Uorfi Javed who has now become an internet sensation has seen many ups and downs in her childhood. The actress and fashionista has come a long way from being beaten up by her father to financial struggles.

Uorfi recently appeared on the Ranveer Allahabadia Show where she shared that she would often faint after getting beaten up by her father. She said, “Sometimes, the beatings would be so extreme that we would faint, become unconscious. They were not slaps but extreme physical beatings. When you are kid, you can’t fight back and you start resenting.”

Uorfi also shared that 10 years back, she shared a pic on social media platforms wearing a tube top. The picture was uploaded by someone on a pornographic site. Uorfi said, “The picture wasn’t morphed, it was as it is. But my father got to know it and started beating me up. But it wasn’t my fault, it’s that person’s fault who uploaded it. I was victim blamed saying ‘khandaan ka naam kharab kar diya’. So I stopped him when the beating when the beatings went out of control.”

Uorfi also talked about doing things to earn fame and money. She said, “Mujhe paise mil rahe the. Also, I wanted to prove it a point to all the relatives, who had sl*t-shammed me back then. I wanted to do something to make them regret it and wanted them to apologize to me. I wanted revenge. They said so much about me. I would be so frustrated all the time. But that was also 17-year-old Uorfi. As you grow, revenge gets sidelined and responsibilities grew. So I was getting money like this, so I kept doing it.”
