Twinkle says who r u…leave me.The person’s face is shown it is Kunj.Kunj removes the handkerchief from her eyes and says it’s me be quiet.Twinkle says u!Kunj says yes not some goon.It is 11:58.Kunj says Twinkle remember in childhood u used to wait for it to become 12:00 midnight.They recall their moments.It becomes 12:00am and Kunj starts singing Happy Birthday To U.He brings the cake and on it,is written Dearest Twinkle,Happy Birthday,May God bless u n keep u happy forever,Love ur one n only Kunj.Twinkle sees the cake and says aww…Kunj u r so sweet.Twinkle holds the knife and takes Kunj hand and cuts the cake and they feed each other.Kunj says Twinkle the last thing I need to give u,ur birthday gift ofcourse.Kunj gifts her the present.Twinkle opens it and finds a frame with their pics in it.Kunj says sorry Twinkle I know u would have wished for something else but this is what I can give u.Twinkle hugs Kunj and says thank u so much..u r the best.Kunj smiles as her happy but his smile fades away as he has to tell her the truth.Sajna Ve plays.
Twinkle wakes up in the morning and Kunj tells her to open her cupboard and u will find something,Twinkle goes and finds a diamond necklace and Kunj says this is my birthday gift to u,Kunj says in childhood u used to see this and say Kunj I wish I wore that but that is too big for me.She says I wish someone gives me that.Twinkle says u still remember.Kunj says I can’t forget anything belonging to u especially ur memories.Kunj says after ur birthday I have to tell u this truth.He says both of us have to enjoy today as tommorow is the day of sorrowness.Kunj is sad.
