Maasi eagerly searches Kanak. Gabbasa returns and says he could not find Kanak anywhere. Maasi scolds that he has gone old and should go and rest, she has to find Kanak and find out where she has hidden Aditya. Aditya thinks Maasi betrayed him. Kanak and Ved silently follow him and think they fooled Aditya by making him believe it is January 1st instead of December 31st. Aditya walks to hospital reception and requests to make an ISD call. Ved and Kanak think whom he want to make ISD call to. Aditya picks call, but stops and says he is not in a mood. He dances that Sandhya Rathi’s daughter is defeated, reminisces seeing December 31st on hospital billing roll, and walks wishing everyone happy new year.

Maasi nervously tries to leave home to find Kanak when she hears

Neha telling Uma that she has asked her friend to send details about Matruveda Pharmacy to his mailing address and it may reach any time.
