The Episode starts with Kanak saying I will not go home with you, you think what to tell Maasi. Ved and Vansh talk about Kanak’s groom. Ved says he will be dashing and drive a sports bike. Uma drives the cycle and follows Kanak. Kanak thinks to show whose daughter is she. Driver asks Kanak to hire other auto, he has to go home for lunch. Uma sees her and smiles. Ved says she would have chosen a soft hearted man like dad. Vansh says one who gives freedom to Kanak.

Kanak stops Uma and says I m walking, does Dharam not say you should also walk. Uma gets down the cycle and smiles. He walks after her. Vansh says Kanak would have won his heart, she would be making him dance. Uma goes to a lady wearing similar clothes like Kanak, and asks her to come home. The lady jokes. He apologizes. Kanak winks to Uma and smiles. Ved says Kanak always plays pranks and pulls leg, all the best to her husband. The man greets Uma and says Kanak has bought all the oranges, I think she likes it. Kanak throws the oranges on Uma and runs.

Vansh says its a bit tough to win over Kanak. Ved laughs. Kanak blows soap bubbles on Uma’s face and asks will you still wish to come after me. He asks what are you doing. She goes. Maasi looks at the door. Maasi says why did Uma take Kanak out, when he knew its first rasoi. Suman says Kanak started controlling him. Kanak comes. Maasi asks where did you go, why are you coming alone, did Uma not explain you, women don’t go out alone, where is he. Kanak cries. Uma says how shall I explain Kanak the importance of Dharm, freedom is not seen in relation, togetherness and support is seen, where are you Kanak.

Kanak says I know a woman never goes out alone, I went with Swami, he got a patient and went with him, I was afraid, I got lonely, woman is house’s Maryada, I know tulsi is pure till its inside house, else tulsi outside house is like jungle tree, I reached home with difficulty. They get Uma home.

Maasi asks where is Kanak. Uma says don’t know where she….. He sees Kanak coming. Kanak says don’t get angry on me, Maasi wants to tell something to you. Maasi asks does anyone leave wife alone in market, she was so scared and came home, will you give her security like this, if anything happened to her then, you started breaking your rules. Kanak says let it be, I will start rasam to make sweets, forgive Swami. Maasi says I did not know you are so sensible, go. Kanak smiles. Uma looks at her. She goes.

Rani says where is Badal, he did not come till now, will I go this way and meet him, he will understand I m a maid, I have to wear a nice dress and look like Bijli. She sees a saree and tries. She says someone take my selfie, I look like a heroine. Meenakshi says wow, my new saree stock has come. She sees Rani taking her selfie. She takes the saree back and says its very costly saree, don’t touch it, your dirty hands will stain it. Rani asks her to clean house herself then. Vansh comes and says I spoke to Kanak, she asked about you two. Rani gets message and goes. Meenakshi asks did Kanak forgive us. Vansh says she can’t be annoyed with us.

Bhabho asks Rani why is she worried, what happened to Badal. Rani says I don’t understand his shayari. She reads it. Bhabho smiles and says it means he likes food. Rani says even Golu loves food, if he is fat like Golu then. Bhabho says heart to man’s heart goes through his stomach, cook food and show him. Rani likes the idea.

Kusum sits making halwa. Bhabho teaches halwa recipe to Rani. Rani says I wish I could send the sweets essence along with the photo. Bhabho asks her to add the dry fruits. Kanak cooks same way. Kanak says halwa will be good. Rani says I heard Sooraj’s sweet essence should be spread in entire lane, and people used to come from far to have the sweets, Meenakshi says Kanak has same magic like Sooraj. Kanak prepares the halwa. Kanak thanks Sooraj and says people say I have same taste in my hands like you.

Kanak adds salt and black pepper in the halwa for Uma. Uma asks her to share the halwa. He gifts anklets as shagun. He says these are my love chains, it won’t let you go away.
