And in this part, I tried something new…. I tried to bring out the emotions of waiting since ages with a hope… And some romance… Hope it isn’t nasty and you all like it…
Let’s jump into our story…
Scene – 20:
Neil: (Came back after having a talk with production department folks regarding the mess that had happened till date and was hell frustrated.)
His body language only made everyone realize it was a big mess. As the jolly and carefree Neil was huffing like a hurt lion.
Sammy: (On seeing this side of Neil was little taken back, but decided to help him get relaxed. She walked to him and handed a glass of water.)
Neil: (On seeing a glass of water in front of him, turned around to find Sammy. He tried to give her a smile, but failed terribly.)
Sammy: Sir… Take one thing at a time… Too much of things at the same time will simply hurt oneself… (And walked off.)
Neil: (Thought.) Thank you Sammy… But this huge mess must be cleared before it complete destroys this media house… I wish you stay beside me always and handle me… Please Sammy…
Sammy: (Sensing someone taking her name, her head instantly snapped towards Neil and they had an eye-lock.)
Om: (Noticing the two lost in each other, called out for her on basis of work.) Sammy… I think this needs some changes…
Sammy: (Coming back to sense, looked at Om and the papers placed in front of her.) Yeah… Sure… Let me check once… (Spoke with much difficulty.)
Om: (Smiled at her. And looked towards Neil and gave him a teasing smile.)
Neil: (Gave him a royal ignore and turned around to find smirking Haider with naughtiness filled eyes. He banged his head and walked to Shiv and engulfed himself in work.)
Almost around noon,
Arjun and Radhika walked in. Arjun directly walked to his seat and immersed himself in his work. Radhika sat along with Sammy and continued with the work that she left half-a-way previous day. All the eyes were looking at the duo.
Arjun: Shiv, what is the update from production department? Were you guys able to have a word with them? (On getting no response, he lifted his head to find all the eyes on him with a teasing smile.)
Arjun: Enough guys… We’ve tons of work to complete… Let’s concentrate…
Neil: Sure Arjun… We’ll… But would you mind helping us by not distracting…
Arjun: Excuse me…
Radzie: (Was confused and looked at Arjun by chance and her eyes widened. She ran to him and started wiping his right cheek.)
Arjun: (Was startled by her action and gestured her what with an eyebrow raised.)
Radzie: (With nervousness written on her face, she gestured her lip and cheek.)
Arjun: (Was like what had happened to this girl and suddenly his face colour changed.)
His trance was broken by fits of laughter.
Arjun: (Clearing his throat, he turned back to his file and tried to continue with his work. A small smile adored his lips.)
Radzie: (Held her head low out of nervousness and shyness, and walked back to her place.)
Sammy: (She playfully hit her.)
Radzie: (Tried to give her an angry stare but ended up smiling and ran out of the cabin.)
Neil: Oh my God Arjun… What did you do to my little sister…? Sheranee nikala geelee billee… Sharmeelee ho rahee hai vo… (Lioness turned to wet cat… Started getting shy…)
Arjun: (Smiled and didn’t answer him.)
All had a good laugh and started with their work.
But there was someone in the room who couldn’t concentrate on the work and was having a pleasant smile. Yes… It is our new lover boy, Arjun…
Arjun: (Was thinking the incidents before getting into the office.)
Flashback…
Arjun’s home:
After an hour of sleep, Radhika’s sleep got disturbed. She opened her eyes to see herself literally close to her love. Her head was buried in crook of his neck. She could feel his hot breath fanning her face. She snuggled closer and tightened the grip around him, thus ended up disturbing Arjun’s sleep.
He opened his eyes to find Radhika dangerously close to him. A sudden urge to mercilessly take those pair of petal in his mouth crept his heart. But controlling his senses, he separated her from himself with much difficulty and walked off. As he went, she opened her eyes and smiled wide.
Radzie: (Murmured.) Love you Ajju…
Arjun: (Came out of his washroom completely fresh and ready in formals. His gaze fell on the slim figure standing in his balcony.)
He walked towards her and stood behind her with no gap in between them. Sensing his presence, she laid her head on his hard chest, just above his madly beating heart. In the trance, he extended his both hands and plastered her completely to him. Their breath was unsteady.
After few seconds, he turned her facing him and she obliged. Her eyes were at his chest level. He lifted her head with complete tenderness with his fore-finger holding her chin. He met with her closed eyes. Even without any makeup on her, she looked extremely beautiful and having her so close was making him go insane.
Arjun: Open your eyes Radhi…
Radzie: (She smiled with tears pricking down hearing her name as he used to call earlier.)
Arjun: Stop instigating me… I have zero control over me now…
Radzie: (She neither replied nor opened her eyes.)
Arjun: (His previous urge to kiss her mercilessly again crept his heart. And out of control, he crashed his mouth on hers.)
Radzie: (Was little startled later composed herself.)
It was a hard kiss. He was pouring out all his emotions in that single kiss. All the emotions that he had been holding back since ages over-flowed today. She reciprocated with same passion. His hands held her close to him and her legs were no longer touching the ground. Her one hand was pulling his head more close to her and other hand was holding his blazer tight.
After few minutes, the wild kiss turned out to be a passionate kiss, with minimal pause. At the end of good fifteen minutes, he broke the kiss sensing her heavy breath. He had his forehead touching her forehead. He opened his eyes and found her eyes closed still. He rubbed his nose on hers. She smiled.
Radzie: I didn’t know that you’re a great kisser too… (With uneven breath.)
Arjun: (He smiled and tightened his grip around her waist.)
Radzie: Aapake iraade kya hain mister…?
Arjun: Whatever…? Any problem…? (In a husky voice.)
Radzie: (She smiled and finally opened her eyes.) Nope… To kya ham aage badhenge?
Arjun: (Eyes widened with shock and was staring at her with disbelief.)
Radzie: (Seeing his shocked face, laughed out aloud.)
Arjun: (Understanding that she pranked him,) you little monster… Now watch what I am going to do… (He tickled her.)
Radzie: (Was laughing continuously. She couldn’t escape from his hold too.) Ajju please… Stop…
Arjun: (Finally stopped and engulfed her in his embrace.)
Radzie: (She snuggled closer to him.)
Arjun: Would you mind me saying something…?
Radzie: (Sensing the change in his tone, she lifted her hand alone without breaking the hug and gestured what?)
Arjun: You had always been special to me… I always had an urge to have you all for myself… But life took such a drastic turn that I didn’t want you to get close to me… I was hurt more whenever I pushed you away from me… (Tears made its way from both their eyes.) (Pause.) Still I loved you… (Pause.) Even now I don’t consider myself fit for you… (Pause.) But it is impossible for me to let go of you completely… (His grip on her tightened.)
Radzie: (She snuggled closer, touching their foreheads which made him close his eyes as response. She continued his words,) it is impossible for you to let go of me… But not for me…
Arjun: (His eyes instantly opened with a jerk. Fresh tears made its way.)
Radzie: (Wiped his tears rubbing her cheeks on his. And continued,) yes… It is easy for me… If you want that to happen at any mode of our life I’ll help you with it for sure…
Arjun: (Shivered.)
Radzie: Because it is easy for me to let go of you than seeing you in pain with me… But… (Pause.) But it will be the end of your Radhi… (Fresh tears made its way out of her eyes.)
Arjun: (Today in best manner he understood her love for him. Pulling her more into him, he pronounced,) I LOVE YOU RADHI…
Radzie: (Let out more tears. Slowly buried her head in crook of his neck and held on him tight.)
Arjun: (He embraced her even more tightly.)
They stood like that for a while. After few minutes, he broke the hug. Both had a smile plastered on their face.
Arjun: Get ready… We have to reach office before your lovely brothers get into the mission “Kill Arjun with shameless comments and smirks…”
Radzie: (Pinched his cheeks.) So cute…
Arjun: (Made faces.)
Radzie: (Walked away from him and was about to enter the washroom. Reality struck her and she turned towards him.) What will I wear…?
Arjun: (Threw a bunch of key to her and pointed a cupboard. He walked out with a smile.)
Radzie: (Opened the cupboard to get a 440 volts shock. The whole cupboard was filled with ladies wears and jewelleries.) (Thought.) How long had you been saving this for me Ajju…? Idiot… Wasted so long time… (And ran to the washroom.)
After few minutes, she came downstairs completely ready in a beautiful pink saree. Sensing her presence he turned to find his lady love beautifully dressed as always. His constant gaze on her made her blush to the deepest shade of pink. He walked to her, held her hand and walked towards the dining. He made her sit and served her favourite white pasta.
Radzie: (Seeing pasta I was happy that still he remembered my favourites. I’m seriously a fool to think that. As he never dared to let go of me and my thoughts all these years and it was evident. I gave him a cheek smile.)
Arjun: (Cupped her chin with his left hand and gestured a kiss and took his seat.)
Radzie: (She got up from her place and made her seat on his lap, encircling her hands around his neck.)
Arjun: (Gave her a s*xy grin. Took the white pasta and started feeding her.)
Radzie: (Like a good girl had the food, throughout playing with his hair, tie, buttons and making faces every now and then.)
Arjun: (He was falling in love with his lady every now and then.)
Finally they drove off to the office. Before stepping out of the elevator, being a naughty bunny, she tip toed and kissed his cheeks and ran away as the door was opened. Arjun was frozen at the same place for few seconds. Composed himself and walked out of elevator and passed Radhika who was grinning at him. And she followed him into the cabin.
Flashback ends…
(Now everyone would have understood the reason behind the lipstick mark on his cheek.)
Scene – 21:
Krishna walked into the cabin after knocking the door. And the knock on the door brought Arjun back to this real world.
Krishna: (To Om) Sir… Here are the photos and videos that are to be used for today’s telecast… Made the changes as you preferred… Please have a look and confirm me if this is fine…
Om: If you don’t mind could you please play them on the monitor we all will have a look on to it and then finalize… What say guys…?
The other four men acknowledged.
Krishna: (Nodded affirmative and moved forward to do as he was asked.)
By now even Radhika is back. Followed by Anika with coffee for all. Not noticing her entry, Krishna switched off the lights. There was a noise of things breaking. As the lights were turned on all were shocked to find a scared Anika, sitting at a corner with her legs close to the chest and hands encircled around her knees, eyes tightly closed and breathing hard.
Krishna: On shit… Di… (And ran towards her.)
Anika: No… Don’t touch me… Don’t you dare come towards me…? (And was throwing everything she got hold of.)
Shiv: (Walked forward and tried to control her.)
Anika: (Hit his head with the paper weight that was on the floor.)
All were shocked.
Shiv: (Still moved towards her and finally got hold of her hands tightly.)
Arjun: (Got hold of her legs tightly.)
Anika: (Still she was struggling to get off the hold. And also hurting her.)
Shiv: ANIKA… (Shouted aloud bringing her back to sense.)
Anika: (Coming back to sense, she found Shiv close to her with tears brimming his eyes. She at once jumped on him hugging him tight for her dear life.)
Shiv: (Without a second thought, comforted her by hugging her back.)
Anika: (Realizing what she was doing, broke the hug and her eyes fell on his forehead which was bleeding.) (With a trembling voice.) Billuji… Blood… (And touched his wound with utmost tenderness.)
Shiv: (Hissed out of pain.) (Seeing her growing fear,) I’m absolutely fine Anika… Just relax… Okay…?
Anika: (Nodded affirmative.)
