The Episode starts with Sayali and her friend talking. They have panipuri chaat. Sachin waits for Paresh. Paresh and everyone come to the function. Sachin gets happy. He says my dad is a train pilot. Kishor says manager is coming with his wife. He asks Sachin to go and check if someone came to deliver the garlands. The manager and his wife come. Kishor and Paresh thank Mr. Joy for coming. Kishor asks him to go and sit on the stage. Renu sees Mrs. Joy and smiles. Sayali comes there to deliver the garlands. Sachin says function started inside, you came late, give me the garland. She says I will give it to the one who paid me money. He says Kishor is my Kaka, leave it. She argues. Kishor comes and takes the garlands. He rushes. Sayali taunts Sachin and leaves. The man says we are excited for the felicitation program, our talented and honest employee is getting retired today. Sachin cheers for Paresh. Paresh gets praised. Mr. Joy gives the shawl to Paresh. The man says I request Kishor to say a few words in Paresh’s honor. Renu asks will he give a speech now. Kishor says I don’t know what to say.
He praises Paresh’s honesty and dedication. Kishor gives a good speech. He says Paresh can now spend time with his family. Sachin and everyone clap. The man asks the manager to come. Mr. Joy says I have nothing to say after Kishor’s good speech, the work isn’t easy in the railway dept., its not easy to do this work for 40 years, he has kept responsibility of the people’s security, give him a big round of applause. He thanks Paresh and says I will always be your fan, I was your junior before, we have started this journey today, I studied further and I m standing here at this position, but railways want more people like Paresh, if he had studied ahead, then I would have not gone ahead, he has sacrificed a lot and got committed to his work, he is an example for all the loco pilots who are satisfied with their work, I m here because he is there, all the best. Sachin gets angry. His friend stops him. Renu gets angry. The man calls Paresh to say a few words. Paresh says I came to the city for job, my mum fed me curd and sugar, she gave me 10rs note and asked me to come back home, she had faith in me, that faith became an inspiration for my selfless service, I got satisfaction, I have safely connected the passengers with their families, its time that I return home, I thank my friends and colleagues for supporting me for 40 years. He cries and says thank you. Everyone claps.
Sayali says Baadu didn’t come home. Juhi says you are pampering him. He comes home. Shubha scolds him. He doesn’t answer. Sachin serves the food to the people. Renu says its third class arrangements, I don’t want to eat. Tejas says we have to eat. Akash says its tasty food, I liked the arrangement. Paresh says you all started here also. He asks Renu to meet his senior manager. Renu says no need, his wife insulted me ten years back, I didn’t forget it. Paresh says forget the old things. He takes Renu to them. Mrs. Joy jokes on Renu and Paresh.
Sachin gets angry and scolds her. His friend stops him. Mr. Joy scolds Sachin and says he was in juvenile home, he will get imprisoned or hanged. Sachin goes to beat him. Paresh stops Sachin. Sachin says he insulted you and mum. Paresh says its my identity to be engine driver, its not an insult, like you are a taxi driver. He apologizes to Mr. Joy. Mrs. Joy says Sachin should be behind bars, I will call the police. Paresh says no, he is innocent. She says he is dangerous. Sachin says I don’t care about the police. He threatens them. Akash says they started it by publicly insulting you. Paresh says my sons are fools, don’t call the police, I beg you. Sachin stops him. He says even if I die, you won’t bend down in front of anyone. He says call police or army, if my dad gets insulted again, I will bury you.
