TMKOC’s Bhavya Gandhi REVEALS he will be seen alongside Suniel Shetty and Vivek Oberoi in a period film

Bhavya Gandhi, fondly remembered for his portrayal of Tapu in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, is set to make a powerful comeback to television in an entirely new avatar. The actor has signed on to play an antagonist in the show Pushpa Impossible, marking a significant shift from the roles he is known for. As fans eagerly anticipate his return, Bhavya recently spoke to Pinkvilla and made some candid revelations about his upcoming projects.

When asked about what lies ahead beyond his current ventures, Bhavya shared, “At the moment, my Gujarati film Om Sweet Om is gearing up for release. Many portions of the movie were filmed in London, and I truly hope the audience enjoys it. Additionally, I’m working on a period film titled Kesari Veer, where I’m sharing the screen with Suniel Shetty, Vivek Oberoi, and Sooraj Pancholi.”

Bhavya also expressed how much he enjoys the current phase of his career, which allows him to experiment with a variety of roles. “I’m in a great place right now, exploring different characters and genres,” he said, embracing the diverse opportunities that have come his way.

One of his upcoming projects, Ajab Raat Ni Gajab Vaat, is a mix of comedy, drama, and romance, and marks his first on-screen collaboration with actress Aarohi Patel. Directed by Prem Gadhvi and Killol Parmar, this film promises plenty of surprises, humor, and heartfelt emotions. Set to hit theaters on November 15, 2024, fans are eager to see Bhavya in this exciting new venture.

When asked about his feelings on returning to television after a long hiatus, Bhavya shared his enthusiasm. “I’m really excited. This role is so different from what my fans are used to seeing me play, and I’m delighted by the challenge. Even if viewers aren’t used to seeing me as a psychotic antagonist in Pushpa Impossible, I won’t be discouraged,” he said confidently.

For those unfamiliar, Bhavya Gandhi left Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah in 2017 to pursue opportunities in the Gujarati film industry. Now, he’s back on the small screen in Pushpa Impossible, where he will portray Pabhaas, a man raised in a wealthy but emotionally distant family, adding complexity and depth to his antagonist character.

With a slate of exciting projects on the horizon, Bhavya is poised for an impressive comeback, and his fans are eagerly awaiting his return to television and the big screen.
