The Episode starts with kunj ending his call and smiled as he recalled their childhood soon he went inside to his room to find twinkle standing with confused expressions …
K : what happen twinkle ???? I mean siyappa queen ab kiss siyyape ki planning Kar rahi hai …
T : uhmm nothing ???? don’t call me Siyappa queen u sadu sarna ..but tell me one thing your name Sid ?? ?? Sadu ????…
K : ohh hello don’t call me sadu first and yess haven’t u heard any time people had two names one real and one nick…so yes Sid is my nick name …now go and get ready we have to leave …for party ..
T : ohh ???..sadu she said and ran inside washroom ..while kunj frowns and he too went to get ready …
After sometime kunj gets ready In brown tuxedo looking hell hot ..?? he was sitting in hall when ushar along with Bebe comes there …
U : kunj puttar where is twinkle ??? ..

T : mummy g you came plzz help me na I am trying from much time she said still looking at the dressing table matching her bangles ..
Kunj stands beside her and he forward his hand as soon as his fingers touched her bare back she got shocked looking and look at him through mirror ..
K : Woh ..mummy Papa Bebe went already if u don’t mind can I help you ..

And kunj moved her hairs and tied the back lace as they were Continuously gazing each other through mirror ..
K : yeah done …he smiled and step backwards …she turned towards him ..while he looks at her top to toe .. looked gorgeous ..

It was a lavish hotel named ®™ 7 start hotels.. designed by the perfect interior having a main door moving further it had a spacious lobby everything was done perfectly they were many businesses mans designers ..some family members hustle bustle all around ..media taking pics of RT and Leela and asking them questions about it ..twinj smiled ..and moved towards them ..kunj greeted them and touched their feets while twinkle was still lost in her world ..just looking at the place ..kunj again shakes her…she greeted leRt who saw her restless too..yuhi along with Anita and Surjeet too comes there and sarnas too joined them congratulating them …
Mahi and twinkle hugged ..while she can feel too about twinkle condition ..she rubbed her back to console her ..
Ma : twinkle forget everything yaar we will have a new start today ..
T : no mahi even if I try I can’t ..she said and looked down ..both talked for sometime ..
It was inauguration time a red ribbon was hanged on the scroll …lert proceed further they looked here and there twinkle hided herself behind the crowd ..when they called mahi towards the stage again their eyes was searching for someone ..when the priest told them to cut the ribbon as the auspicious time will go ..kunj was too searching for twinkle ..but she was no where to be found …
The ribbon was cut by lert along with mahi …all claps for them …
RT : well thanks to everyone. ?????????..who came to join us in our happiness ..this hotel was dream of my one of dear ones ..he said as his eyes got wet …but he didn’t showed and continued his speech telling about the details of hotel while all clapped ..so thanks to all now proceed for the dinner ..RT ended and smiled ..
Kunj and yuvi was bzy talking to each other …
Y : what an amazing hotel na..

T : dull Nahi toh she said nodding her head in no …??? I was just feeling bored there media so much crowd that bright lights so came here ..

Twinkle hugged kunj not able to take up anymore or didn’t want to show her condition too …she said let’s go ..while kunj held her hand and took her ..

Soon they all went for dinner ..sarnas luthras and tanejas on same table ..

All had their dinner talking teasing each other soon they again went outside while they were having photo session…

Ma : haan papa ..she screamed ..while yuvi was teasing her …

I have to go from here .. I don’t want anything bad to happen here again because of me I don’t want to spoil their party ..I am going I know ..they will never love me ..never ..I can’t take this anymore ..she held her head and ran from there …kunj saw her going toward entrance … Twinkle was crying and running she came out of hotel ..the whole road was silent ..she was looking for cabs to go back to SM …she was just crying ..when kunj held her …she looking at him and got shocked he was too shocked looking at her condition ..her body burning with fever ..the weather got worse too with the thunderstorms ..
K : what happen twinkle ????? …he said cupping her face …
T : I don’t know I just wanna go home plzzz she cried ..okay we will go to hospital first …kunj said ..she wasnt able to move ..her legs freezed at the place ..kunj lifted her in arms ..and went towards his car …he went on driving seat while Twinkle was beside him ..semi conscious ..she was just murmering …plzz don’t hate me ..don’t send me away from you all ..plzz she screamed …kunj was shocked …he looked at the way to hospital was blocked due to thuders the trees was cut and roads were blocked …he took twinkle to sarna mansion directly and called doctor after checking twinkle the doctor gave some medicines …
Dr : she has taken alott of stress which is not good for her take care of her I am prescribing some medicine if get condition doesn’t get fine till morning we have to admit her to hospital ..
K : okay doctor I’ll take care of her he said and dropped doctor till door …
He went inside his room and looked at twinkle who was sleep he sees her uncomfortable with saree …
K : twinkle wake up change your dress and take rest then ..Twinkle he shakes her after sometime she opened her eyes ..her eyes were blood red ..she was having difficulty in standing kunj took her to washroom and asked her to change she changed her clothes into comfortable ones …soon kunj changed too and make twinkle have her medicines …she slept ..while kunj sat beside her only …

Everyone was finding twinj..for family photosession ….Leela went towards usha …

Man : wo actually she had fever ..so kunj took her back home …
U : we should go home now ..

Man: we will leave now he said while lert nodded …they went outside and saw it was raining heavily …kunj called them ..
K : maa papa weather is not good you all stay there and come after everything gets fine don’t worry about twinkle I’ll take care of her …

They all stayed there Bebe usha was hell worried for twinkle ..even Manohar too ..RT was standing with numb expression while Leela was glaring him angrily …

Twinkle was sleeping and kunj was checking her fever ..still she is burning I have to give these tablets ..but doctor said she has to eat something before it ..she hadn’t her dinner too properly I’ll prepare something …he went downstairs entered kitchen….he didn’t knew anything here everything was kept ..he was struggling with it ..
K : ahhh where are the groceries man ..shittt ..he looked here and there and finally found soup packet …and started preparing by reading instructions ????…
Twinkle was sleeping restlessly ..as she was clutching the bed sheets …unclear images of the city .. where many people are running having fire sticks in their hands …the whole way was blocked ..a boy and girl was running …girl was crying badlyyyyy ..

Bhaiyu bhaiyu ..what’s is happen ..she said ..crying n cryng the boy makes her quiet ..and hided her …

Bhaiyuuuuuu twinkle screamed badlyyyyy in sleep and woke up with jerk kunj who just came inside the room with soup saw here and ran towards her …she was breathing heavily …kunj hugged her tightly …
K : twinkle twinkle everything is fine look at me see there is nothing to worry …he broke the hug and cupped her face and gently pecked her forehead ..see I am here only …
Twinkle looked at him teard eye while he took soup bowl in his hand…
K : you didn’t had you dinner too nah soo drink this ..
T : no I don’t want anything …
K : oye siyappa queen just shut up okay ..and have this he said and feeds her while she looks at him lovingly after sometime he gave her Medicines and covered her with comforter I am here only if u want anything just call me okay .

T : hmm twinkle said and slept as she was still under medicines effect …
K : there is something which you are hiding everytime I look at you feel ..like you are not waht you pretend I’ll find out what’s is bothering you so much ..
He sat beside twinkle on floor as twinkle held his hand in sleep soon he too slept ..
