She revealed that Vikas had started experiencing vomiting and loose motions after arriving at her mother’s home in Nashik. Despite the symptoms, Vikas declined to go to the hospital, opting to rest at home.
Jhanvi explained that they had called a doctor to the house to check on him. However, when they tried to wake him around 6 a.m. the next morning, they discovered that Vikas had passed away in his sleep. The attending doctor later confirmed that the cause of death was a cardiac arrest, likely occurring during the night.
Vikas Sethi’s body was transferred to Mumbai’s Cooper Hospital for a post-mortem, and his last rites are set to take place today, as the industry bids farewell to a beloved actor who left a lasting impact on Indian television.
