Warm greetings to all of you amazing people out there… Guess who’s back!! It’s me, Ananya… I missed you all loads, and sincerely hope you guys haven’t forgotten me…
First of all, thank you all so much for all of your best wishes for my exams, which went really well. I did read your comments on my last episode, but never found the time to reply, so thank you for those too, and sorry, hope I’m forgiven.
To answer Sam’s question, I haven’t been reading any of your articles either, but I’ll surely read each one of them before I continue reading your newer articles. However, I’ll need some time, so please bear with me till then.
I’m back with a brand new story, so let’s begin (with crossed fingers, hoping that you all will like it, and give it the same love and support that I’ve received already for my previous story)
Twinj: My lifeline
A sneak peak into the story:
“Twinkle Taneja!! I love you… I love you much more than words can ever be sufficient to express… I’ve finally realised that you are the one! The only one who can complete me and my life, which would be meaningless without you… I can’t even imagine my life without you anymore… I love you…” A guy spoke, a red rose in one of his hands, the other hand behind his back, his eyes conveying his intense feelings.
Twinkle’s eyes glistened with tears of happiness, she had an indecipherable expression on her face.
Twinkle accepted the rose and was conversing with the guy, when Chinki came running to her, and whispered something into her ear, that left her shocked. “I need to go… I’m sorry” She muttered before hurriedly leaving the place, leaving the guy gaping at her disappearing shadow, while Chinki rushed after her.
Meanwhile, at the Sarna mansion,
“Ma!!! I’m so excited! I finally found the courage to propose to my love, and guess what!!! She accepted it! Now, we’ll have a happily ever after!” Kunj announced, entering his parents’ room.
“We’re really happy for you, Kunj!!” Manohar replied, momentarily looking up from his file. “Finally, my rockstar son will get married!!” Usha exclaimed, bursting with excitement.
Kunj gave his parents a quick hug, and walked out, while Usha and Manohar shared an understanding glance and smirked at each other.
Back at the Taneja mansion,
“No Chinki! I will never get married to him!” Twinkle declared, although she seemed like she was convincing herself more than Chinki. “But Twinkle, you have already seen the consequences of saying such things just now… He’s Leela Ma’s choice after all…” Chinki tried reasoning.
Unable to draw a conclusion from her friend’s silence, she continued, “What about the Kunj Sarna!!”
“What about the Yuvraj Luthra?” Twinkle retorted, silencing Chinki.
**********************************
“An accident? Are you sure? Is she alright?” Kunj enquired on the phone, and rushed out, while Usha and Manohar too followed him out.
At the hospital,
“I’m sorry to inform you Mr. Sarna, that the patient has suffered many deep wounds, and the accident has put her in a trauma. We might have to send her to a rehab facility for some months until she recovers, so that she doesn’t harm herself or others accidentally.” The doctor’s words left Kunj dumbstruck. He sat down on one of the chairs with a thud, and tears flowed down his cheeks.
*********************************
“Can someone hear me? Kunj?” Twinkle called out, finding her way through a pitch dark corridor, when someone pulled her into some dimly lit place.
“Twinkle!! What a pleasant surprise!! You have no idea how glad I am to see you here today…” a lady spoke, bringing a candle close to her face.
“You? What are you doing here?” Twinkle screamed in a shock, her mind raced as she thought of all that had been told to her, while the other woman had a malicious smile on her face.
“What are you going to do now? Oh, I get it.. You are already making plans of getting out of here, and telling everyone the truth… But, nobody is going to believe you Twinkle!! You know they won’t” The woman burst out laughing.
********************************
Do let me know what you guys think about it, and if you think I should work on this idea or no. Any kind of feedback is welcome.
And coming to Twinkle’s dialogue’s mystery from the previous story, Vibhu was absolutely right about it, I have been considering a short season 2 for Twinj: When I fell for you, and that dialogue has something to do with this idea. I don’t know if I’ll actually work on it, but let’s hope it happens if you guys want it.
I noticed that some of my favourite stories have come to an end, and I really wish I could have been around to read atleast the last episodes of those. It’s amazing to see some older writers continuing their stories, and feels great to see newer stories coming up. I can’t wait to read all of your works.
Hoping for the best.
I’ll see you all real soon.
Loads of love ??
