Twinj: When I fell for you: Episode 25

A quick recap: Twinkle and Kunj’s marriage fixed, Alisha’s kidnapping

Chinki reveals to Twinj that Kunj himself was going to be Twinkle’s groom. Twinkle looked blankly at Chinki, then Aman, and her eyes came to a stand still when she saw Kunj, still in a shock by the revelation. He looked back at her, feeling her intense gaze, and was surprised to find tears in her eyes. Chinki and Aman hugged and congratulated them, while Kunj smiled wholeheartedly, whereas Twinkle had a cold, expressionless face.

That’s when Yuvi and Amaya walked to them, and Yuvi, without noticing Kunj and Twinkle there, said, “Guys, about Alisha….”
“What about her bhai? No clue has been found so far right… No problem, we’ll find her… The kidnappers wouldn’t have taken her out of town.. For now let’s just concentrate on the wedding of this lovely couple right here…” Aman said hastily, preventing him from speaking further.

Twinkle looked on shocked. She realised that Leela was lying to her. Alisha hadn’t left the town, she had actually been kidnapped. She recalled a recent incident, and tears flooded her eyes again.

Flashback.
Twinkle was in the guest room of the Taneja mansion, where Alisha was staying. She handed Alisha her medicines, and listened quietly as Alisha painfully told her how she had suffered a lot after being separated from her parents, and how she had come back there since she had realised that she couldn’t live without Kunj.
Twinkle didn’t know if Alisha had changed for real, but she was assured that the devil had actually genuine feelings for Kunj. She strengthened herself with a decision to keep her love locked up, away from Alisha’s love, for Alisha’s true love, and out of fear that her union with Kunj may bring troubles to her family yet again.
End of flashback.

Twinkle went running to her room, crying her heart out. “Why? Why does this always happen to me? Every time I think that my troubles are finally over, a fresh stream of troubles begin to haunt me…. Why?” She screamed, sobbing out loud. She had needed this vent for her emotions for a long time now, and she let all her pain flow, without stopping any tears. Leela walked into the room, and was shocked to see the condition her daughter was in.

“Twinkle! My God! What have you done to yourself? Are you alright?” She asked, concerned.
Twinkle ran to her and hugged her, crying out and mumbling that she didn’t want this marriage to happen. Leela was broken to see her daughter like that, but she knew she had to be strong.
She held Twinkle’s hands in hers, and calmed her down, slowly patting her back. She made Twinkle swear to be happy and to believe her mother, who would never do anything that wouldn’t be the best for her.
She told her that the priest had found the next evening to be extremely auspicious for the engagement, and asked her to buy anything she needed and be ready for it. She kissed her forehead, and left the room. Twinkle felt much better now. She didn’t know why, but she was instilled with the hope of things becoming better soon. The only feeling that overpowered her now was that of guilt, guilt of snatching Alisha’s love.

Meanwhile, Kunj had noticed Twinkle run away, and had followed her, while the others had continued some hushed conversation behind his back.
Kunj entered Twinkle’s room and looked for Twinkle, but she is couldn’t be found around. Finally, he went to the balcony, and admired her, watching her standing there, looking at the stars in the sky. He went closer and stood beside her, but she was oblivious to it, engrossed in some thoughts, with the mark of dried tears on her cheeks…. She was so lost that she didn’t know that Kunj was standing beside her… Kunj wrapped his hands around her shoulder, cuddling, while she came back to her senses, feeling his touch…..

“Kunj….” She said, her mind racing through all the changes in their relationship from the morning, trying to digest his closeness at the same time.
“Hmmmm…… So you don’t want to marry me? I know you must hate me after all that happened two and a half years ago…” He said, gulping hard.
“No…. I don’t hate you… I can’t hate you.. I simply can’t…”

“What is the problem then? You have been shedding buckets of tears since morning…”
“Kunj… Alisha… She loves you… How can I take advantage of her kidnapping and steal her love…?”
“Don’t tell me Twinkle! You really think Alisha loves me? Even if she does, I don’t. I love you… And I always will… Besides, when our families have decided something for us… I think we should go with it…”

“I know… Besides, their happiness means everything to me and you as well, but what do I do…. I feel so guilty for snatching Alisha’s love..”

“Shhhh enough! Trust me Twinkle! Just like we got over every situation so far, we will face this too, and we’ll surely emerge winners. As far as this wedding is concerned, this shall be just to show the world, until you are comfortable with it… Alright?”

Twinkle cried hugging him tight. Kunj also reciprocated nd rubbed her back, consoling her… Kunj broke the hug and cupped her face. “Please stop crying Twinkle… I will not be able to tolerate seeing tears in your eyes, so stop crying.” Saying this, he kissed her eyes. Twinkle slowly opens her eyes, and looked at him, concern and love evident in his eyes… Then he kissed her forehead and cheeks. Now her hands were wrapped around his neck, rubbing his nape …. He looked at her lips, and looked into her eyes, while Twinkle permits him by gently closing her eyes. In no time, their lips meet. At the beginning, it was a slow one but later it becomes wild, both of them were nibbling each other’s lips… Kunj bit her lips, Twinkle was moaning his name unable to bear his sweet torture. She opens her mouth, taking this chance, kunj enters her…. Both of them were fighting for dominance over each other ….After gud 15 mins they parted due to lack of oxygen … Kunj looks at her lips which were bleeding. Again he slowly leaned into her lips and sucks the blood on them, kissing her, but was disturbed by a knock on the door…..

“Twinkle!” It was Yuvi’s voice, and both of them were jerked into the present. Twinkle blushed looking at Kunj, and went to open the door, while Kunj rubbed the back of his head, and smiled recalling that which had just happened.
“Ohhhh… So my jiju is also here… That’s why you took so long to open the door, is it?” Yuvi asked, teasing.
“Bhaiyu!” Twinkle said, turning red, while Yuvi winked at Kunj.

“Uffo Yuvi! Why are you disturbing them?” Amaya said, walking in with the baby. She pulled Twinkle’s cheek and caressed her head.
“Arrey! You guys forgot us?” Aman said, as he, Chinki and Aman walked in, completing their gang.
“My God Twinkle! Look at yourself! You must have cried enough to create a flood now, right?” Chinki asked, hugging her.
“Exactly! I’m sure that if you hadn’t told them about the groom on time, Twinkle would have turned the world upside down now” Rahul teased, giving her a side hug.
“Twinkle! You saw how Kunj was burning in jealousy, didn’t you? Thank good God he was so shocked that he didn’t kill us, else don’t know what would have become of us… Congratulations anyways!” Aman spoke, hugging her.

“Enought guys! Don’t tease us” Kunj said, side hugging Twinkle, while she simply looked down, preventing them from seeing her blush.
“Ohhhh ‘us’?” Rahul said, air-quoting while the others hooted. After a thorough teasing session, they went down for dinner.

Twinkle was about to go after them , when Kunj held her by her wrist, and pulled her back. He engulfed her in a back hug, and she placed her hands over his, which were on her waist. He placed his chin on her shoulder, and closed his eyes, swaying slowly with the wind.

“Kunj… We should be going now… Shouldn’t we?”
“A few more minutes Twinkle….. Please…. Things have come back to normal after such a long time….”
“Kunj! Someone might come to call us…”
“Shhhh” he said, placing a peck on her neck, as she closed her eyes, feeling his touch. “Twinkle….”
“Hmmm?”
“Don’t worry about Alisha. If we could get this perfectly together, we’ll find her soon too….” He said, and Twinkle opened her eyes. She was about to argue, but remembered how Leela had made her swear to be happy, and decided to go with the flow, since she had wanted this to happen too.

She turned to face Kunj, and hugged him, finally finding the solace, the peace that was missing from her for so long….
