-Kunj’s Mansion-
Kunj angrily walked inside not caring about anything. As he entered the hall, he saw it fully decorated with flowers and balloons and he was welcomed by a large echo ‘HAPPY BIRTHDAY!’ He was startled for a moment and for a second had forgotten about his anger but then Twinkle walked in which reminded Kunj his annoyance on them.
Yuvraj walked towards Kunj despite seeing his angry face. Manohar and Rishab were trying to pull him back but he didn’t budge. “Happy birthday Kunj!” He exclaimed cheerfully.
Kunj angrily raised his hand fisting it. Everyone present there were shocked seeing his action.
“Move Yuvi! He’s going to punch you.” Rishab muttered panicking.
Kunj smiled pinching his cheeks on which all heaved a sigh of relief but Yuvraj was still in shock making Kunj chuckle. He hugged Yuvraj tightly and whispered in his ears. “Thanks bro!”
Yuvraj didn’t understand the reason of his behavior up til he saw Twinkle’s face which was red as tomato and she mouthed the same thing.
Kunj then moved inside leaving Yuvraj with Twinkle who was telling him the way he confessed his feelings.
Yuvraj was happy but he was more surprised. “Really?” He asked still unsure.
“Yes Yuvi! Even I can’t believe all this.” She chirped on which Yuvraj laughed.
“I’m really happy for both of you. You both deserve much more happiness.” Yuvraj spoke while side hugging her.
“Thank you so much Yuvi… For that acting! In fact for everything! If not for that, your egoistic friend would’ve never confessed his love for me.”
“Ya Ya I know! You people are really so slow. So… Someone has to act cupid right!” He said proudly raising his collar.
“Yuvi bhai, bhabhi! Are you planning to stay on the door whole day?” Arohi yelled from inside.
Yuvraj giggled. “Let’s go inside before your husband comes running to get you!”
Twinkle rolled her eyes on hearing his words but then smilingly moved inside. On reaching in hall, they found Rishab teasing Kunj about last night.
“So… How was my acting?” He asked showing his teeth.
Kunj also showed all his teeth hardly controlling his anger. “It was award winning Rishab! Just don’t experiment it on ME next time! Unless you want all of those teeth out of your mouth!” Kunj exclaimed faking a wide smile.
“Woah! Chill dude! Come on. Now let’s celebrate!” Rishab said excitedly.
“Ya Kunj! Cut the cake buddy.” Disha said.
They all sang the happy birthday song while Kunj blew the candles and cut the cake but all the while his eyes were fixed on Twinkle who stood a little away from the group with Manohar. He many times gestured her to come forward but she politely shook her head in a no.
After sometime, when they were done with photo session Rishab picked up a handful of whipped cream and smashed it on Kunj’s face. He was shocked but soon he did the same! And the programme started. Twinkle and Manohar stood away from the nonsense!
After 10 minutes, Yuvraj, Disha, Arohi, Rishab and Kunj’s faces were completely smeared in cream. Twinkle burst out laughing after seeing Kunj’s face. “This is why I didn’t come there! I knew this madness would start after sometime! Look at your face! You look like… Someone has hit you with an apple pie on your face.”
“Ya Ya! Whatever!” Kunj grumbled.
“No! Seriously Kunj! You’re looking like a cartoon!” Yuvraj said between his laugh.
“Enough! I’ll be after cleaning this!” Kunj exclaimed before walking towards the room.
“Wait! I’m also coming!” She said and walked behind.

At the Office-
Chayya walked in Kunj’s cabin and was astonished to find it empty. A person who attended his office no matter if he was sick, unhealthy or whatever maybe the reason, wasn’t there!

She called… Rather yelled. “Secretary! Where’s Kunj?”
“Ma’am he didn’t arrive yet.” She replied meekly.
“What the hell! How irresponsible of you! Why didn’t you call him! Couldn’t you ask him the details of his absence or…”
“Ma’am! I’m his secretary not WIFE!” The secretary retorted completely irked by her shouting. “This is Sir’s office! He can come and leave anytime he wants. We can’t say anything to him! And if you want to know, call him yourself or call Mrs. Sarna!” She said tauntingly knowing that mentioning about ‘Mrs. Sarna’ would add fuel to fire.
“What did you say! I should call that Twinkle and ask her Kunj’s whereabouts!” Chayya snapped.
The secretary shrugged before walking away not wanting to hear any more of her nonsense.
‘Why isn’t Kunj here! Lord! Don’t let it be what I’m thinking!’ She thought tensely and quickly dialed a number. “Hello Care & Cure hospital? I… I had an appointment with one of your doctor… Dr. Twinkle Sarna! Has she arrived?”
“No! Dr. Twinkle has been on a leave since two days. Didn’t anybody inform you?” Came the reply from the other side which left her more shocked.
She angrily banged the phone on the desk. ‘Kunj hasn’t arrived at the office. Twinkle hasn’t arrived at the hospital. Where the hell are the both of them?’
“I should call Rishab!” She mumbled under her breath.
Rishab saw the caller ID and rejected the call few times. But Chayya continued to call. Finally all irked, he picked up the call. “What happened Chayya?” He asked nonchalantly.
“Rishab! Kunj hasn’t arrived here and Twinkle is also not at the hospital.”
“I know. They’re here. At Kunj’s place. Celebrating his birthday.”
“And what’re YOU doing here?” She asked unbelievably.
“I’m invited too. Wait I’ll send you a picture.”
“Rishab! Are you in your mind! He’s your enemy remember! And…”
He interrupted her by saying. “He wasn’t my enemy Chayya. I WAS his enemy and Lord knows why…! But not anymore. Now just stay away from Twinkle and Kunj. Concentrate on your work and go home.”
Before she could retort Rishab hung up the call making her shocked to the bone! ‘How can this happen! How can Rishab do this!’ She thought furiously.
Within few minutes she received pictures from Rishab’s number. And just couldn’t believe her eyes. It was Twinkle and Kunj laughing and enjoying to the fullest!

Chayya was fuming. ‘So my assumption was right! But I haven’t given up yet! Twinkle! I won’t leave you now! First Kunj, and now Rishab ditched me because of you! I’ll make your condition so bad, that you’ll pray for death! This is Chayya Trivedi’s promise!’

In the Room:
Twinkle was moving her hand between the clothes in her wardrobe and Kunj was just staring at her adoringly while sitting on the bed.
“Twinkle! Wear that black one. It’s just… Enhances your glow a hundred times.”
She just smiled and picked up the black chiffon frock. After few minutes, she came out from washroom all ready!

“So you’ve finally decided that you won’t go to the office today?”
“Ya! Rishab and Yuvi will be there. If I’m needed which won’t happen in their presence, then I’ll go.”
“Ok. Don’t go to the office. But come to drop me to the hospital. I want to go with you today!” She whined like a child on which Kunj shook his head amusingly.
He smiled. “Ok. I’ll drop you there!”
Twinkle nodded happily and stood in front of the mirror lost in her own when she saw Kunj behind her. He gently placed a platinum chain on her neck.

“Remember this?” He asked.
“Off course I do!” She answered. “It’s the same pendant, you had brought for me on the day of our date and I had refused to take it from you.” She added blushingly.
Kunj smirked mischievously. “Oh! Date! I thought it was just a dinner but thank you for correcting me. It was a DATE! I’m impressed.”
Twinkle slightly hit Kunj’s arm throwing a glare but then ended up with a smile.
“Twinkle! Do you remember what I told you that day?” He asked staring at her through mirror.
“Yes. I do! ‘OK TWINKLE. DON’T TAKE IT NOW. BUT SOMEDAY WHEN YOU FINALLY ACCEPT THAT EVERYTHING THAT BELONGS TO ME IS YOURS, THAT DAY I’LL MAKE YOU WEAR THIS.’ Those were your exact words.” She spoke in the same style as him looking into his eyes through mirror’s reflection.
Kunj lips curved into a smile. “Wow! You remember each word.”
“I remember each word you uttered, each time you told me you love me, all your cute gestures and everything about you! Anyways now just tell me honestly, why were you looking at me all the time downstairs?”
“I was looking at the love of my life, and thanking her for bringing this day in my life. You know Twinkle, I didn’t celebrate my birthday even once in those 8 years. It all reminded me of the time spent with them and it hurt. But now the good time is back. After 8 years, we’re celebrating my birthday together. Me, Arohi, Rishab and all of us together.”
“And with Lord’s grace we’ll celebrate your birthday every year like this.”
“Not my birthday only! But your birthday! And then soon it’ll be our kid’s birthday! Oh I’m so excited.” Kunj exclaimed happily making Twinkle flushed with redness.
“Kunj! Come here and see us off!” Yuvraj yelled from living room intruding their sweet moment.
“I’m really curious to know if Yuvi is my friend or foe! He always disturbs our moment!” Kunj grumbled grumpily.
Twinkle tried to sniffle smile on his statement. “Kunj! I think they all are leaving. Let’s see them off!” She said and was about to move but he pulled her in his embrace wrapping his arms around her waist.
“No need! Let them think we’re too busy with each other.” He whispered softly leaning forward to her face on which she closed her eyes.

Twinkle rushed inside Dr. Ragini’s cabin. “What happened Dr? Is everything fine! Where’s the patient? You told me it’s urgent!”
“Come sit!” She said grimly looking anywhere but her.
“Dr. You’re worrying me more! Please tell me what’s the matter!”
“Twinkle! I don’t know how all this happened but…”
“But what? What such happened?”
“Twinkle… The reports I showed you yesterday…”
Twinkle began to panic. “Wha… What… What about that doctor?” She asked feeling uneasiness inside the pit of her stomach.
“Twinkle… I’m sorry but… Those reports were of some other Twinkle… Twinkle Mehta… And not yours. Your reports are in my hands now and… It’s… Bad news.”
“What’re you saying doctor!” Twinkle banged her fists on the table getting up. “How could you do this doctor! How could you be so irresponsible! Do you’ve any idea of how far I had taken my life on the basis of those… Fake reports! What decisions I’ve taken because of that!” She choked due to her tears. “No Dr! Please tell me that this is the lie and that was the truth!” Saying this she burst out crying.
Dr. Ragini could understand her mental condition so she acted calmly with patience. She put her hand on Twinkle’s shoulder trying to console her. “Twinkle please calm down! Listen girl. We can always go for the chemotherapy. And…”
“No Dr! I don’t want to give myself false hopes! This is the truth and I should accept it.” She took a deep breath before asking. “Without any surgery how much time, do I have?” She asked emotionlessly.
Dr felt sad for her condition but couldn’t help. “Uh, 6 months. But you’ll have to continue those medicines to prevent your health from deteriorating.”
“Hmmm.” Was her response while picking up her stuff before leaving.
‘I’m sorry Kunj for giving you false hope! I can’t give you anything but pain….! However one thing is sure, I’m not going to let this cancer claim two lives instead of one!’ She thought determinedly.

I know… I know! This is really a short update but actually I wasn’t feeling to write but still managed to come up so this is it what I wrote as of now! Sometimes small update also work. I guess!
The suspense has finished and your guesses were correct. Twinkle’s reports were exchanged and it was really painful for me to write actually! Let’s see how’s Twinkle going to react now! If she would tell Kunj about her disease? Or if she would leave him? Well for knowing answers you’ve to wait for upcoming ones.
Coming to thank you… Thank you really very much Sia, Ananya (you never miss a chance to bring a smile on my face and I wander how come you comment with such new and overwhelming words which makes my heart go pitter-patter:*) then baby, Yashika, Cheena, Vibhu, Msmahi, Twinj2000, Riya, Rayna, Vags and all others who put their previous views in previous episode… Thank you so much for such incredible words. Sorry I can’t mention everyone’s name but I read each and every view and trust me I love you all so much.

In fact I was thinking to put a ban on saying ‘please’ and ‘sorry’ because I seriously don’t like you guys writing it for me for no reason. Just share your opinions freely… Bindaas ho kar! Because that’s what I love ‘reading your opinions’ and for putting them in comment section you don’t have to apologise.
Anisha: I was actually waiting to reply your comment and I guess you had complaint the same thing before too…. Anyways I don’t exactly know how I disappointed you like Sia mentioned I had already told I’m not comfortable in writing intense scenes but still I did and trust me I felt so difficulty in that! NOW tell me according to you what’s the meaning of ‘romance’ because I seriously couldn’t understand your point! My definition of ‘romance’ was depicting in the previous one so you might’ve got mine point of view…! Anisha showing ROMANCE and showing VULGARITY are two different things and there’s a massive difference between them. I don’t know what have you meant by mentioning ‘hot’! But one thing is clear I’M NEVER GOING TO SHOW SUCH SCENES BECAUSE THAT’S AGAINST MY VALUES! ACCORDING TO ME SHOWING EMOTION IS BEAUTIFUL BUT SHOWING THAT ROMANCE IN EXCEEDING ACTION IS WHAT ‘I’ CALL VULGARITY! I’m sorry if my words hurt anyone in anyways. I seriously don’t want to offend anyone’s point of view neither I hold any right of doing that. However I had to reply because not only ‘She’ is having complaint but many are sending me DM telling me to stop writing and to learn from somewhere how to show romance! And still I don’t understand what do they exactly mean by ‘romance’. I truly respect my readers a lot so neither I’m going to ask Anisha to stop commenting nor I’m going to ask those who’re sending DM, to stop sharing their views but yeah I want to request all those who’re having complaints that be a li’l polite and soft regarding your words because I’m just writing as a hobby and it’s like a stress buster for me moreover if I’m being polite doesn’t mean I don’t feel bad, it’s just I don’t insult anyone’s view but everything has a end and I’m not a slave so please be little humble that’s all I want!
A part from that, again a huge thank you for supporting and encouraging. Keep showering the love the way you’ve showered up till now. I’ll try to post next one by Monday In’shaAllah but I’m not promising that it’ll be a long one maybe it would be short like this. Anyways do share your views and ya TRY TO SPREAD LOVE AS WORLD IS ALREADY FILLED WITH HATRED!
