Saras’ friends taunt her that Vansh fell for her at love at first sight and risked his life to get hr book from lake. Kanak walks away and asks Bhabho’s friend if she saw Vansh. She says he must be on terrace. Vansh is busy giving moral gyaan to boys that brain controls body, but heart controls it and can do anything for love. Saras walks towards him. Boys comment his love is coming. Vansh proposes her again kneeling down and says this chance comes once in a life time. Saras thanks him for saving her book by risking his life, but according to her, it is attraction and nothing else, she will marry the boy her brother Uma selects and will love only her husband and thinking of anyone is a sin for her, so Vansh should drop his infatuation right here.
Maasi drops English medicine bottle on floor purposefully and picks glass strands. Uma walks in and asks what happened. She says she dropped medicine bottle due to age-related weakness and will clean it. Uma sees English medicine bottle piece and asks Maasi who brought it. Maasi says she brought it for didi’s back pain as she cannot see Didi’s condition. Uma says it is nonvegetrian ingredients and maasa followed satvik life always, he will not permit her. Maasi insists. Uma says he is ready to die but not change rules and walks away. Maasi taunts Kanak that she did this drama to prove that Uma does not like change.
Uma prepares herbal massage oil for maasa. Shiv brings it and drops by mistake. Payal scolds him and asks to apologize Uma. Uma says there is no need for that as Shiv dropped bowl by mistake and consoles Shiv. Shiv tells he troubles him, Kanak bhabhi, Maasi, etc. Uma asks what about Maasi. Shiv reminisces whole beedi incident and cries. Uma says he should learn from his mistakes and move on, he is a man and man does not cry. Kanak watches that and thinks she will change Uma’s thinking. She hits her foot to a flower vase by mistake and writhes in pain. Maasi sarcastically taunts to watch and walk.
Uma returns to his room and sees Kanak writhing in pain. He checks her foot and applies medicine. She smiles at him and says touching wife’s feet is against his culture. He says he is touching her foot as a doctor. She explains similarly as a doctor he should allow other form of medicines and bend his rule for Maasa’s benefit, a bit of changing rules for a better life will not harm them. Uma argues that holy scriptures are way to lead life and will never change his way. He asks her to get up and she slips. Their eyes lock. Serial’s title song plays in the background…
Precap: Kanak thinks movies can change people’s thinking, it will change even Uma’s thinking. She tells Uma’s mother that she is taking Uma for a movie. Uma asks Maasi to come along. Kanak thinks how will she take Uma for a movie.

Poor Vansh. His mission is impossible. Saras will marry only the man, who Uma choose for her. Oh God/Gods I really hate Uma. He is so much wrong.
Well, he can always tie her up, put tape on her mouth, and drag her around wedding fire 7times. He just has to think of a few signs Radha Krishna sent him. Plenty of time later to get Saras to accept him and inform her family!
Thanks for the update MA.
After reading today’s update I feel it’s impossible to change Uma.
I wish Shiv had said beedi drama’s truth to Uma.
No no, this show is unique as it tells us if a wife suffers to death for an uncaring, arrogant, idiot husband…he will surely change. That’s the concept this show is revealing to some foolish viewers like me.
Precap looks good, kanak informed massa n planning to take Uma for a movie to bring changes in Uma??.kanak’s intellectual thinking with the bgm missed a lot.
In today’s part, sad to see shiv feeling guilty in front of Uma, hope he recovers soon from tat incident.Fed up with this Uma’s gyan.
Yeah Bhaana but all happen just opposite on Uma. He punishes himself for watching Bajrangi Bhaijan. Kamal h itni bekar movie lagi usko ki use khud ko punish karna pada. Lol!
Lol @ Zenith, hilarious ? ?… wish maasisa went & watched it too if that was the effect of the film ??
What I was thinking Meera masi ko to Hate story dikhani chahiye. Suitable for her.?
Hello to everyone you comment on. Have you seen the promotion of Uma and Kanak where they eat ice cream and Shiv is on the shoulders of Uma ? Kanak gives ice cream to Uma, and he to her. How sweet are they two ? And did you see how he was wearing the Uma – with trousers and a shirt ?! It’s on You Tube. Well now did you believe that Uma Shankar will change? Did you believe there would be love, much love !!! There will be one mindset , shared feelings and many romantic scenes. The best is yet to come…Palomi’s and Maasisa are very malicious and will create intrigue. Kanak will understand the truth about Shiva’s cigarettes . Kanak will understand ,that Palomi’s loves Uma.
Yes. I watched it. But don t know if it s really happen or is a dream sequence?
Yes I watched it. But don t know if it s really happen or is a dream sequence?
Now I am getting the main message of the story it is opposite of dabh. This story is going to show “BEHIND EVERY SUCCESSFUL MAN THERE IS A WOMAN So kanak character will be very powerful as sandhya even she faced many problems in her life journey but she had pillar support Sooraj with her .But for kanak she itself will be sooraj and sandhya to fight for her identity in that house ,not only hers for every women in that house..so initially she won’t get uma ‘s support in this matter but I am sure as time passes surely uma will support her.Becos first she has to change uma’thought process his rigid beliefs .I like the way yesterday kanak said she don’t know whether she will succeed but she is going to try till the end not give up..She is so determined as sandhya .Women’s never give up how much ever we fall we will surely fight till the end.As uma said to shiv that that man should not cry why men’s donot have feelings do not have emotions its is ridiculous crying does not make weak it is just outburst of emotions being men or women i love the way rhea said why god gave heart to man he could have kept stone in the place of heart .But I saw uma feeling for kanak he didn’t even think a minute he just took her leg and started to treat her he cannot see her in pain although he justifies that he is treating her as doctor not her husband ..A husband who does not believe or treat his wife equal will not touch his wife feet so what I feel is uma accepts gender equality in his heart but his mind is not ready to accept it becos his upbringing by massisa is like that .She misguided him totally she brainwashed him in his childhood .Dont know why but he was pushed to lead a life in dharmic way.I am really waiting to see how kanak is going to travel with him and bring changes in his beliefs not all beliefs are wrong only certain things she has to change to lead a happy normal life.I guess there will be again a forced marriage ah vansh saras i don’t want another forced marriage CV let it be love cum arranged marriage.I really like the way saras reacted yesterday to vansh. She is umashankar sister how she will be weak she is very strong as umashankar in her beliefs
Agree with u, but I think vansh will b stopped by ved or bhabho.
It seems the present scenes r necessary for the story, I will b happy if they rush up the conflict between massi and kanak
I really loved the way uma cared for her he gave his hand to help kanak but kanak refused that shows kanak wants to fight the war alone but then too he supported her when she was about to fall that shows uma will always be there to support kanak in her life journey with him .How lovingly he hold her that was not only romantic it is something else he will be always there for her.So as massisa said kanak has to bring nayi soch in uma regarding women’s equality and rights.
WOW this shows concept is so amazing (sarcasm)
And according to one viewer this is women empowerment – I know my English is limited but after checking the meaning of empowerment in a dictionary I was dumbfounded that it didn’t match what is going on here.
After reading TU today now I know this show is completely wacked. So Saras knows that in order for her to get married she needs her brother’s approval and say so and choice and yet she was cheering loudly on the day Kanak was kidnapped and forced to marry her brother – so where was her logic about relations then?
So before anyone of you come at me just think that the producers and CVs themselves have proved how stupid, idiotic and illogical in what they are showing.
Oh what a mess and the sad thing is people are praising this stuff. How complicated the human mind is?
What a MESS???♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️
One has to laugh ???????
I’m afraid it’s not just one viewer that believes that the show’s message is about ‘women empowerment’….unfortunately those of you with a blindfold on, about how ‘bad’ the show is -because you can’t see beyond what’s happening right now are too busy ramming your views down our thoughts & ridiculing us for our views (not very 21st century is it?) …. being a part of a regressive society is about accepting & respecting other people’s views & being non judgemental towards others.
My personal opinion is that a good storyline takes time to develop & if they showed characters just changing overnight then what would be the point?
As I have said before, I am confused as to how or why people who are so against the concept of the show still watch or keep up with it ??but each to their own.
Whether you agree with my comments or not, enjoy the show or don’t – live & let live.. respect to all. ✌️
So what is your point because I don’t get it being rude and calling others names is not a point
A girl got kidnapped and forced to marry a guy because he claimed he got signs from his God.
Her family who cared for her and brought her up were never involved
The girl in question was not asked her opinion or gave her consent
The law of the land was broken and no justice was done
As you are allowed to praise and glorify this show so am I to criticise it.
And what you all do is good now between you and I who is trying to forced their opinion or view on others.
When should the show developed when a crime has already been committed against a woman and no justice done – so who is backwards and regressive.
Marriage/love is two people becoming one with similar ideals. Here we see two people fighting to change each other so is this relationship or harmony.
Now no one can tell me what to read on this page if this is here I will read it. I am tired of people’s rudeness on these pages when someone gives their opinion.
I never called anyone names if you got convicted it is because you know the concept of the show is wrong and is against women. The only reason why the producers are trying to justify their earlier writing is because of the uproar that has been going on about the show.
Any crime against women is wrong and I will continue to speak against it. See let some village guy kidnap you and marry you and force you to do such things and see how you change his belief – it is not that easy.
Check Human rights website and see how many crimes as such are committed against women in India and around the world. Take the romantic glasses off your eyes and see this for what it is. I can’t watch such rubbish but I will read the updates to see what foolishness the CVs are giving to the likes of you.
You see to insult behind a screen is very easy my dear.
I am sure I have stated my points very well ms Meera
And one more thing – it would have been woman empowerment if she had been married to that man and come into his family consensual you and embarked to change their mindset or fight for her right but that was not the case initially – she was brutally forced to marry even when she was screaming NO at the top of her voice – he bodily carried her round the altar – so tell me where was woman empowerment in that.
Also if you are allowed to praise the show so I am also allowed to give constructive criticism.
You all keep attacking anyone who dares to speak against this show and insult them and call them names – so what for? Why is that? If you know that your show is good and you are enjoying it then don’t respond to us just watch your show
Because today I never commented on anyone’s comment but on an actual dialogue in the show. So if you got convicted because of it so be it. Tell me what you think of your precious serial but don’t call me names.
*Consensual your
Lol! Missy you seem to have you get yourself into a right tizz over this ?. If you actually read my comment (you may want to take your blindfold off first though) you might realise that I didn’t resort to any name calling! … Thankfully I come from a progressive enough society to respect other people’s opinions (even if they differ from my own).
I am no keyboard warrior & am not out to change the world with my opinions/comments so feel free to carry on & wind yourself up some more ✌️ ?
I am with you, Meera..
Well said meera many viewers are seeing only the present sequences which are very regressive they are failing to see what will be the message which the CVS are going to give to the society.Thank you for supporting .
Meera I am not in any tizz and I don’t need to declare that I come from a progressive family/society my actions should speak for itself.
I do respect others opinion that’s why if someone comments something I agree with I say so if I don’t agree I don’t comment on their comments but give my own view on the situation.
Why would I be in a tizz because of you – it because it is was obvious that you got convicted of my comments that’s why you feel the need to insult my comments. I am not a keyboard warrior nor do I aim to be one but as an empowered woman I will speak my mind as I see fit. I am done anyway with this mess.
Precisely, since you probably come from a society where social injustices are rare, you fail to feel the pain of anyone who sees such kidnapping cases in their society and is outraged at the romanticizing of it on screen. It’s ok for you to get into a tizzy over anyone speaking against the show but not others to get into a tizzy to see people supporting a criminal character. And no, I could never imagine you would ever try to change anything from your comment or opinions… those who do write against social evils are utter fools after all. What are words worth after all. And surely you live and let live those who are waiting to see if Uma will actually ever receive punishment for his crime. Peace and respect to you too.✌
Well answered Meera….
I like ur comment ??
Well guys I don t think the story is in total about women empowerment. It is more about enlighting the people who are blindfold of their own religionous belief. They do whatever they think right behind the excuse of religion. According to me religion itself gives you enlightment and in the show people like masi has her own views about it which is wrong also she mekes other mambers to believe in her own selfmade dharma. In that conservative family how a girl changes their views about that selfmade dharma is a part of the show. And that will be interesting to watch. It s my opinion guys.
Plz ignore my spelling mistakes or typing errors. Sorry 4 that.
This show is going so borring these days….i stopped watch it….i dnt think it will going intresting like part 1
I am really very disappointed with the show. Even after marriage today’s women had their own choices and opinions. We are in 21 century. This show didn’t have any positive message. Even understanding and bonding between kanak and uma is not shown till day. This show very badly represents traditional family and religious values. From the day one it’s focus on force marriage, dirty politics, quarrels, deframe religion and dragging women’s condition in society. Showcase eviel practices!
