Udaariyaan fame Rohit Purohit talks about the challenges of moving to Chandigarh for the show; says, “It has been good but also tough, as my wife Sheena has to handle everything single-handedly in Mumbai”
Rohit Purohit, who is currently seen in Udaariyaan has moved to Chandigarh for the shoot of the show. During a recent interview, the actor talked about it and shared how the change of location is good and tough both at the same time.
He said, “I shifted to Chandigarh around two months back. I had no problem relocating because the production house provided our accommodation and I am enjoying the Punjab ki sardi here. I am also gorging on the delicious food and enjoying being on the sets because of the open spaces.”
He added, “It is tough for Sheena (Rohit’s wife) because she is single-handedly managing everything in Mumbai, while I am here. My whole day goes on the set, so I don’t realize it till I reach home late. But Sheena is alone at home in Mumbai and not working currently, so it is tough for her. She keeps sending me my favorite things and whatever I need. She also comes to meet me every fortnight.”
When asked if she plans to shift to Chandigarh too, Rohit replied, “As of now, there are no plans. But we will think about it if it gets tougher for her.”
