Vishwas Saraf Embraces New Beginnings as ‘Junooniyatt’ Nears its End
As the TV show ‘Junooniyatt,’ in which he plays the character Karan, approaches its concluding episode on November 3, actor Vishwas Saraf reflects on the bittersweet emotions of bidding farewell to the show while eagerly anticipating new opportunities that lie ahead.
Expressing his sentiments in a recent interview, Vishwas shares, “I’m saddened by the end of our show. Every beautiful ending is a little painful. But, another fact is every ending also brings a new beginning. So, I’m looking forward to exploring new opportunities and excited about the surprise that awaits me. Hence, I stay positive and believe that all endings are not bad. Our show ‘Junooniyatt’ is very close to my heart, and I’m a bit upset about it, yet very hopeful for what comes next.”
Reflecting on his journey in the show, he adds, “My ‘Junooniyatt’ journey has been very motivating, challenging, adventurous, and, most importantly, it has helped me grow as an actor and as a human being. The show will always be very close to my heart. It is an important stepping stone towards my success in the TV industry.”
Known for his roles in shows like ‘Udaariyaan’ (2021) and ‘Hummer’ (2021), Vishwas expresses his desire to take on a negative role in his next endeavor, stating, “I’m open to exploring new opportunities without any limitations or specific roles. Sometimes, having no plans is the best plan. I’m open to all the opportunities coming my way and will be coming up with something very exciting pretty soon. I would love to play a negative lead role in any show or movie as I feel I can really do justice to that kind of character.”
‘Junooniyatt,’ featuring Gautam Singh Vig, Ankit Gupta, and Neha Rana in lead roles, is a musical romantic drama produced by Sargun Mehta and Ravi Dubey. The series premiered on February 13, 2023.
