Chandrika compliments the prasad, saying it tastes delicious. Vasudha smiles, upon hearing this. Chandrika asks Savitri to take the prasad to Karishma’s house. Vasudha suggests to Avinash that he speak privately with Chandrika. She then learns that Savitri’s brother has been hospitalized, so she offers to deliver the prasad to Karishma’s house herself.
When Vasudha arrives at Karishma’s house, she remembers how Karishma insulted her before. She sees Karishma with Akshay. Akshay reminds Karishma that they are still lovers. Karishma tells him it’s over, but Akshay questions how she can leave him for someone like Avinash. Karishma explains that since Avinash is Chandrika’s son, she’s willing to leave anyone to secure her place in the Chauhan family. She admits that she wants to control
Akshay refuses, saying he can’t forget her, and asks Karishma not to forget him either. Worried that Akshay might approach Chandrika, Karishma assures him that he is her first and last love, and that even if she marries Avinash, she will always love Akshay. She hugs him. Vasudha witnesses this and realizes that Avinash was right about Karishma. She quickly leaves before Karishma notices her, but Karishma hears a noise and wonders who might be there.
Vasudha, deeply troubled, reflects on Karishma’s words and realizes that Karishma is marrying Avinash for his money. Determined to expose her, she decides to tell Avinash everything. Hanumant notices her distress and asks what’s wrong. Vasudha tells him everything she saw between Karishma and Akshay. Hanumant takes her to the outhouse and advises her to keep quiet about what she saw. He warns that no one will understand her intentions, and without proof, Chandrika won’t believe her. He assures her that Chandrika will eventually find out the truth on her own. Vasudha agrees to remain silent.
Chandrika asks Devansh about the sacred thread. Devansh explains that someone tied it on him at the temple. Avinash enters and tells Chandrika that Karishma is only interested in his money and surname, and he refuses to marry her. Chandrika, as if expecting this, hands him a file, declaring that he is no longer part of the family. Devansh orders Avinash to leave. But then Avinash wakes up—it was all a dream.
Chandrika calls Karishma to remind her about a meeting and asks how her time with Avinash went. Karishma lies, saying Avinash had fun with her friends. Chandrika also asks about the prasad. Karishma, surprised, says she just got home and will ask Kavita about it. After ending the call, she wonders who delivered the prasad.
Chandrika notices Prabhat looking worried and asks him why. He tells her that he thinks Avinash wants to tell them something. She dismisses his concerns, suggesting they focus on the meeting instead. Meanwhile, Vasudha confesses to Savitri that she didn’t give the prasad to Karishma the previous day. Savitri, curious, asks Vasudha what happened.
Precap: Chandrika says to Karishma today for the first time you are coming to our quarterly ideation meeting. Foreign delicates are coming for the meeting. Karishma says I’ll take the kitchen’s responsibility and tells the servant that the decided food will be prepared for today’s lunch. Savitri looks at the menu and says to Vasudha all the dishes mentioned in the menu are not Indian and the chef who makes western dishes is on holiday. Vasudha says to Devansh I need to talk to Chandrika regarding today’s lunch. Devansh says it’s impossible to talk to her now and he walks inside the meeting room.
