Please forgive my grammatical mistakes… And my bad Hindi too… I’m trying hard to give good lines… Fingers crossed…
Let’s start with the next part…
Scene – 17 (Continuation):
Arjun: (Looked at Sammy and found a thin layer of water formed in her eyes. He placed a hand on her shoulder.)
Sammy: (Smiled with tears.)
Radzie: If you even show single percent of attention towards me, my life would have been complete… (And pouted.)
Arjun: (Rolled his eyes.)
Radzie: (Not able to tolerate his avoidance, she walked towards him, held his t-shirt and pulled him harshly towards her.)
Arjun: (His eyes popped out of his socket.)
Neil: Oh hello… Please control lady… Kids are around…
Radzie: (Huffed and let go of her hold and walked off.)
Arjun: (Sighed at her impossible nature. A smile crept his lips without his knowledge.)
Haider: Arjun sab… Aapake chehare par vah muskuraahat kyoon hai…? (Arjun Sir… What is this smile on your face for…?)
Arjun: (Only then realized that he was smiling.)
Neil and Haider shared a hi-fi. Om and Shivaay smiled. Sammy, Anjali, Anika and Krishna giggled.
Arjun: (Gave an angry stare to Neil and Haider.)
Neil: What…? Stop starring at us… My little sister was right… If you would have given even a single percent of attention that you show us towards her, she would have been in cloud nine…
Arjun: But I do care…
Anika: The care she expects is a care that only a man can show to his lady… You have a long way to go Arjun ji…
Arjun: (Was thoughtful.)
Sammy: Not all are blessed with true love… You are gifted with it in spite of all hurdles, try to respect it… (Paused and looking at Anika continued.) We’re saying this out of experience… Please don’t miss it… (With tears brimming her eyes.)
Anika: (Reciprocated with tears brimming her eyes.) (She walked off before it makes its way out.)
Haider: (He was about to follow Anika.)
Sammy: Wait Haider Sir… Let her be… At least she’ll let out her tears when she is alone…
Krishna: (Walked to Sammy and side hugged her.)
Sammy: (Instantly turned and buried her face completely in his chest.)
Neil: (Felt bad seeing Sammy’s state.)
Krishna: (Embraced her protectively.)
Anjali: (Joined the hug.)
Krishna: (Embraced her along with Sammy.)
Voice: Sammy massee… We are hungy… (Sammy massee… We are hungry…)
Sammy: (Wiped her tears, turned around.) Yes bachchon… Chalo chalate hain…
Kids: (Hopped along with her, holding her hands from either sides.)
All were settled in a place with food arranged in centre. Only Anika and Radhika was missing.
Sammy: I think it’s high time, I should check on Ani…
Anjali: And even Radzie di…
Before they could move forward, Anika came along with Radhika. Radhika’s face was gloomy.
Neil: (Approached her and before he could ask anything,)
Radzie: (Buried her completely in his chest embracing him tightly.)
Neil: (Was able to feel his little sister’s pain. He simply embraced her tightly letting her know he is always there.)
Neil: (In mind,) Oh God… Where am I struck…? One side my little sister who is head over heels in love with by best buddy… And other side is my buddy who is feared and unsure about love and relationship… Please show me a way God… I can’t see both of them in pain…
Arjun: (Was guilty seeing the bubbly and naughty Radhika too gloomy and worn out. He was guiltier on thinking that he is the reason for her this state.)
Shiv: Think Arjun… She is really precious… I understand it is difficult for any of us to fall in love with our past… But I hope it is worth trying for a girl like her… She had almost spent more than a decade of her life only loving you…
Arjun: (Was left with thoughts.)
Soon all had their food and was all set to leave, as they have to get back to their work.
Arjun: Radhika…
Radzie: (Was shocked… No beyond shocked…)
Arjun: Uhmmm… Would you like to join me…? I’ll drop you home…
Radzie: (In order to confirm that she isn’t dreaming, she hardly pinched Neil who was standing beside her.)
Neil: Ouch…
Radzie: It means I’m not dreaming…
Neil: (Glared at her…)
Arjun: (Rolled his eyes on her antics.)
Radzie: (Gave a cheeky smile and ran towards him and pulled him along with her towards the car.)
Arjun: (Thought.) This girl will for sure make me go insane… (Ended up smiling.)
All had a wide smile.
Haider: Finally… Things are getting on track…
Neil: (Let out a sigh of relief and prayed,) May the Almighty save the poor soul, Arjun…
All laughed. And finally moved to their destinations.
Scene – 18:
Arjun’s car,
Radzie: (Was smiling wide throughout the journey.)
They didn’t speak a single word. Still she was happy seeing Arjun beside her. Just his mere presence gave her eternal joy. The car came to halt in front of his house.
Radzie: (Gave him a questioning look.)
Arjun: Would you mind for a coffee…?
Radzie: (Smiled wide and stepped out of the car.)
Arjun: (Smiled and stepped out of the car.)
At once he was near her, he got hold of her hand and took her into his house. She was at cloud nine and held his hand tight…
Arjun: Be seated… I’ll get the coffee…
Radzie: Do you mind me joining you…? (With longing in her eyes.)
Arjun: (Smiled.) Come…
Radzie: (Smiled back and walked into kitchen with him.)
Arjun: (Was preparing coffee.)
Radzie: (Was admiring him as usual.)
Arjun: (Sensing her gaze on him, he turned towards her.)
Radzie: (Her gaze was still fixed on him and was smiling wide.)
Arjun: (Was having butterflies in his tummy. He turned and continued with his work.)
Done with coffee preparation, he offered her a cup.
Radzie: Thank you Ajju… (And walked out of the kitchen dragging him along.)
Arjun: (Smiled and went along.)
In hall,
They were sitting on the couch and having coffee.
Radzie: Your coffee still taste the same Ajju…
Arjun: (Just smiled.)
Radzie: (Made faces.) You can speak something… I’m not that bad…
Arjun: (He sighed.) It isn’t about you… It’s me who is bad… I know I hurt you bad, but couldn’t help it… I…
Radzie: (Moved close to him and cuddled him.)
Arjun: (Took a deep breath and slowly covered his hand around her.)
Radzie: (Cuddled even closer and tighter.)
Arjun: (Felt good with her in his arms and felt peace and complete too.)
Radzie: (Snuggled closer as sleep took over her.)
Arjun: (Found her fast asleep after few minutes. And took out his mobile.)
Power of Five – Group chat:
Arjun: Hi guys… Sorry… Will be late to office today…
Neil: Jeeja ji… Aapaka iraada kya hai…? Kuchh toh gadabad hai…
Haider: Haan… Bolo bolo…
Om: What is happening Arjun…?
Shiv: Oh my God… Arjun…?
Arjun: Shut up guys… Don’t build stories… We came to my home for a cup of coffee and madam fell asleep… I can’t leave her alone and come just like that… And Mr. Malhotra agar aapkaa bakwas hogai tho, chup hoja…
Neil: (Dimple smile…)
Haider: Jeeja Ji… Meree bahan ka khyaal rakhana…
Om: Bingo…
Shiv: LOL…
Arjun: Get lost…

Arjun: (Saw the reason for all his embarrassment, who is been snuggling closer to him every passing second.) Bas mere ma… Stop snuggling closer… (Thought.) Oh God… This lady will be end of me…
Simultaneously he fell asleep as he was admiring the lady in his arms.
Scene – 19:
In office,
Shiv and Neil were working on the production side. Om was working with Sammy on the editorial side. Haider was working on advertising side. Anjali was cross-checking the new agreements signed by the employees yesterday. Krishna was bringing life to the news through his photography and animation skills… Arjun and Radhika has not yet arrived.
Anika was running around serving all with drinks and food. Shivaay was wondering looking at the lady running around giving importance to all equally… She wasn’t only serving her bosses or higher post holders. She was even serving the new interns with same smile, maybe they were even pampered by her.
Shiv: Anika…
Anika: (The world around her stopped for her at once.)
Shiv: (He snapped in front of her eyes to bring her back to this world.) Are you here?
Anika: (Nodded her head)
Shiv: One expresso…
Anika: Are you serious… You want to drink that saira banu… I don’t understand how you drink that kaali coffee…
Shiv: It is expresso Anika…
Anika: Yes… Yes… Vahee… Saira banu…
Shiv: You know what, forget it… (And continued with his work.)
Few minutes later,
A cup was placed in front of Shivaay. He lifted his head to find Anika with a childish pout.
Shiv: (He smiled, but controlled.)
Anika: Aapkaa saira banu…
Shiv: (Had his expresso without even a word.)
Anika: (Was about to leave, but found few files scattered on his table and started arranging them.)
Shiv: That’s fine… Leave it… I’ll manage…
Anika: Is that you have a fear that I’ll end up troubling you…?
Shiv: When did I say that?
Anika: Then why do you stop me from helping you… It is just a help and I do for all… Why not you then…?
Shiv: (Raised his hands in acceptance.)
Anika: (Smiled and continued with the work of arranging his table.)
Shiv: (He was lost in her.) (Thinking.) What is so special with this girl…? Why am I not able to stop thinking about her…? Why am I not able to take my eyes of her…? What is happening…? Urgh… Stop it Shivaay and control your emotions… Remember you’re The Shivaay Singh Oberoi… And there is no space for any kind of emotions in your life… For you everything is just a deal… A mere deal…
Anika: (Satisfied with her work. She gave one final look at him. But he saw everywhere but not her. She felt odd, but decided to let it go. And walked out.)
