Justin Bieber recently shared on his Instagram handle a video wherein he informed his fans that he has been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome. Because of the health disorder, half of his face got paralyzed.
Now amidst those who were wishing him a speedy recovery, Munawar joked on his face in his tweet and wrote, “Dear Justin Bieber, I can totally understand. Even here in India, right side not working properly.”
This didn’t go well with the netizens who condemned the standup comedian for his distasteful remark. VJ Andy, who is extremely vocal about his opinions, schooled him and wrote, “Dear #MunawarFaruqui, This is not funny. You’re better than this.”
Andy’s tweet was not well received by Munawar’s fans who have raged a social media war against him. Some of them are accusing him of using Munawar’s name for better engagement on social media.
One user wrote, “There is a lot going on in the country. Can you tweet about those issues? Why to take a dig at him always…just for engagement na. Are you literally getting offended by this or you didn’t get it? By the way, it’s a joke and his audience got it for whom this was referred to.”
Another wrote, “Agaya engagement ke liye … 😡 #MunawarWarriors he did this with Teja n Karan as well…he sways where the fandom is huge for hype…Watch out!!”
Meanwhile, Justin has shared another health update on his social media where he wrote, “Wanted to share a little bit of how I have been feeling. Each day has gotten better, and through all of the discomfort, I have found comfort in the one who designed me and knows me. I’m reminded he knows all of me. He knows the darkest parts of me that I want no one to know about and he constantly welcomes me into his loving arms. This perspective has given me peace through this horrible storm that I’m facing. I know this storm will pass, but in the meantime, JESUS IS WITH ME.”
