Maasi tells Kanak that tomorrow is Palomi and Uma’s haldi ceremony and taunts that Uma’s first wife wanted half property in exchange of divorcing Uma, but Palomi wants only Uma. Kanak smiles. Maasi taunts she can understand Kanak’s mental condition now and can see the pain in her eyes seeing Uma’s rituals and says Palomi let us go for rituals. Kanak says she need not worry, she will perform rituals. Kanak walks to living room and sees Uma in groom’s sherwani and pagdi. Maasi asks Palomi to stand next to Uma and says this is perfect Radha Krishna jodi. Kanak slips. Uma holds her. She chats romantically and taunts. Palomi angrily asks Kanak to go away from Uma as she has divorced him and asks to remove her mangalsutra. Kanak says she will not remove her mangalsutra
After sometime, Maasi asks Uma howmuch he respects her. He says more than his life. She says promised Palomi to get her Kanak’s mangalsutra, so he should get it from Kanak and give it to Palomi, she knows he will not let hr break her promise and disappoint like Aditya and Kanak.
Bhabho notices Aditya/Maakhan Singh making mistake during preparing sweets and says she caught him. He nervously asks what. She says he is working for the first time and does not know to prepare sweets. He says she has microscopic vision and says under her guidance he will learn, she should give him a chance. Bhabho agrees and advices to work hard. Maakhan says she will become his fan soon seeing his hard work. Maasi comes in car. Maakhan sees her and thinks mom loves him a lot and came to check on her. Bhabho sees Maasi and greets her, asks Maakhan to get water. She praises Maasi that she became her fan as she did not spare even her son. Ved comes and tells Maasi that Aditya escaped again and someone helped him, he cannot hide for long. He sees Maakhan and asks who is he. Bhabho says new servant. He calls Maakhan. Maasi disrupts him and tells Bhabho that tomorrow morning is Payal’s haldi and they all have to attend. Bhabho and Ved agree. Maasi leaves smirking.
Kanak looking into mirror thinks she has to concentrate on her goal and not get distracted with Maasi and Palomi’s plans. She hears Uma coming and says her hero is coming. Uma asks her to come out as he does not want to enter a stranger woman’s room. She walks out. He asks her to give mangalsutra as he promised Maasi to give it to Palomi. She says if he had asked her life, she would have given happily, but not this mangalsutra. He says he knows she did not divorce him for money, but something else, until she removes mangalsutra of his name, how can he give right to Palomi. She says their relationship is made by Shivji and no law can break their marriage. Their discussion continues..
