Additi Gupta starred in the lead role in Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil opposite Harshad Chopra. She has done cameo roles in Kayamath and Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. Additi played a negative character Sanam in Zee TV”s Qubool Hai from 2014. The actress will be leaving the show as her character of Khan Begum (post leap) will come to an end. According to the track in Qubool Hai, Amad waits for Armaan and Mahira and wants to surprise them. His plan fails as Armaan and Mahira go on the terrace. They share a romantic moment together. Amad ends up furious when he sees them on the terrace. Ehsaan’s mother uses the power of the pendant to hurt Khan Begum. Armaan and Mahira get back to their room and continue their romance. Amad confronts Mahira with some photographs of his wedding. Amad tells Mahira that he and she are already married and she cannot be Armaan’s wife. Ehsaan’s grandmother requests Khan Begum to set Ehsaan free for his mother’s burial. Khan Begum stalks Ehsaan and his grandmother. Ehsaan challenges Khan Begum saying that he will transform her with his love. Khan Begum would decide to accept death and seek everyone’s forgiveness. She would be accepting Ehsaan’s love after he gave her a surprise of her life moments summed. Ehsaan’s true love makes Khan Begum choose death and end her evil.
