The Episode starts with Nehmat undergoing labor. Ekam and Harleen pray. Ekam says I wish that lady and her baby stay fine. Sartaj comes and says let me go in, Nehmat needs me. Harleen looks on shocked. She sees Ekam praying. Sartaj says I m a doctor, let me go. the nurse allows him. Harleen says its Nehmat inside the OT. Sartaj runs to the OT. He encourages her. He says come on, you can do it, think of yourself and Ekam. Nehmat imagines Ekam in him. Ekam says I can’t leave you alone in this state, you can’t lose courage, our baby is going to come. He encourages her. She delivers the baby. She sees Sartaj. Sartaj says you got a daughter, yours and Ekam’s daughter. Harleen gets shocked.

She says what, Nehmat and Ekam’s child. She recalls the baba’s blessing to Ekam. She leaves. Ekam asks the nurse about that lady. The nurse says she is fine, she got a daughter. Harleen goes out and cries. She throws things in anger. She sits crying. Sartaj and Nehmat see the baby. Nehmat kisses their baby. Abhi mujhmein kahin…plays… Nurse takes the baby to keep in NICU. Harleen says I won’t let you do this Nehmat, I won’t Ekam know that you have become his child’s mother. Ekam sees the baby.

He asks the nurse can I take the baby once. She gives him. Harleen looks on. FB ends. Ekam and Alia do boxing. He says I love you the most. Alia says mum isn’t letting me go to summer camp, you are letting me go, why. He says I know you are a strong girl, kids are kids for parents, I remember when I took you in arms for the first time. Harleen comes and smiles.

Ekam says it was the most beautiful feeling of my life, when I got Alia in my hands. Harleen recalls Ekam taking the baby in his hands. She calls him out and stops him. She asks the nurse to take the baby to NICU else the baby will get infection. Harleen says we will go home. He says we will meet the doctor and go.

She thinks if Ekam knows about Nehmat, then he will go to her, I will lose him forever, I will call mom. Sartaj asks Nimmo why didn’t you answer my call. Nimmo says Jasmin was here, so I didn’t leave from here, is Nehmat fine. He says I have to give a good news, congrats, it’s a daughter. Nimmo asks what, daughter, I m very happy, is Nehmat fine. He says yes, she has come to the hospital herself, she delivered the baby, she is a lioness. She says she can’t share her joy with Ekam, where are you, tell me, I will come. Harleen thinks I can’t lose now. She asks can I become a mother through surrogacy. Doctor says yes, we have to do your tests now. Harleen says we will do it later, we will go home, I m not feeling well. Ekam says we will come later, thanks. Ekam gives the prasad to the nurse for Nehmat.
