Pakhi has been getting jerks from Veer’s elder sister Jiji, who asks her to accept Veer and his love. Pakhi thinks she is mistaken, and tells her that she loves only Anshuman and Veer loves only Keerti. She tells her that the marriage happened just for Ayaan and Riya’s sake, and after they won the custody case, Veer has got Riya in his life. She says Veer knows about the compromised marriage and he has no qualms about it. Jiji talks to Veer and asks him to admit his feelings to Pakhi. Veer is unable to tell Pakhi.
Jiji tells Pakhi to forget Anshuman, and accept Veer’s love. She says Veer loves her and Pakhi gets shocked. She calls Veer and asks him to swear on her and admit the truth. Veer tells Pakhi that he loves her and Pakhi can’t believe it. She cries and tells him that he broke her trust, and this is the reason he married her, taking support of Ayaan by fooling her that Ayaan needs a father. She misunderstands his intentions and scolds him. Veer is hurt that Pakhi did not understand his true love and maintains a distance from her. Pakhi’s saree catches fire and he saves her. In the way, he holds her and she gets angry saying he is lured by her beauty and trying to touch her. Veer is stunned seeing her thinking, and thanks for showing his value in her life.
