The Episode starts with Arijit threatening Sunita. He asks her to save Ishita. She rushes. Simmi asks what’s happening. Mrs. Bhalla says we thought to do something good and do this charity. Simmi says you are doing a good thing. Bala says we will drop the stuff at the temple. Mrs. Bhalla and everyone talk. Simmi says its good they all got busy. Mihika says yes, Ishita and Raman need blessings. Sunita treats Ishita. Sunita asks Arijit to massage her hands and feet. He refuses. She says you want to save her right. He massages Ishita’s feet. Sunita says her pulse is fine now, we can’t give her drugs today. He asks why are her family members coming here. She says I don’t know anything. Mani says there is a message, they reached there. Simmi comes and asks when did you come. Aaliya says he had some work with Yug. Simmi says its good. Mani says Shagun extended her trip, I was getting bored and came here. Mihika comes and says I have to show something, Sunita gave us this note, I read it carefully, check this. Yug says Sunita wrote Ishita is here. Aaliya says it means Ishita is there in the asylum.
