The Episode starts with twinkle sleeping all the night kunj didn’t leave her side …he was putting wet towel on her every minute and was checking if her fever went or not ….
K : arey yaar there is no improvement in her …what should I do now ..twinkle get fine soon yaar …he caressed her face …and pecked on her forehead she was again shivering in sleep …while he was just taking her in his embrace to make her calm whole night passes while kunj slept on floor itself …
Next morning
Ushar and Bebe came next morning back to sarna mansion …while Manohar went to get fresh up and usha and Bebe went to twinj room and opens it to find twinkle sleeping till and kunj on floor holding her hand tightly …both smiled looking at them …

K : she is fine now ..fever Kam hai ab he said and was just bzy looking at twinkle while usha and Bebe smile seeing him ..
U : kunj you go and get freshen up I’ll prepare breakfast for everyone …
K : Haan maa he said and went for washroom while Bebe and usha caress twinkle face and wake her too …
She showly opens her eyes and looks at them …she sits on bed …
T : mummy g Bebe aap dono …

T : mein thik hu she smiled …while they both went downstairs …and twinkle sat resting her head on side board …she recalled how kunj helped her last night how he was caring for her …she smiled ..
While kunj came out of washroom to find twinkle she too looks at him …
K : you are okay now ????? …
T : hmm yeah thanks …
K : kisliye ????? …
T : for everything for taking care of me last night …
K : it was my duty siyappa queen go and get freshen up too …have your breakfast them medicines …she smiled as for the first time she finds a genuine care …and went to get freshn up soon after sometime she went downstairs to help usha ..while she sends her off to take rest …
They all sat on the breakfast table kunj served twinkle and was scolding her to eat …
K : see Bebe your dearest Dil ..you scolds me nah when I did this things now ..scold her too ..huh …
Be : twinkle puttar Tu ye sab khayegi …you have became soo weak ..
T : par Bebe ???she looks at kunj ..

T : g she nodded her head ..while all laughs at twinkle face …as they were tricking her …

Manohar went for some work while Bebe and usha sat the garden area …

Twinkle was sent back to her room to take rest …while kunj too went to his room …and gave her medicines ..
T : hmm yuckkk it’s so bitter …
K : Haan toh no one will give you sweet medicines nah ???..
T : huh sadu sarna ..???
Twinkle had her medicines kunj came and sat infront of her …

T : Haan kunj …he takes her palms in his hands …while she looked at him …
K : what’s bothering you sooo much twinkle I am noticing from many days there is something which you are hiding you are not like what you see ..are you alright ????? …
T : kunjjjj ..tum ye Kya bol rahe hai ho ..yeah everything is fine …she said not maintaining any eye contact with him …

Kunj stand up while his body stiffed ouch he screamed …as he had back ache due to sleeping on floor whole night in sitting position …
Twinkle quickly got up ..and holds him ..what happen kunj ??? Are you fine …
K : yeah ..nothing you take rest …just having back ache sleeping in sitting position last night …
T : ohh but why you sat whole night you should have slept na …
K : you were panicking whole night how would I sleep leaving you in that condition he said while twinkle looks at him (sajna ve plays ….)

T : okay come I’ll massage you …
K : no it’s completely fine …
T : no ifs and buts you are in this condition because of me so ..she pulled him ….take off your shirt …
K : why ??? ???
T : idiot how will I massage you back then …
K : huhhuhh you were really a siyappa queen …he said and removed his shirt and laid on bed while she massage his back both were feelings unknown twinkle was nervous touching him same was with kunj …she gave him a good massage and got up quickly …
K : hmm thanks …he wore his shirt and sat on couch ..
T : you are not going to office today ??? Haan ???? ..

Last night siyappa kardiya meine if kunj would have got to now anything what should I tell them …that my parents hates me because they think that Bhai died because of me …I can’t tell anyone about this …never never ever …no one should know my feelings my emotions …I am really thankful to babaji for giving me such lovable family who are caring for me this much ??…

After sometime twinkle went to washroom her phone started ringing kunj looked at it …and screen flashes Leela ..
K : twinkle your mom is calling ..twinkle didnt listen to him …he takes up the call hello …
L : hello Twinkle …
K : it’s me maa kunj …
L : ohh kunj puttar hows twinkle ?beta ??? …
K : she is fine now ..
L : okay I have call to ask this …ask her to take care …
K : okay maa ..

Kunj heard their talks as the call was still on and no one cut it ..after sometime he cuts the call …twinkle came out of washroom while he was just looking at her only …
T : what happen ???? …
K : Woh nothing …Leela maa had called so call and talk to her …
T : wo I’ll talk after sometime ..
K : no call her now ….
Twinkle called Leela …she was bzy so didn’t picked up call …
T : she is not answering may be bzy ..
K : okay ..take rest …he went from there while Twinkle sighs …
