Chandrika donates blood to save Vasudha’s life and comes out of the donation room shortly after. The doctor informs everyone that Vasudha’s condition is still critical. He explains she will be kept under observation until the next morning and that regaining consciousness as soon as possible is crucial for her recovery. Chandrika assures everyone that Vasudha will be fine since her own blood is now running through Vasudha’s veins. She vows not to let anything happen to her. The doctor advises Chandrika to rest at home, and she asks Devansh to call her with any updates. Prabhat escorts Chandrika home, while Devansh helps Hanumant sign the necessary forms.
Meanwhile, Sarika scolds Karishma for failing in her plan. Karishma blames Devansh for ruining everything. Sarika sarcastically tells Karishma that she will never become the queen after marriage because Vasudha is destined to take Chandrika’s place. Sarika then leaves, saying she is sleepy. Left alone, Karishma vows to make sure Vasudha doesn’t survive.
The next morning, Chandrika performs a puja and prays to God. She expresses her gratitude for being alive because of Vasudha and asks for Vasudha’s safety. Chandrika promises to continue the abhishek until Vasudha regains consciousness.
At the hospital, the doctor informs the family that Vasudha should have woken up by now, and her continued unconsciousness is a bad sign. Raghu innocently asks Hanumant why Vasudha hasn’t woken up yet and urges her to wake up. Karishma suggests everyone should eat something from the canteen, but Hanumant refuses to leave Vasudha’s side. Devansh promises to stay with her, and Avinash takes Hanumant and Raghu to the canteen. Devansh begins ignoring calls from the office, and Karishma encourages him to step out and take them.
Once alone with Vasudha, Karishma decides this is her chance. She recalls their first meeting and declares her reasons for wanting to kill Vasudha are personal. Karishma coldly tells Vasudha not to haunt her in the next life and removes the oxygen mask, believing this to be an “easy death” for her. She smirks as Vasudha struggles to breathe, thinking about how she will miss tormenting her. Meanwhile, Chandrika continues her abhishek, praying fervently.
Devansh finishes his call and returns to Vasudha’s room. He finds Karishma pretending to call the doctor. Suspicious, he questions her actions, but Karishma lies, claiming she did nothing. Devansh quickly calls the doctor. At that moment, Vasudha regains consciousness, gasping for air. Karishma feigns surprise, calling it a miracle. The doctor checks Vasudha and declares her out of danger.
Vasudha’s first question is about Chandrika. Devansh reassures her that Chandrika is fine and calls to inform Chandrika that Vasudha has recovered. Relieved, Vasudha insists that Devansh and Avinash go home, saying she is completely fine now. Avinash initially refuses, but Vasudha convinces him. She speaks briefly about death, prompting Devansh to firmly tell her not to speak like that again. He and Avinash then leave the room.
Watching this exchange, Karishma becomes suspicious of Devansh’s behavior. She wonders why he treats Vasudha with such care, almost as if she were his wife. She thinks to herself that Chandrika will be furious if she finds out about this.
Precap: Devansh tells Vasudha that he has wanted to say something to her for a long time. Vasudha encourages him to speak his mind, reminding him that life is too short to hold back. Chandrika confronts Kavita and asks what she is trying to imply. Kavita replies that whatever Devansh and Avinash are doing for Vasudha is more than enough. She adds that Devansh’s name has been linked with Vasudha in the past and, after everything that has happened, Chandrika should have already created some distance from her
