Transporting its audience to the mesmerizing backdrop of Panchgani, the enthralling series “Keh Doon Tumhein” weaves a tale of enigmatic murder mystery entwined with a captivating love story. The show stars Yukti Kapoor and Mudit Nayar, who take on the lead roles of Kirti and Vikrant, immersing viewers in a narrative that keeps them at the precipice of intrigue.

In a notable departure from his previous roles, Mudit Nayar steps into the world of thrilling narratives with “Keh Doon Tumhein.” Reflecting on his journey in a recent interview, Vikrant reveals, “My inclusion in ‘Keh Doon Tumhein’ followed a more traditional path. I received the script and auditioned, which resonated with our producer Shweta Shinde. Initially, I wasn’t particularly inclined towards television projects. However, when the character of Vikrant was described to me, I was instantly captivated. Such multifaceted characters are a rarity, and I knew I couldn’t let this opportunity pass.”

Discussing his role and his affinity for it, Mudit shares, “Vikrant is a character that encompasses a spectrum of emotions. I’m exhilarated to bring Vikrant to life and elevate the portrayal to a new echelon. The show’s theme delves into the darker territories, distinguishing it from conventional narratives. The authenticity of the storyline is enriched by the meticulously selected locations. ‘Keh Doon Tumhein’ sets a brisk pace as a thriller, allowing each character to unravel in its own time. Audiences will be engaged right from the inaugural episode.”

Earlier in an interview, Yukti Kapoor talked about her return to television through “Keh Doon Tumhein” after her triumph in the acclaimed show “Maddam Sir.” Yukti, who previously portrayed a cop, is excited to transcend preconceived notions. She explains, “Since my entry into the industry, I’ve been fortunate to be offered diverse roles. From mythological to playing a cop or even a goon, I’ve embraced a range of characters. The prospect of participating in a thriller concept shot akin to a web series, was exhilarating. I am drawn towards distinctive and unconventional narratives. Accepting this offer wasn’t a long deliberation; I aspired to take on this role and challenge the stereotype that once you’ve enacted a cop, your choices are limited. This character exudes femininity without adhering to tomboyish traits.”

As “Keh Doon Tumhein” weaves its intricate tapestry of suspense and emotion, Mudit Nayar’s transformation into Vikrant and Yukti Kapoor’s journey as Kirti promises a cinematic experience that defies conventions and captivates the imagination.
