Star Plus’ most visually stunning show Ishqbaaz would be soon going to bid adieu to its audience. The show has got an extension before. Owing to the low TRPs, the channel has decided to pull it off air. Ishqbaaz will be getting shut in the coming month. The story of Shivaansh and Mannat’s love didn’t appeal much to the audience, since Shivaye and Anika’s pairing and chemistry had raised the standard very high. Shivaansh and Aditi’s pairing wasn’t accepted by the audience before. Bringing the new character of charming Mannat didn’t help either. The essence of old Ishqbaaz and the wonderful cast is missing. ShivOmru’s bonding was the soul of the show. Shivaansh’s connect with his siblings isn’t much explored as compared to ShivOmru.
Some of the audience believes that it would have been better if the show didn’t take the leap and continued with the old characters. Shivaye and Anika are such characters which will always be remembered by many across the world. Actor Nakuul Mehta is the only lead common between both Seasons.
