TwiNj horror Ss: Dead Body (4~Strange Vision)

Recap:
Kunj got a little burnt in an attempt to burn the dead body.  TwiNj decided to leave Manali.

TwiNj packed their stuff and were all set to go when the lights began to flicker, Twinkle hugged Kunj in fear. The mirror in the room broke on it’s own, they turned with a jerk and saw the dead body’s face in the broken pieces of mirror, but this time it was as if the soul that belongs to it is nearby and was smiling. “Kunj, what the hell is happening?” She whispered. “I also don’t know, let’s go,” he said and they picked their stuff and began to make their way out of the room but they both tripped over something.

They sat up and looked back to see the dead body laying just behind them. Both of them screamed. “What is this?” Twinkle said. “Let’s go before something else comes in our way,” Kunj said and they stood up and ran out of the room and as they neared the door, it closed right on their face. They both banged the door. “Please someone open the door! Help us! We are trapped!” Twinkle shouted. “Is someone there?” Kunj shouted and then reached for the window which broke right as he approached it, the glass pierced his cheek and hand.

Twinkle turned back. “Kunj!” She shouted and ran to him seeing him hurt. She got the glass pieces out and then did the icing. After sometime, as they got no way out, they sat on the floor only near the door in stressed condition. But then, fortunately, Twinkle remembered that the window had broken. She stood up and opened it but the remaining pieces stabbed her hand. She moaned. “Twinkle!” Kunj shouted worriedly and stood up running to her, he got the glass pieces out of her hand. “Twinkle just be careful, we can’t get more injured and stay here, we have to get out as soon as possible,” Kunj said and she nodded.

“Kunj, we can go out through this window,” she said. “Okay, let’s try, you go first,” he said. “But why not you?” She asked. “Twinkle please, this is not the time to argue, it’s just that what if that evil spirit which belongs to that dead body comes back and harms you while I m out? I can’t take risk, so please you go first,” he explained and she agreed and got her stuff out of the window and jumped out and had a sigh of relief.

“Kunj come,” she said and he too got her stuff out and jumped out of the window. “Huff, so finally we made it,” he said and then he realized something. “Holy crap!” He said worriedly. “Now what?” She asked. “Umm, it’s just that the dead body, we will need to take it with us and then when we’re out of here, we burn it,” he said with a dull expression and she slapped her forehead. “What? Are you mad? We will take this dead body and then go out of Manali? No way, police may catch us even if you we aren’t guilty.”

She said. “Then forget it that we may ever get rid of this spirit,” he said and she sighed. “We will get caught and jailed,” she said. He got thinking. “Hey, I have an idea, why not burn this house only? That ways the dead body will also be finished on it’s own?” He asked and she agreed. He lit the matchstick and threw it at the house. Just then they heard evil laughter from inside the house. They looked at each other and then at the house. “What was that?” She asked, he shrugged.

To their shock, the dead body came outside by flying in the air as if something was controlling it and it landed right on Twinkle. She shrieked and fell on the floor due to it’s weight and pushed it away and stood up. “It’s not happening, ugh! This ominous dead body and the spirit which belongs to it will only get peace when I will chop this body into tiny pieces and toss it into different places!” Twinkle said angrily. “Relax, that will only do the worst and it’s last rites would only get more difficult, it may come back even if it’s one tiny piece of body is left,” he said and she sighed but then giggled.

“Oh, that was so stupid of me,” she said and laughed. He too laughed. “Okay okay, enough, now seriously what to do of it? We will have to dig in the past of it and see what’s it’s connection with us,” Kunj said. “Who will help us to dig in the past?” Twinkle asked. “Our mind and our soul, or only mine I guess since I was the one who felt connected to this place and not you, and look the house is unharmed, it didn’t burn, let’s go,” he said and they went inside dragging their suitcases but this time they didn’t unpack and directly went to search for clues.

They searched in the cupboards of the room that was downstairs, under the mattresses, everywhere they could but found nothing and both sat on the floor getting tired. “So much hard work, but still we got nothing,” she said. “Mind if I say to break the tiles and check?” He asked. “No way, we have nowhere else to go for now, where will we go if we will break this house?” She asked. He got speechless and closed his eyes laying his head back on the wall. He got a strange vision of two snakes crawling together and suddenly they turned back to their humanly forms. He opened his eyes with a jerk seeing that it was the girl to who the dead body belongs.
