Sammy: (Thinking.) Something is wrong… I have to find it out by my own… This idiot won’t open his mouth and pa, ma tho… It is useless to confront them… (Her eyes landed on Payal.) Maybe she could help me… Let the engagement get over, I’ll talk to her… Yes, that is better…
Radzie: How am I looking…? (Standing at the bottom stairs.)
Meera: Great… But I think you need some alterations… (And was checking out her outfit.)
Sakshi: (Walking towards them.) Yes, it needs some alterations… No worries dear, I’ll get it done soon…
Radzie: (Smiled wide. Turned towards Arjun.)
Arjun: (Gave her an appreciative look.)
Dilshad: I think the main person is happy with your selection Radhu… (With a teasing smile.)
All chuckled.
Anika: So madam go and change your clothes… So that you can get it altered…
Radzie: (Nodded affirmative and turned to climb up the stairs.)
Sakshi: Wait dear… I need to take the measurements… I’ll come along…
Radzie: Ok…
Meera: Can I join…? I would like to have a word with you mam…

The three moved upstairs.
Anika: (Moved towards the rest.)
Dilshad: Anika… Please come with me… I have some work with you…

They walked off with Jhanvi and Pinky behind.
Shivaay: I’ll be back soon… (And walked out of mansion not waiting for any reply.)
Sammy: (Was deeply thinking something.)
Everyone around noticed her still form. Arjun was about to go to her. But before he could do that, he was stopped as someone else reached out for her.
Sammy: (Her trance was broken by a hand on her shoulder. She turned back.) Haider Sir… (Her face was full of stress lines.)
Haider: Sammy… Relax…
Sammy: How will I sir…? This idiot friend of mine is impossible… I don’t have a gist of what happened in his life all these years… I’m… (She couldn’t complete.)
Haider: Shhh… Sammy… Look at me… (Cupping her face, so that she can look straight into his eyes.) Sammy… It is true that you’re in dark as of now… But dear, by worrying nothing is going to be fine… To make things fine, you have to think and proceed, and it is possible only when you’re stress free dear… Have trust on you… Have trust on you that you can fix the problems… You can see yourself succeeding at the end of the journey… Hmmm…?
Sammy: (Nodded her head affirmative with tears rolling down from her eyes.)
Haider: So it is final, you’ll be strong and step forward… And I’ll be your support system till my last breath…
Sammy: (Smiled wide and bobbed her head vigorously as yes.)
Haider: (Chuckled at the little girl’s antics in front of him.)

Om: (Marched towards them. Separating Sammy from Haider and cupping her face in his palms.) You have my word too Sammy… I won’t let any sorrow or pain to break you… And I’ll be there to support you anytime…
Arjun: Anytime… (Side hugging her.)
Sammy: (Inhaled a deep breath and hugged both Arjun and Om tight.) Thank you… You have no idea what it means to me… The past life…
Arjun: (Cutting her off.) Shhh… No more going back to past… We’ll concentrate on present and future instead… (Breaking the hug.) And you have my word, anytime, anywhere, you feel down, scared or tired, you can come running to me… I’ll never let you down… Infact you won’t get a chance to come running to me… I’ll be there for you all time…
Sammy: (Hugged him tight.) I don’t know… I really don’t know how am I related to you… But I can say onething for sure, with you I always feel safe and secured… Your happy face makes me happy… At the same time, your pain filled face breaks me completely… I don’t know why… But I do feel…
Arjun: (Tightening his grip around her.) (Thinking.) Same goes with me dear… (Aloud.) We’ll find it out dear… Relax…
Sammy: (Without breaking the hug, she lifted her head, locked her eyes with Arjun.) Can I ask you something…?
Arjun: With all rights…
Sammy: Can I call you bhai…?
Arjun: (Tears rolled from his eyes.)

Shivaay: No… You can’t…
Sammy: (Face lost its color.)

Shivaay: (Slowly stepped forward, closed her mouth by pressing his hand under her chin.) Do you want any flies to take their residence in your mouth that you kept it wide open…?
Sammy: (Nodded her head no mechanically.)
Shivaay: So…? Deal confirm karen…?
Sammy: (Nodded her head affirmative mechanically.)
Shivaay: Are you by any means trying to become a robot…?
Sammy: (Her trance was broken by the fits of laughter around her.) Hmmm… Are you serious…? (Asked with lots of struggles.)
Shivaay: (Cupping her face.) I’m sorry dear… I know I had been worst with you… But please… Give me one chance to rectify my flaws and win your trust…
Sammy: (Smiling wide with tear filled eyes.) You need not struggle to gain my trust… Because my trust on you never broke bhai…
Shivaay: (Took her in his embrace.)
Arjun joined the hug, followed by Om and Haider.
Sammy: (Was smiling wide.)
Krishna: Wah… How great is that…? Di, very bad… You got new brothers and you forgot me…
Sammy: Oh my baby… (Stepping forward towards him.) You’ll always remain my first priority… No matter what…
Krishna: (Side hugging her, threw a winning look at the guys.)
The guys threw him a ‘oh really’ look.
Sammy: (Slapping her forehead with her hand.) Radzie was absolutely right… You people are possessive Big Bs… (Slapping Krishna’s upper arm.) Stop it…
Krishna: (Pouting his face.) Okay… But do not forget, I was, I am and I’ll be your first priority always…
Sammy: (Nodded affirmative.)
Group voice: What about us…?
All turned towards the voice to find the girls.
Anjali: Bhai… Do not forget, I’m your doll…
Guys: Yes darling… Our doll…
Anjali: (Ran into their embrace. And poked her tongue out to Sammy and Krishna.)
Sammy: (With ‘oh really’ look.) Kris… You’re my only darling…
Anjali: Ahhh… Noooooo…
Sammy & Krishna: Yessssss…
Anjali: Sammy Di… (To her lovely brothers.) Bhai…
Shivaay: No worries dear, this puppy of yours is not going to let anything happen which may hurt you…
Krishna & Anjali: (Were embarrassed and blushing.)
All laughed at their expense.
Anika: (Walked towards Haider. Stood in front of him.)
Haider: (Was about to leave.)
Anika: (Holding his hand tight.) Please Haider… Don’t ignore me… Atleast not at this point of time… I badly need your support… Please… (And broke down into tears.)
Haider: (Was not able to see his friend, his mother full of tears. Controlling his anger, he pulled her into his embrace.)
Anika: (Hugged him tight and broke down into tears.)
Haider: Shhh… It’s okay… Relax… (And comforted her in his embrace.)
Anika: I’m sorry…
Haider: Shhh… (And comforted her by continuously rubbing her shoulder with one hand and caressing her hair with the other hand.)
Sammy: (Walked forward and joined the hug, by hugging Anika from behind.)
Anika: (Shed more tears.)
Sammy: Shhh… I can get angry on you Ani… But I’ll never be able to hate you or stay away from you… And I can’t see you in tears too… Please… Stop crying Ani…
Haider: Oh no… Stop it ladies… Stop being a cry baby…
He was offered by a punch on his tummy by both Anika and Sammy.
Haider: Ouch…
Anika & Sammy: (Giggled.)
And rest joined them later.
Arjun, Shivaay and Om walked towards them, followed by Krishna and Anjali.
Shivaay: Why are you three standing far from all…? Come join us… (Looking at Radhika, Meera and Gauri.)
Kriahna: Beautiful… Devil… Radzie di… (Extending his both hands.)
They went running into his arms. Later, all had a group hug. In all this, there was a person who was not even moving his gaze right from his destination. And that is none other than Mr. Neil Malhotra. He was brought back to this world by Anjali’s squeal.
Anjali: Nikki bhai… Where are you lost…? Stop dreaming and step forward and join us…
Neil: (Started marching towards them.)
Anjali: After all you had gained another sister today (pointing towards Sammy).
Neil: (Choked at his own saliva.)
All had a hard time controlling their laugh.

Meera: Haan Neil… Aap vahaan ruke kyun…? Come join them and welcome your new sister…
Krishna: Absolutely… It is high time you join us… Come…
Neil: (He got struck in the same place.)
Sammy: Uhm… I’ll be right back… (She was about to move.)
Radzie: (Rushing towards her.) No no no… Let also him welcome you and then you can go… (To Neil.) Nikki… Too bad… You’re making her wait and hurting her…
Nail: (Gaining his voice back.) Have you gone nuts Radzie…? How would I welcome her as my sister when I’m head over heels in love with her…?
Whole surrounding was dead silent.
Sammy: (Stood shocked, tears flowing down.)
All their trance was broken by Dilshad.
Dilshad: What…? Nikki, are you serious son…?
Sakshi: (Who was standing beside Dilshad.) Maira, bachacha, do you have anything to say…?
Sammy: (Dared not to open her mouth. Simply nodded her head no.)
Neil: (His eyes filled with tears.)
Radzie: (Walked towards Neil and squeezed his hands comforting him.)
Anika: Neil ji… I would like to give you piece of mind… Forget her…
All were like ‘what is she even speaking’.
Neil: Ani…
Anika: Arre… Yeh ladki bahut ziddee hai… She is not the one to change her decision or mind too… So I request you to move forward in your life, leaving her behind…
Radzie: Nikki, I think she is right… Love cannot be forced… So let go of her and move forward… Please…
Neil: (Was about to object, but stopped himself seeing the slight smirk on the ladies face and their eyes fixed on Sammy.)
