The Episode starts with Adi seeing a car coming towards Ishita. He gets stunned and runs to pull her. The car leaves. Adi asks Ishita is she fine, is baby fine. Ishita says she is fine. He goes to get water for her. He brings water and gives her. Adi gets worried and asks shall I call Papa. She says I m okay, lets go home, don’t worry. They leave. Ashok gets to know that Shyam did not do work well, and scolds Shyam. Suraj says we have much time, we will plan by thinking well so that there is no mistake.
Sarika ties rakhi to Abhishek. Mrs. Bhalla looks on. Sarika asks Abhishek why did he get late. He says he was busy in work, he will drop her. Mrs. Bhalla asks Sarika to keep Rohit’s nappy and everything, she may come late. Abhishek says Sarika will get late. Mrs. Bhalla argues.
Ishita and Adi come home. She asks Adi not to tell anyone what happened today. Ishita sees him worried and asks him whats the matter. They sit and have a talk. He says about his growing thoughts about her love getting less for him, after the baby comes, but he worries for the baby a lot. He says he loves her and asks will she hug him same after baby comes. She hugs him, and says parents just need children’s love, you said it easily, when I could not become a mum, people used to say bad to me, I used to get hurt, then miracle happened, I got you and Ruhi, I became mother, you both are my babies, I was a complete woman.
She says baby will be third one, Yashoda’s love was different, as its heart relation, not blood relation, don’t worry, I will love you a lot always. He hugs her and says I love you Ishi Maa. Ruhi says Adi said he will come and then Ishi Maa also went, I will wait and not have food. Adi says no need to wait now. Raman says thank God. They ask Ruhi to tie rakhi. Adi sits happily and Ruhi does the rakhi rituals. Adi gifts Ruhi and she likes it. He says he is glad she liked it, as Ishita and he were meeting with an accident. They all get shocked and ask how.
Bala asks Vandu to have food. Vandu gets HR head’s call and talks to him. She says she applied for maternity leave but.. fine if its important work…. She tells Bala that her leave got cancelled, and she has to go for some conference. She asks him to help her in packing. Bala gets upset and agrees. Ruhi says I don’t want this unhappy bag. Raman gets annoyed and leaves. Ishita says Adi got this by love, Adi was the hero, he saved my life. Ruhi refuses to take the bag. Ishita explains her that we can’t blame things for the incidents. Ruhi thanks Adi and accepts the gift.
Adi comes to Raman. Raman says Ishita did the limit, if anything happened then.. Adi says it was not Ishita’s mistake, I took her along, promise I won’t let anything happen to her. Raman hugs him and says she should have common sense, she is having baby, she has to take care, call her. Adi describes the car who was hitting the car, they should do police complaint, but he could not see the number. Raman says I think you are right, call Ishita.
Ishita comes to Raman. Raman asks her to be careful. She says yes, I realized I have our baby within, I have to be extra careful. Raman talks to the baby and says Ishi Maa is not alone now, she has to get selfish, you should explain Ishi Maa, you both matter a lot to me. She smiles. He says baby should not go on Ishita and jokes on her. They smile. He hugs her and says everything will be fine. Yeh hai mohabbatein………plays…………..
Raman says he will accompany Ishita and cares for her a lot. Simmi and Mrs. Bhalla joke on him. Raman asks Mr. Bhalla to go along Romi and give cheque. Abhishek gets a maid from his village and tells Mrs. Bhalla that the maid does all the work and manages baby too, I thought to get domestic help, as Sarika is going for studies. Mrs. Bhalla says we will manage. Neelu asks Mrs. Bhalla about the new maid, and gets annoyed. She says she will leave. Mrs. Bhalla goes to stop Neelu. Abhishek says where am I stuck in this matter, I just wanted to help.
Raman and Ishita come to the hospital for sonography tests. Raman goes to get the file from the car and sees the same car as Adi described. He recalls Adi’s words and gets shocked seeing Shagun. He says I told her to be away from my family and fumes.

Raman scolds Shagun for trying to do Ishita’s accident. Manoj comes and asks Raman to stop it. Raman says you don’t know this woman. Manoj says I know her well, she does not deserve your anger. Raman asks Shagun is Manoj her new target and speaks against her. Manoj calls it enough.
