Zee TV’s popular show ‘Kumkum Bhagya’ recently witnessed actress Pooja Banerjee’s exit from the show. The actress is expecting her first child pretty soon and hence she has opted for her maternity leave. Pooja was essaying the role of Rhea Mehra in the show.
Post Pooja’s exit from the show, the makers were looking for an actress to replace Pooja for the role of Rhea. Now according to the latest reports, actress Tina Philip who was last seen in Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya is being considered to play the part. Earlier Tina had replaced actress Bhumika Gurung in the show ‘Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya’.
For the unversed, the role of Rhea Mehra was originally essayed by actress Naina Singh. Apparently, Naina quit the show because of creative differences, post which Pooja Banerjee stepped in to replace her.
