Preesha reaches hospital where nurse gives her file to check saying HOD signed her request for new incubators. Preesha checks papers and says everything is fine, then realizes signatures are different and rechecks them, matches them with earlier signatures and confirms they are different. She remembers Rudra pleading that it wasn’t him. She thinks of meeting him and reaching police station requests inspector to let her meet Rudra. Inspector permits her. She meets Rudra. Rudra says she agreed that he wasn’t lying. She asks him to remove his T-shirt and checking a birth mark on his back gets emotional. He asks what is she checking. She says his birth mark and hugs him saying her heart was right, he is her Rudra. He says he is her Rudra and asks if someone else came in his place. She says a fake Rudra has entered, his doppelganger. He asks what is she saying. She asks where was he all these days. He says he was kidnapped and being given injections. She says she realized that when he was sleeping with Mahima, there was no birth mark on his back. Rudra says he would rather die than sleeping with Mahima. She says she knows her Rudra cannot betray her, but Mahima brought his doppelganger and made her believe its him. She realizes its not him who fought slept with Mahima, bought hospital, dropped employees and took her to jungle, etc. Rudra cries remembering his father Balraj. Preesha consoles him and says doppelganger murdered uncle on akka’s order, she saw doppelganger’ sign on papers and after confirming it, she came to meet him, he is real Rudra.

Mahima thanks doppelganger Bhuvan for helping her achieve her goal. Bhuvan says its all because of her, she brought a novice into this big house and goes into flashback where he comes in front of Mahima’s car and pleads to let him work for Rurda as he is Rudra’s biggest plan. Mahima gets an idea, takes him to plastic surgeon and asks him to change his face to Rudra’s. Plastic surgeon agrees and says he can after surgery, but there is a risk involved. She gives him money and promises to pay double after work is done, also threatens to trouble him if he doesn’t agree. Doctor performs surgery and calls her in. He removes bandage and shows her a doppelganger. Mahima gets very happy and says people say right that doctor is a god in this world, he created a new Rudraksh Khurana. She asks Bhuvan to look at his face clearly as he is new rockstar Rudraksh Khurana and he has to just replicate Rudra. She shows him Rudra’s singing videos, family photographs, and teaches him to speak, behave, and write like Rudra. He completely turns into Rudra’s doppelganger and says now he is completely Rudraksh Khurana.

Doppelganger asks Mahima what should he do next. She says he should enter lohri venue tonight as Rudra. Real Rudra goes to Mahima and confronts her for torturing Saransh. Mahima tries to get intimate with him, and he pushes her away. Doppelganger hits his head from behind and he collapses.

Precap: Doppelganger meets Mahima and asks how is his acting. Mahima praises him. He asks what will she do with Rudra as she loves him. She says he will be in jail forever. Preesha plans to expose Doppelganger.
