Chandrika tells Karishma that she understands why she asked Vasudha to leave the house. She says she knows Karishma loves Avinash, and it’s painful to see your life partner’s name linked with someone else. Chandrika adds that Vasudha has already been proven innocent, so it’s unfair to punish her. She requests Karishma to take back her condition.
Karishma agrees to withdraw her demand. Chandrika then says, “Tomorrow is the engagement, so let’s be happy and celebrate.” However, Karishma thinks to herself that Vasudha made a mistake by coming back to Chauhan House, and she will make sure Vasudha regrets it.
Vasudha goes to the kitchen. Savitri asks her to get some curry leaves. Vasudha heads to the garden to pluck them. Meanwhile, Karishma and her family arrive at the house. Chandrika warmly welcomes them and tells Karishma that she always wanted a daughter, and from today, Karishma is her daughter. Karishma smiles and says she feels like she’s come to her own home. Vasudha sees this interaction from a distance and quietly goes back inside. Chandrika then tells Devansh to check whether Avinash is ready.
Karishma enters the house and tells Chandrika that she’s stepping into this relationship only because of her. She mentions that she knows Avinash is not in favor of this marriage. Chandrika reassures her, saying that Avinash is their responsibility now. She describes Avinash as immature but a good person at heart. Karishma assures Chandrika not to worry about Avinash anymore, as she will take care of him and be like Chandrika’s shadow. Chandrika goes inside to bring Avinash. Kavita congratulates Karishma.
Chandrika brings Avinash out, and she compliments him. Devansh asks Avinash if he’s ready for the engagement. Avinash nods and says he doesn’t want to trouble anyone anymore. He adds that his family’s happiness is his happiness. Vasudha comes in and informs them that Prabhat is calling them. Chandrika and Devansh leave the room. Avinash takes this moment to apologize to Vasudha. Vasudha simply smiles at him, making Avinash happy as he walks away.
Vasudha carries several gift boxes. Devansh comes to help her, taking a few boxes from her hands. She thanks him, and he responds, saying it’s because of her that Karishma agreed to the engagement.
The engagement ceremony begins. Karishma and Avinash take blessings from the elders. While Avinash thinks to himself that Karishma isn’t the right life partner for him, he feels he must go through with it for his family’s sake and for Vasudha. He then places the engagement ring on Karishma’s finger. Karishma, on the other hand, vows in her mind to make Avinash’s life miserable and to gain control over the Chauhan family. She places the ring on Avinash’s finger, and the two pose for photographs.
Just then, Guruji’s assistant arrives. Prabhat notices him and goes to speak with him. The assistant informs Prabhat that Guruji has sent an urgent message for him and Chandrika. Prabhat calls Chandrika, and the assistant warns them that, according to Guruji, danger has entered the Chauhan house. After delivering the message, the assistant leaves.
Chandrika prays to God, saying she doesn’t know what the danger is, but she trusts God to give her the strength to face it. Suddenly, Guruji arrives and says he needs to speak to Chandrika and Prabhat privately. Chandrika leads Guruji to her room. Prabhat asks Vasudha to bring milk and fruits for Guruji. Meanwhile, Sarika becomes curious and decides to uncover what they are discussing.
Inside the room, Guruji reveals to Chandrika and Prabhat that their son’s life is in grave danger and that everything could be destroyed. Chandrika, deeply concerned, tells Guruji that she doesn’t care about wealth, but she will not tolerate any harm coming to her sons. Guruji reassures her, saying that her inner strength will be key to saving her family. At the same time, Karishma enters the house with a determined look.
