Worship Khanna, who is known for his role in Kunwara Hai Par Hamara Hai and Bharat Ka Veer Putra – Maharana Pratap, was last seen in Yeh Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka. The actor went to his hometown Muradabad last year during the lockdown to spend quality time with his mother.
In a recent interview with BT she shared his experience and said, “Last year, I thought it was going to be a vacation, which turned into a nightmare after the lockdown got extended. But at least I was safe with my family in UP and we were all together. Currently, I am in Mumbai, living alone with my two pets. The second wave of COVID-19 is giving me sleepless nights. Last night, I was awake thinking about what would happen if test positive – who would take care of me? I’ve lost many people due to the pandemic and one of them was actress Divya Bhatnagar, who was a very good friend. I keep thinking that if something were to happen to me, who would look after my mother, who is all alone. Who will look after her? I’m constantly worrying about all of this these days.”
On the professional front, the actor is currently focusing on web series. He says, “Honestly, television has not given me lead roles as much as the online space has. Having said that, I pay my bills by doing television and that’s something that I will continue doing no matter what. I have signed up for a new TV show, but I can’t talk about it until it goes on floors. I enjoy doing different roles and have always tried doing a variety of roles on TV.
