra this time. Nobody could do anything and Shivaay couldn’t even find Gauri to bring her to him. Even Anika’s words didnt change Omkara, he wouldn’t even care to actually get out and do something he just say there rambling on how monsterous he was to her. On the third day Anika got fed up of his constant complains and she went and took a jug full of water and splashed it right into his face, wetting his long tresses.
Shivaay and Rudra were shocked by Anika’s stunt while Omkara looked on wide eyed in surprise.
Anika: phad mein jaaye tumhara pachtava. Om. You’re already late in realising your feelings for her. Can’t you atleast go find her and talk to her? I know you’re guilty and can’t face her, but doesn’t she deserve a sorry at least? What will you gain by drowning in your pain? Will it erase your mistakes? Will it make her happy? Will it make anyone who loves you happy to see you like this. Broken? Think Om, think. Does Gauri deserve this? Does she deserve to see you like this? Doesn’t she deserve better? I know you’re sensitive Om, but this is not how you live life. You can’t sit and complain all day. That won’t change a thing. What you can do is get out and find her. Seek her forgiveness, let her know what you feel. The rest is her choice. But you can’t sit here in your guilt anymore. Do you understand?!
Anika was literally screaming out the words at Om while all the three brothers looked on in shock at Anika’s reaction.
Anika: what do you want? Shall I punish you for what you did? Huh?
She twists Om’s ears while he hisses in pain. Rudra and Shivaay look on in shock.
Rudra(whispers): bhaiyaa, wont you stop her?
Shivaay(whispers back): I don’t wish to die today, Rudy. And anyway, I know this could be a little painful, but maybe khidkitod Anika will bring Om back on tracks.
Anika looks at them whispering.
Anika: kya kichdi paka rahe ho dono? Aap logo ke bhi kaan marodloon?
(What are you both talking? Should I twist your ears too?)
Shivaay and Rudra looked on wide eyed.
Rudra: save me bhaiya
Shivaay unable to speak seeing her angry avatar manages to shake his head in negative. She finally turns her attention back to Omkara.
Anika: is that enough? Shall I throw more water on you? Shall I beat you with a broom? Shall I push you into the swimming pool? What else do you need so that you will understand that this is not going to take you anywhere?
Shivaay: Anika…
Anika(glares at Shivaay): you keep quite Shivaay.
One glare from Anika and Shivaay knew better than to interrupt her.
Anika: should I give you that?..what does she say? Ek jhaap mein diwar pe sat jaye be? Tell me Om.
Omkara gets up and hugs Anika, crying his heart out while she runs her hand through his hair and pats his back comforting him.
Om: I’m sorry bhabhi. I promise I’ll do something to rectify all this….
Shivaay stands smiling looking at the power his wife had. She really was something wasn’t she? He thanked the heavens for sending her in his life. So what if Anika’s roars shook the whole oberoi mansion? She was a lioness after all. And if her roars would bring Om back on tracks then it was fine.
Flashback ends
Om: Thanks guys for everything.
Rudra: you don’t thank us, keep my bhabhi happy and when we return to oberoi mansion you have to do something to compensate for all these mosquito bites on my poor muscles. I had grown these muscles to impress girls and for my fitness but see, these mosquitoes think that it’s their territory so they’re marking it, they designed my whole muscles with their bites.
Rudra says dramatically and gets a small beat from both Shivaay and Omakara while Anika and Bhavya shake theirs heads at his drama.
Om and Shivaay: Shut up Rudra!
In the evening
Gauri got ready wearing the salwaar suit and wore long earings and bangles that matched with it. She had always wished for this day to come, to know if he loved her the way she did, but now that it came, She couldn’t stop feeling nervous about it.
Suddenly her phone beeped and she looked at her phone to see Om’s message asking her to sit in the taxi that waited outside. She quickly checked herself once again in the mirror and went out to find a taxi waiting outside and saw a smiling Shivaay standing next to it. She slowly walked towards it and Shivaay opened the door for her.
Shivaay: All the best Gauri. You can get in and it will leave you at your destination.
Although nervous, she nodded and got inside. And as if sensing her anxiety, Shivaay assuringly says.
Shivaay: don’t worry Gauri, everything will be fine.
To this, Gauri calmed a little and smiled at him. She sat inside the taxi and thanked Shivaay. The taxi took her to her destination.
It was a lonely place, an open ground, or so it seemed with no one around except her jaathadari. She found Om waiting for her near the entrance of a room which was the only closed thing in that whole ground.
She got out of the car as he held the door for her. He looked wonderful with his hair swaying in the light wind.
Meanwhile, Omkara was too busy admiring his love that he almost forgot to compliment her. The dress looked even more beautiful when she wore it than what he had imagined it to look like.
Om: you look really beautiful.
Gauri could feel her cheeks getting red. She looked down and smiled a little. Omkara smiled at her shyness.
Gauri: thank you..
Om: Thank you for coming and for wearing this..Are you ready Gauri?
Gauri nodded her head again.
He held her hand and led her inside a hall which was pitch black.
Om: close your eyes Gauri and don’t open until I ask you to.
Om was whispering so close to her ears that she could feel the heat from his mouth. It made her almost impossible to speak having him this close to her. Her heart raced and she could feel it jumping out of her chest. She just nodded and stayed at her place.
A few seconds later Om asked her to open her eyes.
Gauri’s eyes were filled with tears as she looked around the hall from top to bottom.
The walls were filled with paintings, paintings and more paintings. She looked at each one. Each painting captured some special moment of theirs. The first painting had the painting of their first meeting, the next one showed how Gauri broke his car, then their next meeting, when they met on train and both fell down because she jumped, their marriage, her returning as chulbul, when chulbul saved om’s life, when they became friends etc. Each and every meet connected to their life was there, beautifully painted by her artistkara…Gauri felt overwhelmed thinking of the effort he had put into making these.

Gauri turned around to find Omkara standing there.
She felt overwhelmed by the emotions that were engulfing her. She was too emotional to speak anything. Did she really mean so much to him? She couldn’t help but wonder if she was dreaming. Tears of happiness flowed from her eyes.
