Two States- Ishkara SS by Aaru #2

Hey frnds!! Here I am wid d second part of dis SS..if anyone if u has any problem in reading or understanding d dialogues, then plzz let me know..till then, enjoy reading?

2nd day of navratri
Ishana entered Oberoi mansion at 10 am sharp (punctual u know?). As she made her way towards d main hall, looking for her mobile in her bag, Pinky saw her.
Pinky: Oh my mata!! Whos r u?? Jo aise hi enters kiye ja rhi ho!! [Who r u entering just like dat?!]
Ishana lifts her face n looks at Pinky. Pinky’s expressions change.
Pinky: agar main wrongs nhi hu, to tum Ishana Modi ho na, Ishwar Ji Modi ki big daughters?? [If I’m not wrong, you’re Ishana Modi right, Ishwar Ji Modi’s elder daughter?]
Ishana: ji aunty, lekin yahan par main Omkara ko dance sikhane ayi hu. [Yes aunty, but I’m here to teach Omkara dance.]
Pinky: oh my mata!! Omkara aur dances!! Beta, Omkara ka dance dekh k to sab faints hi ho jaenge. Best of lucks to u! [Omkara n dance!! All will faint seeing his dance. Best of luck to u!]
Ishana looked perplexed. Just then Rudra came there n saw Pinky n Ishana.
Rudra: are Ishana didi (looks at his watch) aap to ekdum punctual nikli. To bataiye aap O ko kahan dance sikhaengi? [Ishana di, you’re quite punctual. So tell me, where will u teach O?]
Ishana: kahin pe bhi..[anywhere]
Rudra: O ka art-room? [O’s art-room?]
Ishana: ok
Rudra takes her to Om’s art-room n calls Omkara there too.
Omkara: what is this Rudra! Ye mera art-room h, koi dance class nhi. Yahan kaise practice krenge hum? [It’s my art-room, not a dance class. How will we practice here?]
Rudra: Kya problem h O? [What’s d problem O?]
Omkara: yahan par sare statues h, yahan kaise..[all statues r here, then how..]
Ishana (interrupting him): To tame shu icho cho aa statues pan tamari sathe dance kare!? [so do u want d statues to dance with u!?]
OmRu: Kya?? [What??]
Ishana: ab kya statues bhi aapke sath dance krenge? [Now will d statues too dance wid u?]
Rudra laughs at Omkara. Omkara glares at him.
Ishana: to practice start krein? [So shall we start d practice?]
Rudra: sure!!

N Rudra sits on a chair. Omkara looks at him n Ishana looks at Omkara.
Rudra: Kya hua, start kro na.. [what happened, start it..]
Omkara: tu yahan baitha rhega to kaise start krenge..tu ja yahan se. [How will we start in your presence..u go from here.]
Rudra: areyyy, kyu O? Main aapko disturb thodi kr rha hu. [Why O? I’m not disturbing u.]
Omkara: tu behes mat kr aur ja yahan se. [U don’t argue n go from here.]
Rudra sadly leaves.

Ishana: to bataiye, kya sikhenge pehle? Dandiya ya Garba? [So tell me, what do u want to learn first? Dandiya or Garba?]
Omkara: Mujhe seriously koi idea nhi h dono k bare mein. [I hv seriously no idea about both of these.]
Ishana: ok, to hum Dandiya se shuru krte h. [Ok, so let’s start wid Dandiya.]

She gives Omkara two Dandiyas n takes two Dandiyas in her hands n starts teaching him.
Ishana: Aise Dandiya pakad k aise krna hota h..one..two..three..n four pe turn krna h. [Hold d Dandiyas like dis n do like dis..one.. two..three..n turn on four.]
Om looks at her as if a kindergarden kid is being taught. N from outside, Anika peeks into d room, followed by Saumya, Rudra n Priyanka.
Ishana: ab aap try kro. [Now u try.]
Om hits his Dandiya on Ishana’s Dandiya so slowly dat it didn’t even make a sound. AniSoumRuPri giggle.
Rudra (whispers): O se na ho paega. [O can’t do it.]
Ishana: Dandiya ko chot nhi lagi h..zor se maro na. [D Dandiya isn’t bruised..use some force.]
Omkara: ok, I’ll try again.
Dis time Ishana casually stands but Om hits d Dandiya wid so much of force dat it falls off Ishana’s hand n she jerks her hand as it was hurt. AniSaumRuPri break into laughter n go inside.
Ishana: aah!! Dandiya rame che ke hath tode che! [U’re playing Dandiya or breaking my arm!]
Omkara immediately gets d first aid box n takes her hand in his. He applies medicine on it. Ishana winces a bit n Om blows air on it. Ishana looks at him, his concern.
Omkara: dard ho rha h? [Is it paining?]
Ishana (immediately gets up): Gujratiyon ko kabhi dard nhi hota. [Gujratis r never in pain.]
Omkara rolls his eyes. He notices AniSaumRuPri in d room.
Omkara: aap log has rhe ho mujhpe!! Saumya, tumse to ye ummeed nhi thi. [U people r laughing at me!! Saumya, I didn’t expect this from u.]
Saumya (laughing): sorry Bade baal wale bhaiya, but it was so funny…

Ishana begi s laughing like a maniac.
Omkara: ab aapko kya ho gya!? [What happened to u now!?]
Ishana: bade baal wale bhaiya!! Hahahahaha
Omkara feels embarrassed.
Omkara: can we plzz start practicing??
Ishana: ok ok..

Omkara does d basic steps on count. It’s around 5 in d evening.
Ishana: 5 baj gye h, aaj k liye itti practice kafi h. Ab mujhe ghar jana chahiye. [It’s 5 now. Dis much practice is enough for today. I should leave now.]
Omkara accompanies her till d door. She gets a call.
Ishana: Haan Ajay, bolo..nhi wo file US wale delegates ki nhi h, wo file to mere paas h..Haan maine file study krli h aur sign bhi kr di. Tum bas Pappa k signatures le lo uspe..ya bye. [Ya Ajay say..no dats not d US delegates’ file, it’s wid me..ya I’ve studied it n signed it too. U jst take Pappa’s signatures on it..ya bye.]
Omkara looks at her as she waves him a bye n leaves. He gets Ridhima’s call. He thinks she might hv called him to ask about his first day of Dandiya learning.
Omkara: hello Ridhima.
Ridhima: Om, pata h aaj kya hua..Jigar proposed me..wo bhi sabke samne! [Om, u know what happened today..Jigar proposed me..in front of everyone!]
Omkara: aur tumne kya kaha? [N what did u say?]
Ridhima: Om, mere aur Jigar k sare friends wahan the..Mujhe haan kehna pada. [Om, mine n Jigar’s all friends were there..I had to say yes.]
Omkara: I understand Ridhima.
Ridhima: Om, I’m rilli tired, hum kal baat karein? [Can we talk tomorrow?]
Omkara: sure..gud nyt
Ridhima: gud nyt
She cuts d call n Om goes back inside d mansion, wid a disheartened face.

Modi Mansion
Ishana, Mona n Ishwar were sitting in Ishwar’s room, talking n laughing.
Mona: phir kya kiya usne, Di? [Then what did he do, Di?]
Ishana: phir..usne Dandiya ko itti zor se mara ki wo kamre k bahar gir gya. [Then..he hit d Dandiya wid so much of force dat it fell outside d room.]
IshMoWar laugh loudly.
Ishwar: tum dono humesha aise hi hasti raho..aur ek din haste haste vida ho jao..[u both always keep smiling like dis..n one day get married wid these smiles.]
Ishana: papa, aapko pata h na main shaadi nhi krne wali. [Papa u know na I won’t marry.]
Ishwar: but Ishana..
Ishana: papa plzz..
Ishwar: ok ok..
After sometime Ishwar asks IshMo to go n sleep.
