The Episode starts with Armaan saying sorry. Aasma leaves. Sukhi sees Armaan and runs to him. He takes Armaan with him. Rano says the baby is hungry. She asks Alia to feed the baby. Alia says I m in pain. She signs the nurse. The nurse says Alia can’t feed the baby now, we have to keep baby in neonatal care. Raja sats feed her something. Rano say we will go and thank Matarani. They go. Alia scolds the nurse. The nurse says that lady threatened me, I don’t know her name, her son is admitted here. Alia asks did she call my family here, I want to know who is she. She gets up. Aasma takes Zaid. Zaid says that bad uncle came back, he beats you, he is bad. He runs. She calls out Zaid. Zaid goes to the NICU. Aasma comes there and hears the ward boy taking to Alia. Alia asks the man to take the baby away.

Aasma asks him what is he doing. She shouts for help. She says he is stealing the baby. The man runs from window. His lighter drops. The curtain catches fire. Zaid hugs Aasma. She says nothing will happen, I m here. Rano thanks Matarani. They hear about the fire. The lady asks someone to save her baby from fire. Aasma sees the babies in the cradles. She ties Zaid to her back. She takes the babies. She covers all of them. She bravely comes out of the fire. She gives Raja his baby and other babies to the people. Raja says I will always be with you. Rano shows the baby to Alia. She says you are so lucky, Matarani saved your daughter, that woman saved her, we should thank her. Alia gets angry and says I won’t leave her. Zaid says I want a chocolate. Nurse says I will get it for him, you freshen up till then. Armaan comes and apologizes to her.

Aasma turns to him. She hears him and cries. He says I don’t have any child, give this toy to your child. He goes. Alia thinks to give the toy to some child. Alia goes to see Aasma. She hears Aasma and thinks I knew it, its you, I will not leave you. She wears a mask and picks a surgical tool. She goes to Aasma and sees her face. She removes mask and scolds her. She stabs Aasma’s stomach. She runs away. Aasma gets saved because of the toy. She leaves. She worries for her babies. She says Zaid and I have to leave from there. She finds the door locked. Someone breaks the glass window. A smoke bomb is thrown inside. Aasma asks Zaid to cover his face. Some goons enter the house. He calls Alia and says Aasma and her son are dead. She asks him to make a video call and show Aasma’s face. They don’t see Aasma. She asks them to kill Aasma. Aasma takes Zaid and runs. She recalls how she fooled the goons. Alia sees Raja sleeping and goes out. She thinks I will not leave you and your baby.

Goons follow Aasma. Aasma hides. Armaan talks to Raja’s baby and takes the baby in his arms. He thinks of Aasma and says she didn’t carry my baby. Aasma is in pain. Goon looks for her.

Precap: Aasma with Zaid runs away by driving the bus, she crosses drunk Armaan on the way. Armaan sees her hair out of window and sees goons chasing her.
