The Episode starts with Kalyani waiting for Baxi and getting angry. He says he would be gifting Radha and making her ready. Radha’s mum asks her to stay happy. Radha says I m happy with Baxi, he is a true person, you gave me a big happiness by getting me married to him. Her mum blesses her. Kalyani says I have kept for fast for Radha’s sake for her Baxi’s protection, I can’t break it, these worries were not mine, I thought I will never have feeling for him, no, I have no expectations from him, he can stay happy with his wife. Gadadhar meets Amba in the kitchen. She says it was so insulting for me to apply alta to your wife’s feet, you have to fill sindoor inmy maang today in the puja. He asks how did you care for all these things. They argue.

He says I just love you. She says you don’t

love me. He says Tilottama is already troubling me, you don’t trouble me now. He goes. Jagabandhu comes to Kalyani. She asks why did you get late. He says I had gone to check some letters, let me say. She says I don’t want to hear anything. He gives her the potli. She says he will never care for me. He gives her a gift as per the suhaagan puja rasam. He apologizes. He says I couldn’t understand you till now, I m learning, its tough, I will learn.

He expresses his feelings that he respects her. He asks her to take care. He leaves. She cries and sees the gift. She smiles. Jagabandhu comes to Radha and kisses her. She likes the gift.. she says your face is my mirror, I trust you a lot. She says Kalyani’s husband isn’t with her, its her first suhaagan puja. Kalyani wears the anklets and smiles. An arrow is shot inside her room. She gets shocked and sees her old self. Her alter self questions her what’s happening that she got married and thinking of her husband. She says I just kept the fast on Radha’s saying. Her alter self asks her why is she getting happy and thinking of Baxi ji. Kalyani worries to answer. Her alter self says I m your inner heart, I m saying what I know is the truth, you have a wish to get a husband’s love. Kalyani says its all a life, this marriage is just a compromise for me to win my Rajya from britishers, I m doing this for my freedom. Kalyani gets thinking. She thinks I m not in love with Baxi and can never be.
