I had already added Aastha and Omkara’s soul’s scene.But for Revu,I added her favourite dialogue with a slight difference.So dedicating this chapter to Revu.
Shlok and Aastha were so busy with their work that even in late night they had to work.
Shlok:Aastha,you are tired.You have sandwich.
He opened the tiffin box and gave her the sandwich.
Aastha:No Shlok.I don’t want to eat anything.
Shlok:You will become weak.So keep quiet and have it.
Aastha took the sandwich and started eating it.

But Aastha managed to open her eyes after some time.She saw Shlok working.
Aastha:Shlok,you are working without any rest.You also eat.
Shlok:I have no time Aastha.Too much of work to do.
Aastha:I am superior to you in this office.So I am telling you.Eat first.Then you work.
She gave him the sandwich and he also started eating it.
Aastha thought:He made me eat.But without caring about himself he is struggling hard for our company.Shlok is so selfless.

On the way back from a meeting they stopped the car seeing a tea shop.They bought tea and bread from the street tea shop.They sipped tea together smiling at each other.

While walking in the office,Aastha’s foot got twisted and she had pain.
Aastha:Ahh..
She was finding it difficult to walk.
Shlok noticed it.
Shlok:Aastha,are you ok?
Aastha:Ya.
Shlok:From your face itself I understood that you have pain.You can’t even walk properly and you are saying that you are alright?
Aastha was silent.
Suddenly Shlok lifted her up in his arms and walked.

Aastha:Shlok,what are you doing?
Shlok placed her on the chair and twisted her foot.
Aastha:Ahhh..What is this?
Shlok:Now check whether you have sprain or not.
She moved her leg and smiled.
Aastha:My leg is completely fine now.
Shlok smiled:I knew it.
Aastha:Thank you Shlok.When you twisted my foot,I thought you ….
Shlok:You thought I hurt you purposefully?How could you even think like that about me?I can never even imagine to hurt you.
Aastha became emotional.

Shlok:He needs happiness and freshness in his life to be cured.By creating such happy situations we can bring him back to life.
Aastha:I think you are right Shlok.
He smiled.
Accidentally Shlok’s hand hit the table and got hurt.Aastha held his palm and started blowing air on that part.He did not look at her face as he was feeling awkward.

He walked away.He looked at his palm and smiled.
Aastha thought:Shlok’s wound is giving pain to me also.Is this love?

Suddenly she heard a voice:This is love Aastha.
She turned back.She was shocked to see Omkara.
Aastha:Omkara!
Omkara:I came to clear your doubt Aastha.What you feel for Shlok is love.That’s why even a small wound of his is giving you pain.
Aastha’s eyes became teary.
Omkara:Why are you crying Aastha?Are you guilty of loving Shlok?
Aastha:I am sorry Omkara.
Omkara:No need to be sorry Aastha.You did not do anything wrong by loving a nice person like Shlok.I can’t return to you.So if your life is beautiful again,it’s only because of Shlok.Why don’t you make your life more beautiful by moving on with Shlok?Trust me,that’s what makes me happy.Because I don’t like your tears.
He wiped her tears.
Omkara:The only person who can make you smile is Shlok.Keep loving him Aastha and make yourself happy always.Because of your stupid guilty feeling,don’t lose the beauty of life.A beautiful life is standing in front of you, extending its arms towards you.Accept it by holding it’s arms.Because that lovely life which is awaiting you is Shlok.
Aastha looked at Omkara emotionally. Suddenly Omkara disappeared.
Shlok’s face came into her mind.
Aastha was attaching balloons to the walls standing on a stool for Tej’s surprise birthday party.The stool got moved and Aastha was about to fall down.But surprisingly she fell in Shlok’s arms.Aastha was lost in Shlok’s eyes.

Shlok:Are you ok Aastha?

Suddenly they realized that they were holding each others hands.
They took their hands off each other shyly.

Tej was surprised to see a birthday celebration arranged for him.
The cake was fed to him by Kalyani,Kavya,Aastha and finally Shlok.Tej saw Omkara in place of Shlok and became emotional.Then he saw Shlok’s smiling face.Tej smiled.
Everyone smiled seeing it.
Kalyani:After a long time Tej smiled.It’s because of you Shlok.Thanks for making my son smile.
Shlok smiled.
Shlok:Very soon Tej uncle will hear and start talking like before.You wait and watch.
Everyone smiled.
Shlok was driving.Aastha was in the car.She remembered Kalyani telling her about considering Shlok to get married to.Aastha looked at Shlok.
Slowly she smiled.

While having lunch,Aastha coughed.Immediately Shlok filled the glass with the water.He kept the glass close to her lips and made her drink water.While drinking water,their eyes were fixed onto each others eyes.
Aastha’s eyes were blindfolded and she was searching for Kavya as a part of game.Kavya hid behind the wall.Shlok came that way.Aastha held him.
Aastha:I caught you.
She pecked his cheek.

Shlok was stunned.
Aastha unveiled her eyes.She was stunned to see Shlok.
She took her hands off Shlok shyly.
Shlok smiled.

and licked her ice stick looking at her romantically.She blushed.

Suddenly Aastha realized that it was just her dream.She became shy.
Aastha prepared the presentation.Shlok came.
Shlok:Are you ready Aastha?
Aastha:Yes Shlok.I hope Mittal industries Owner Kabir Mittal likes my presentation and we get the project.
Shlok held her hand and said:
Aastha,be confident.I am sure that Mr.Kabir Mittal will be impressed by your performance.
She smiled.
Kabir Mittal came.Seeing Aastha,his eyes got stuck upto her.
Aastha:Hi..I am Aastha.
Kabir:Hi Aastha,I am…
Aastha and Kabir said together:Kabir Mittal.
They both smiled.
He extended his hand for a hand shake.They had a handshake.
Aastha did the presentation.Kabir was lost in her through out the presentation.
Kabir:Fantastic!Excellent!I am so happy to work with you.
Aastha got excited:It means…
Kabir:Yes,the deal is done.
Aastha and Shlok became very happy.
Shlok:Thank you very much.We will do our best and do wonders.
Kabir:I know that.
Kabir looked at Aastha and said:The wonder is already done.
Without knowing what he meant Aastha and Shlok smiled.
Kabir:We are going to work together.In that happiness why don’t we have a party?
Shlok:Sure.
Aastha too smiled.
Shlok and Aastha went for the party.Kabir was lost in Aastha’s beauty.
Kabir:You are looking gorgeous.I have never seen a beautiful woman like you.
Aastha smiled:Thank you.
Shlok’s face became dull.
He thought:Why do I feel bad when Kabir looks at Aastha like this?
Aastha was talking to someone at the party.Kabir was staring at her.Shlok noticed it.Seeing Shlok,Kabir went near her.
Kabir:Mr.Shlok Agnihotri…are you married?
Shlok:No.
Kabir:Are you and Aastha in a relationship?Don’t take me wrong.Since I saw both of you together I asked this.
Shlok:No.We are just friends.
Kabir was relieved.
Kabir smiled.
Music was played.Kabir went near Aastha.
Kabir:May I dance with you?
Aastha was hesitant.
Shlok:Aastha…go dance with Kabir.
Aastha gave a pale smile and nodded her head.Kabir became very happy.
She extended her hand towards him.
He held her hand and started dancing with her.

Varad sat near him.

Shlok was silent.
Varad:Shlok,atleast now you tell me what’s in your heart.
Shlok replied emotionally:I think I am in love with Aastha.
Varad:Finally you admitted it.I knew that even before you understood your feelings for Aastha.Then why did’nt you dance with her instead of dancing with her? Why don’t you confess your love to her?
Shlok:How can I Varad?Before confessing my love to Aastha,I have to surely tell her that I am responsible for Omkara’s death.Then it’s sure that she will hate me.I won’t be able to bear her hatred for me.So it’s better to bury my feelings for her.Kabir is better for Aastha and we are better off as friends.Otherwise she will end up hating me.
Varad became upset.
