Chandrika tells Avinash that she plans to match his and Karishma’s horoscopes today. Meanwhile, Devika complains about the breakfast being boring and suggests hiring a new cook. Devansh agrees with her, and Sarika offers to bring a cook from her village. However, Chandrika says they don’t need a new cook.
Devansh decides it’s time to bring up Vasudha’s
job to Chandrika. He reminds Chandrika that he promised Vasudha a job. Sarika interrupts, pointing out that Devansh has started making promises without Chandrika’s approval. Devansh quickly apologizes, assuring Chandrika that he will respect her decision.
Vasudha, on the other hand, is anxious, wondering if Chandrika will offer her the job. Gulki mocks her, suggesting she has forgotten about the harsh treatment she received and is now focused on a job. Vasudha reaches the temple and thanks God for sending Devansh at the right time to save her. She also prays that Chandrika gives her the job and that she finds her mother’s earrings. Deciding to do a parikrama (circumambulation), she is joined by Avinash, who asks what she prayed for. She tells him she prayed for a job in the Chauhan mansion’s kitchen.
Avinash, remembering that Chandrika had already told Devansh she wouldn’t hire Vasudha, questions why she wants to work in the kitchen when she has the talent for other jobs. He offers to help her get a job somewhere else, but Vasudha insists she wants to work for Chandrika. Avinash reminds her how strict Chandrika is, but Vasudha responds that she could learn a lot from her. He joins her in doing the parikrama and then asks if he can make a prayer. She agrees, and Avinash prays that his horoscope doesn’t match Karishma’s.
Chandrika arrives at the temple with Savitri, and Karishma and Kavita also come along. Karishma asks where Avinash is, and Chandrika says he must be on his way. They then spot Avinash with Vasudha. Kavita comments that while Chandrika doesn’t discriminate between rich and poor, some people take advantage of this. She adds that if she were in Chandrika’s position, she would have ended this issue.
Chandrika calls Avinash over and scolds him, reminding him he’s a Chauhan. Vasudha defends Avinash, but Chandrika angrily yells at her, causing Vasudha to drop the aarti plate in fear. Chandrika then takes Avinash away.
Back at the mansion, Devansh reflects on Chandrika’s refusal to give Vasudha a job. Prabhat notices Devansh’s troubled expression and asks what’s on his mind. He points out that Devansh doesn’t seem happy with Chandrika’s decision. Prabhat offers to speak to Chandrika about Vasudha’s job at the right time. Devansh thanks him, hoping Chandrika will change her mind after Prabhat’s intervention.
Later, Chandrika meets Guruji, who reads Avinash and Karishma’s horoscopes. He reveals that there’s a dosha (astrological fault) related to Karishma’s name and suggests changing it. Karishma dismisses this as nonsense, but Chandrika asks everyone to wait outside.
