The next morning when Mrityunjay woke up,he could not find Maya anywhere.

MJ:Where is Maya?

He remembered drinking wine.

MJ:After that what happened?I can’t remember anything.How did I sleep?Since I slept off,Maya must have left.

Mrityunjay tried calling Maya.But she did not attend the call.

MJ:Why Maya is not picking up the call?

He switched on the TV to get rid of the irritation.He was shocked to see a person on the TV.

Kabir in police costume was revealing about Mrityunjay’s crimes with proof on the TV.

Mrityunjay gritted his teeth in anger.

MJ:Kabir is an undercover cop?Kabir joined my office as a simple next door boy to extract secrets from me.And my confession of crimes…

Suddenly Maya came there.

Maya:You confessed your crimes like a fool in your unconscious state.I had spiked your drink.I am a psychiatrist.So I hypnotized you and got all your secrets.Kabir and I joined together to expose you to the world.Kabir has displayed all your secrets in public.Kabir is none other than Rudra papa’s brother’s son.

Mrityunjay was shocked.

MJ:Maya…you too betrayed me?Why?

Maya:Because I wanted to take revenge on you for killing my dad Rudra.Because of you,my mother became a widow and I became fatherless.

Mrityunjay was shocked:You are Rudra and Manvi’s daughter?

Maya:Yes.The wrong information in my biodata misled you.The middle aged couple you saw with me in the photographs were not my parents,they just took photographs with me on my request.

Mrityunjay:Your mom hurt me.Now you also hurt me.

Maya:You also hurt us MJ.So you deserve it.

Mrityunjay got very angry.

MJ:You can’t defeat me Maya.I will not spare you.

Maya:You can’t do anything MJ.Because the police will come here now.Kabir will be handcuffing you now.

Mrityunjay was shocked.Hearing the police jeep siren,he ran out of the house and escaped.

Kabir reached there with the gun.

Kabir called in a loud voice:MJ…..

Maya:MJ escaped from here.

Kabir was with Ruchika.

Ruchika:Your mission is almost over.Now my family also knows who you are.They are surprised and even proud of you.

Kabir:My mission will be over only if I catch MJ.How will I catch him?

Ruchika became upset.

Suddenly they heard a voice.

“You cannot catch me.Before that you will be over Kabir”.

Kabir and Ruchika were shocked to see Mrityunjay pointing out a gun towards him.

MJ:Did you think that you can escape from me after betraying me?

Kabir and Ruchika got nervous.

Ruchika extended her hand towards Mrityunjay and pleaded him:Please don’t kill Kabir.

Mrityunjay smirked.

Suddenly Maya came there pointing a gun towards him.

Maya:You cannot kill my brother.Because you are going to get killed by me MJ.

Mrityunjay too pointed the gun towards Maya.

MJ:I can’t die alone Maya.You will die and come with me to the hell.There we can have our incomplete honeymoon.

Maya could not bear anymore and Kabir moved towards Mrityunjay to strangle him.

Suddenly they heard a gun shot.

Mrityunjay fell down dead.

They were shocked.

Maya:I did not shoot him.

Kabir:Even I did not shoot him.Then who shot him?

Ruchika:Maya,how did you reach here?

Maya:I traced MJ and I realized that he will definitely try to attack Kabir.So I followed him and reached here.I had called policemen also.They will come soon.

The policemen reached there.

They were shocked to see Mrityunjay dead.

One senior police officer:Kabir,you killed MJ?

Kabir’s lips shivered:I….actually he tried to kill me and my sister Maya.

Senior police officer:So for self defense you killed MJ.You did a good thing Kabir.Criminals like MJ should not live.We had got information on MJ planning to kill you.So our higher authority has put an order to kill him on the spot and you have done that.Well done Kabir.

Kabir,Maya and Ruchika were surprised.

Kabir:But Sir..I…

Without listening to Kabir,the senior officer ordered to take  MJ’s body from there.

Kabir,Maya and Ruchika were sitting together.

Kabir:But who killed MJ?It’s such a big mystery.

Maya:A criminal like MJ has many enemies for sure.One of them must have killed him.

Kabir:Being a police officer,I can’t keep quiet.I will have to reveal the truth that I did not kill MJ,but someone else.I have to find out the real killer.

Ruchika:I think…I know who the real killer is.

Kabir and Maya were shocked.

Kabir:You know?How do you know that?Did you see the killer while he shot MJ?

Ruchika:I saw the glimpse of that masked shooter.But I did not see his face.

Kabir:Then how did you identify him?

Ruchika:Because I know some people who are revengeful towards MJ.One of them has killed him for sure.
