Sooraj is trying hard to prove that he is a loving father to spoilt son Ved, who is ashamed of his father’s profession. Ved lies to his friends that Sooraj owns a five star hotel. Sooraj feels dejected after realizing his son doesn’t respect him. This compels Sooraj to think of making it big, by venturing into hotel business. He sells off his sweet shop for buying land for the hotel. He shows his dream project plan to the family. Sooraj hopes to find help from the next guarantor. He mistakes Aditi, a businesswoman, to be his guarantor. Sooraj and Aditi both advise each other on their respective business plans. Sooraj learns that Aditi has considered his advice. Aryan gets an invitation to join a kabbadi team. Sooraj refuses to take help from a guarantor and decides to choose a new path.
After performing some high-octane stunts on Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, actress Riddhi Dogra is back to doing what she does best – acting. The actress has been finalised to play a pivotal role, that of Aditi, a kabaddi team owner in the TV show Diya Aur Baati Hum. She has featured in several shows, including Maryaada… Lekin Kab Tak?, Savitri and Yeh Hai Aashiqui. She also participated in Nach Baliye with husband Raqesh Vashisth.
After Ridhi Dogra, the makers of the TV show ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’ have roped in actor Adhvik Mahajan to play a pivotal part. The actor, who played a simple guy Soham in his last fiction show ‘Bani — Ishq Da Kalma’, will turn negative in his new project.
