The Episode starts with Nitya coming home. Karun asks her to have sandwich and says New Mom made it so well. Nitya refuses and asks Meera not to call her Mom. Karun asks why she is upset? Arjun says she was upset as I didn’t do the work, asked by her. Meera asks what happened? Arjun says she came to know about the truth and that’s why she got upset. Meera is upset too. Raunaq Sir asks Kashvi why Arjun left the phone at home and hopes everything is fine. He asks Devansh to give Arjun’s phone to him. Kashvi says she will give and takes the phone from him. She comes to Arjun’s house and sees Nitya mixing something in the Kheer. She calls Nitya and says Arjun had forgotten his phone at home, so I came to give it to you. She asks if Arjun and Karun are at home. Nitya says

Arjun is at home and if Karun was at home, then I wouldn’t have let you come inside. Arjun and Meera come there. Kashvi gives his phone to Arjun. Nitya tells that Karun got first prize in the project and asks them to have Kheer. She asks Kashvi to sit. Kashvi sits with Arjun and Meera. She thinks Nitya was adding dry fruits in Meera’s Kheer. Meera tastes the kheer and feels pain in her abdomen. Kashvi says we shall take her to hospital. They take her to hospital. Doctor asks Arjun to go out till she checks Meera. She checks Meera and asks Nurse to make injection ready. Kashvi asks Arjun, how is Meera. Arjun says doctor is checking her. Nitya hopes that Meera shall lose her baby and thinks she will be happy. Doctor comes out and tells that they have almost lost the baby, but now he is fine, and asks Arjun not to give anything wrong to Meera. Arjun says we take care of her very well. Doctor says she had something which leads to her miscarriage, and asks him to take care of Meera. Kashvi tells Arjun that she will bring the medicine and asks him to be with Meera. Nitya gets angry and says what the hell, I had added poison in her Kheer, how did the baby survive, and says she will do anything to harm Meera’s baby. Kashvi hears and says I will not let anything happen to Meera and her baby. Arjun comes to Meera. Meera asks if the baby is fine. Arjun says you had something by mistake which could lead to miscarriage. Nitya asks her to take care of her health. Arjun says what you had last. Meera says I had kheer which Mom gave to me. Arjun asks Nitya if she had added something in the kheer, which she shouldn’t have added and she had added by mistake. Nitya asks if you are accusing me and calling me murderer. Arjun asks if I can’t think like this, if you were not a murderer, you was in jail for the murder, and says since you came to know that Meera has Mohan’s child in her womb, you wanted to throw her out, so you can try to kill her. Nitya says I didn’t do anything and says I am not selfish to take the life of an unborn baby. She says Kashvi is also pregnant, but she didn’t feel any pain or cramps. Kashvi hears and gets angry. Arjun tells Meera that Kashvi is bringing medicine. Nitya thinks to make sure that Meera doesn’t get saved. Kashvi thinks Nitya aunty will not be quiet, until she harms the baby. She thinks she will not let anything happen to Meera and her child. Nurse asks Kashvi if she has brought the medicine. Kashvi says she is going.

Swati tells Pradyuman that she has kept baby shower gifts safely. Pradyuman says Mahima and Arjun wanted to expose us, but did one thing right, baby shower. He says Kashvi is going to give us big happiness of life. Neelam asks where is she? She tells that Kashvi might expose three of us. Swati says she is very courageous. Pradyuman says I will call her. He calls her, but she didn’t pick the call. He says if she does something then she knows what will happen. Meera says she will go to washroom and come. She goes. Kashvi comes there and asks Arjun to give medicine to Meera on time. Arjun thanks Kashvi for coming there at the right time and telling that they shall take her to hospital. Kashvi wishes she could tell him that she knows the truth. She turns to go and feels baby kick. Arjun asks what happened, shall I call the doctor. Kashvi keeps his hand on her stomach and smiles. Meera comes there and thinks to stop them right here. She calls Arjun and asks him to give medicine. Kashvi takes out phone from the handbag and talks to Pradyuman, and tells that she was in the meeting. She asks why you are calling me? She thinks she shall not tell Pradyuman, he can harm Karun.

Next day, Arjun asks Meera to rest. Meera says I can do some work. Nitya asks her to rest and says she will drop Karun to school. Arjun asks her to rest. Meera says ok. Jagdish, Arjun and Karun goes. Nitya tells Meera that she has called plumber as her bathroom tap is not working. She tells Karun that she will call taxi and thinks to call contract killer to kill her.

Precap: Dadi tells Meera that who might have supported Nitya Tom provoke Karun. Romila says I know. Arjun and Kashvi are closer in the office. Pradyuman shouts at her and tells that they are shifting to Delhi. Nitya sends the killer to kill Meera. The killer attacks Meera with the tool.
