Udti Ka Naam Rajjo
Actress Pakkhi Hegde who is a popular name in the Bhojpuri industry is all set to step her foot in the Hindi television industry with the upcoming show Udti Ka Naam Rajjo. While Pakkhi is known for essaying positive roles in her films, the actress will now be portraying a negative character for the first time.
The actress will essay the role of the male lead’s mother in Udit Ka Naam Rajjo where she will be playing the role of the male lead’s mother. The actress talked about it during a recent interview with BT where she shared, “I am doing a TV show for the very first time and I’m super excited for this journey. I always wanted to work in TV and in spite of receiving many offers due to some or other reason I couldn’t accept any offers. I feel now is the right time to take this up and Udti ka naam Rajjo is going to be a great debut for me as it has a larger-than-life canvas so I am very happy and privileged to be a part of it. The way people from the north have been loving and accepting my work I hope that I will get the same amount of love and acceptance here too so I’m looking forward to this and I couldn’t have asked for a better start for my debut in television. Also, the cherry on the cake is that it’s a Mukta Dhond show and she’s an amazing director/producer so yes I’m very excited for this one.”
Along with Bhojpuri movies, Pakkhi has also done Marathi and Tulu films. The actress has done more than 60 movies so far.
