Chandrika asks Guruji for a solution to the dosha, and he tells her that changing Karishma’s name is the only option. She agrees to talk to Karishma about it, and Guruji gives her a puja plate and blesses her.
Meanwhile, Karishma vents her frustration to Kavita, saying she refuses to change her name. Kavita tries to calm her down, explaining that it’s just a name and a small sacrifice that will give her everything. She adds that getting the Chauhan surname should be enough for Karishma. Avinash, overhearing them, silently thanks God for the dosha and prays for the marriage to be canceled.
Chandrika arrives, and Kavita asks what Guruji suggested. Chandrika says Guruji will write a letter for Karishma’s new name, and there is no other solution. Kavita assures Chandrika that Karishma
Later, Chandrika prays to God to protect her family and hopes Avinash will take on his responsibilities like Prabhat. Meanwhile, Prabhat feels uneasy while driving and crashes his car into a tree.
Soon after, Savitri informs Chandrika about Prabhat’s accident, and they rush to the hospital. Devansh and the others arrive as well, shocked to see Vasudha there. Sarika blames Vasudha for bringing bad luck, and Karishma recalls that Vasudha dropped the puja plate at the temple, calling it a bad omen. Hanumant tells Vasudha to leave, and Sarika throws her out of the hospital.
Chandrika asks the doctor about Prabhat’s condition. The doctor reassures her that Prabhat is out of danger and was saved because he was admitted in time. Chandrika thanks the doctor and asks Prabhat why he went out alone. Avinash asks what caused the heart attack, and Prabhat replies that life is unpredictable, but he’s been given a second chance. Chandrika asks who brought him to the hospital, and Prabhat reveals that Vasudha saved him.
In a flashback, Vasudha had found Prabhat unconscious in his car. She opened the door and pleaded with him to wake up, but when he didn’t respond, she flagged down a driver to help take him to the hospital.
Back in the present, Prabhat tells Chandrika that Vasudha is the reason he’s alive. Chandrika tells Devansh to speak to the doctor about Prabhat’s discharge.
Later, everyone returns to the Chauhan mansion. Devansh tells Prabhat that he should have gone on the drive with him, but Prabhat insists that God sent Vasudha to save him. Devansh asks Savitri where Vasudha is, while Vasudha is seen cleaning the temple, praying for Prabhat’s recovery.
Chandrika tells Hanumant that just as he saved her and Devansh in the past, today Vasudha saved Prabhat’s life. She orders Savitri to call Vasudha and offer her a job in the kitchen. She also tells Devansh to prepare a contract for her. As she takes Prabhat inside to rest, Sarika vows not to stay quiet about the situation.
